Love, love, love! I worked at Sonic as a teenager, ON SKATES! My family love to pop in and grab a bite off the menu, breakfast burrito for breakfast or burgers, cones, and of course the slushies and other treats. You just can't go wrong.
Its fast food. I love the variety of the food though. Its usually very fast service. Great on the go!
Left here about 12 minutes ago. I was extremely hesitant to go here after my horrible experience a month ago but gave them another shot. My order was out really fast and was correct this time. The young lady who took and brought me my order ( Taylor I think) did an awesome job. MUCH better than last visit. Keep up this kind of service please. Also, keep employee's Luke this young lady It was very nice to actually be treated with great customer service and care. Good job.
After having been shooed away from the Valley Mills location because they were closing in 20 minutes and couldn’t be bothered to make any food, the experience at the Robinson store was much better. Friendly, fast, helpful. I even saw them serve a hungry customer who arrived at 11:01, one minute after they closed. Now that’s good service!
Love making some deliveries out in Robinson and decided to stop by the Sonic next to the Chicken Shack King you know it's all in a good prime location is right there on 77 easy on easy off quick service this is one of the actual few Sonic's that I believe actually pay attention and make sure that your food is right every time

Food is okay, standard Sonic stuff. They have popcorn chicken listed on their menu but it never lets me order it. They also always, always forget the sauce. Cheese sticks without marinara sauce just hits different.
Moved away and came back to visit. Nice to know some things in this town NEVER change. We got an order for our family of five and there were a LOT of issues. The person taking our order had multiple issues even punching in our order. The order was delivered and one of the cups lids wasn’t on properly and it spilled everywhere and the person delivering it just stared at us. Our large order of mozzarella sticks ended up only being 4 sticks that were flat. One burger ordered dry had everything on it. Our order of onion rings was completely missed. We got our onion rings and called the rest a loss and just left. I’d love to say this was the first, second, third, even 5th issue we’ve had while we lived there, but nope. At least we can say that consistency is on point. May not be good but we can rely on being let down every single time we visit. Things really need to be assessed here. Even though we moved, we love this town. Do better for our friend’s and family’s town.
You need to fix the giant hole at the corner of the entrance so your customers don't destroy their vehicles.
This one employee must not know she is in the service industry. She was very rude when we tried to tell her our order was wrong. Just stuck her hand out and took the bag. Just don’t bother to ask them to correct a mistake because they are too busy rolling their eyes to do their job! As if it’s not their only job🤦🏼♀️ Might as well go to a different location.
The only time I give a not so good review is if the service was not good. Our car hop came out and the order was 20.23 we told her to bring back 76.00 out of 100.00 which is almost a 4.00 tip. Only reason why I left a 4.00 tip was because she was not pleasant to start off with otherwise it would have been more. She was very bland. She came back with our change of only 73.00 which is a 7.00 tip. Didnt notice it was only 73.00 (because it was alot of 1s) until we got back home. I wouldnt have minded the 7.00 tip had she been pleasant or said thank you but she didn't say anything. No have a good day. No Go to hell. Nothing. Just turned around and walked off. Tried to call the store and no answer. Won't stop us from going back because the kids love Sonic. Just disappointed that the service was not good and no one would answer.
She took my order an I wasn't done, waited an waited an gave up an pulled up. The root beer didn't taste like root beer. My other order they threw everything together it wasn't even good. I won't eat here again. I know yall have a time limit, please do better with food an drinks.
Nice to know when my order was messed up the managers did not care to make matters worse many of the staff were yelling and cursing in the background.
Sonic Smasher I ordered from here in Robinson is just a tasteless big Ole mess. Bagby and Bellmead and Nth I35 know how to make a double smasher. Never eat there again
This has to be the absolute worst Sonic EVER! Poor things must not know they are in the service industry.Rude -rude-rude employees, drinks are never made right-food taste horrible and makes u sick. And don’t bother to ask them to correct a mistake because they are too busy rolling their eyes to do their job! Do your self a favor and keep driving and go to the Bagby location. This one needs to be closed permanently.
How come I can go to any sonic and get fresh delicious cheese sticks, But the one in Robinson is always stale old. Last time I asked the manager if she makes them fresh and she said they do but when I asked her why mine were hard. She said oh they must have been sitting there a while that's not fresh. It doesn't make sense.
Every time I go to Robinson Waco Texas sonic wennies are burnt old and smells spoil bread hard chill old and you can tell they use the same one at least a week omg I got food poison
Wow. I understand that am outside restroom isn’t going to be super clean.. BUT this is disgusting. One of the employees said she noticed it but failed to do anything about it. I am very disappointed.
