Employee was extremely rude and loud because we ordered 3 tacos and a bowl of rice . Place is filthy as well.. will not be back and will spread the word about this outhouse.

My first time at this store. I have a gluten allergy and I normally tell the workers to change gloves when I’m being served and generally it’s never an issue but the one worker at this place when I kindly asked her to change gloves and said I have an allergy, her reaction was absolutely disgusting, she mumbled, she rolled her eyes and made me feel like I’m just the worst person ever and that I shouldn’t be here eating. Never again I will come to this place if that’s how the workers treat their customers.

Evening staff is Nasty and the place is Disgusting! The counter tops were unkept on Saturday night peak hours. Because of that Sofrita had pieces of some red meat in it which came in to our food. When pointed out, a very obnoxious lady had audacity to tell us that ‘sometimes proteins mix up!’ Why bother labeling them ‘Vegetarian’ and putting them in different containers then! Also they were out of a bunch of things like chips, cheese, Vinaigrette, again in peak hours! And here is where the lines were crossed. When asked for refund, manager had guts to ask us why don’t you eat meat? Never placing foot in this place!! I’d advise to drive a couple miles south to chipotle on colonial, they are clean, staff is welcoming and they are never out of anything!

Ordered delivery through the app, a bowl and two tortillas. Order arrived, bowl completely wrong and no tortillas. Phone doesn't work, tried through the app doesnt work. No way to contact for refund. $$35 for nothing.

Walked in 2 minutes before they opened because the doors were open and was told by Aria that they don't open for 5 minutes and was significantly rude in her manner when she told us. But Alexis M was the kindest person and turned the entire experience around very sweet person! She did a great job!

The food was good BUT tables were dirty and they were out of napkins. When one of the workers was asked to replenish the napkins she continued emptying the trash cans ….3 in all before she got the napkins and she knew I was waiting. I was definitely not a priority and seemed like she did not want to be there. Especially helping any customers.

Chipotle has always been a favorite in our house. As a family of five it’s actually always very expensive as well to go and usually almost cost as much to go there as it does a sit down restaurant, but we’ve never really minded considering the quantity and quality of food that we usually have gotten. However, over the past several times we have went there. The portions have been uncontrollably small. My son went there tonight after work and did an online pick up order and his total was $23 and this is what he received in his double meat bowl. So disappointing to say the least… looks like we will need to start doing what everyone else has started doing on the Internet and that is recording them as they make your food. That seems to be the only way chipotle is living up to its standards is when you are recording them and holding them accountable in the actual moment.

Terrible experience on door dash order this evening. Messed up the ENTIRE order for my family. How do you mess up orders this bad when you have a very fixed menu. I included just a picture of my order which by the way was missing the e tire lettuce from it.. not even once piece of lettuce. Door dash isn’t cheap. DO BETTER FR

Extremely dirty. Not fit to serve food!!! Hand written list on the door of items they don’t have. Dirty parking lot. Trash covering the floor and tables. Food service line a complete mess. I walked out without even picking up my online order because I did not feel safe eating anything from this restaurant. About 40 minutes later I received a notification that my food was ready. Yea I don’t think so…..

Horrible experience with ordering from this location. I had placed a pick up order and when I arrived it wasn’t yet ready despite I was 20 minutes late. The girl working stated that I’d have to go online and request a refund for chips since they were out. No problem for me I think that’s understandable especially for a dinner rush. Well I should have checked the rest of the order before leaving. I ordered the new quesadilla and half of the toppings were missing including salsa, vinaigrette, cheese and fajita veggies ordered that go into the quesadilla. It was shoved in a burrito bowl instead of a box AND to top it off the quesadilla had chipotle paper BURNT TO IT. This is absolutely unacceptable service, inedible, and a complete waste of money. Now, because I already used the Pepper portion of the app for my chips, I’m having to email customer service directly as their app won’t address another complaint on the same order.

The four of us had lunch from here today. The two that had the new plant-based chorizo both suffered from “stomach issues” in the afternoon. I may return to this Chipotle, but I’ll never have this chorizo again.
