Let me be clear when I commend the people who work here. The food is what it is. They have healthy options but at three twenty seven in the morning when I’m getting off of work, I’m hitting the classics and then unwinding at home. Thanks for being one of the only places still open 24/7. It makes a difference.
Im a fan of Jack and have been to a lot of the stores. So I recently moved to the area from Southern Cali. Everytime I come here the customer services is impeccable. Even once when there was confusion on an order they communicated to extent I couldn't get bothered or deny the energy that was put forth to make things smooth for everyone. As far as patience and frustration. The woman working the drive through could have matched my frustration but she prevented anything from escalating without making me feel like a idiot lol 😆 if that makes sense. It doesn't matter what part of the day or night I've gone. It's always a smooth experience for me.
Thank you Jack for Hiring just right! A shoutout to Betty, Jacky, Jeneah, Mizty. I hope I got all their names correct. Great team and the food was hot and delicious! Ordered on-line from home and customized each order. Drove to Jack-In-The-Box location and picked up orders in drive-through. Window attendant was very courteous and efficient. Drove home and had the food on the table within 30 minutes of ordering. All food was prepared exactly as ordered.

Last night around 9:39 p.m. (11/8/2025), I was pleasantly surprised by an outstanding experience at the drive-thru. The staff member who helped us was exceptionally friendly—she greeted us with a genuine smile and truly engaged in conversation. I didn’t catch her name, but employees like her are rare these days. She should be considered a model example of what great customer service looks like. It’s uncommon now to encounter fast-food employees who take such pride in their work or understand how important their role is as the face of the company. This employee clearly did, and it made all the difference. If this review reaches the store manager or corporate team, I strongly believe she deserves recognition for going above and beyond. She has the kind of positive attitude and customer-first approach that could inspire others. I’d love to see her promoted—or even given an opportunity to train other team members across locations on what true hospitality means. With further development, she could become a shining example of customer service excellence within Jack in the Box. I was genuinely blown away by her energy and professionalism. I truly hope this message reaches the right people so she can be acknowledged for her exceptional service. Jack in the Box—please make this happen! Usually we have a very good experience at this Jack in the Box. But 2 days ago, we couldn't get the app to work! That's not the crew's fault.
I tried the new smash burger and it had potential but it was stale , cold and dry. The cheese wasn’t even melted. It was super smaller than I expected for the price too. Curly fries were fresh and always good. My kid said the chicken tenders were good.
Need more people for you are in line for a while. Food got cold, better in lathrop. Their food is nice and hot. Don't have to wait too long. I've been to several Jack's, but this one needs more help. Not to mention, the speaker needs to be fixed.
Didn't get the food we ordered. Tacos were too spicy, even after telling them no sauce. Onion rings were burnt, that was a first. The $10 box with 4 sides only had 3, no curly fries, and 13 mini tacos, which would have been great in place of the fries, BUT They. Were too spicy and over cooked. For the price,We got screwed since we couldn't eat a tenth of the food .I will call and see what they say and do to correct the in-edible food and will repost then.
Walked in and waited for about 5 minutes without being greeted. Want to go use the restroom and they had no toilet paper or seat covers. After I was done with the restroom. I waited about another 5 minutes again without being greeted. Then I said I guess no one wants to work today and left.
I got a jumbo jack meal. Ate it completely till I noticed a bug on the wrapper. I stared in disgust. Never will I eat here again
The workers were more concerned of getting the drive thru orders done quicker than the inside. I ordered inside because the line was too long in the drive thru. Now the car that I was behind has already drove off with there order. Then one after the other. I was the only one inline on the inside. NOBODY wanted to help. When I finally got help they had an attitude. I should have put my camera on, the face and look of the cashier says it all. She didn’t want to be there working. Spent $25 on breakfast and I will never eat here again at any of your stores. Nasty food it was cold and bland. Don't waste your money here.
Ordered spicy Grilled chicken wrap and they gave me crispy chicken wrap. Always check before you leave the store. I tried calling but the number is not working
What's the point of having a drive through if your not going to operate it? Tell someone to hold on then never return.
Takes a while for them to take ur order in the drive thru u wait a while for ur order and they got my order wrong I asked no onion no tomatoes and I still got it and cold fries
Came today for something to eat, and let me Tell you, it's cooler outside than the inside, dang it's up in this place, I paid for teriyaki bowl $10. Is good and Hot but get it somewhere else instead cause u get more for your bowl instead.
Went on 10/05 in the afternoon. I ordered 4 jumbos for my family and they barely put any lettuce or tomato. Super skimped. 👎 Super cheaply made. The patties were fine, Jack's usually are 🔥 but the very little veggies majorly sucked! It was the reason I buy the Jumbo Jack. Update: this place still sucks. Just look at the bread they gave me. I usually mobile order so everything is visible for them to physically see rather than hear me over speaker and they still manage to not make the burger as requested. This burnt bread cannot possibly be from a toaster! It looks like maybe their toaster is broken and they cooked it on the grill and burnt it and gave it to the customer like that. Employees should be held accountable by the manager in charge of the restaurant or district. I hope someone upper in management sees this. Is not how you should be serving Jack's burgers to customers. Which isn't how it should be done at Jack. They're supposed to butter it and slide it thru a toaster.
