This one employee must not know she is in the service industry. She was very rude when we tried to tell her our order was wrong. Just stuck her hand out and took the bag. Just don’t bother to ask them to correct a mistake because they are too busy rolling their eyes to do their job! As if it’s not their only job🤦🏼‍♀️ Might as well go to a different location.

The only time I give a not so good review is if the service was not good. Our car hop came out and the order was 20.23 we told her to bring back 76.00 out of 100.00 which is almost a 4.00 tip. Only reason why I left a 4.00 tip was because she was not pleasant to start off with otherwise it would have been more. She was very bland. She came back with our change of only 73.00 which is a 7.00 tip. Didnt notice it was only 73.00 (because it was alot of 1s) until we got back home. I wouldnt have minded the 7.00 tip had she been pleasant or said thank you but she didn't say anything. No have a good day. No Go to hell. Nothing. Just turned around and walked off. Tried to call the store and no answer. Won't stop us from going back because the kids love Sonic. Just disappointed that the service was not good and no one would answer.

She took my order an I wasn't done, waited an waited an gave up an pulled up. The root beer didn't taste like root beer. My other order they threw everything together it wasn't even good. I won't eat here again. I know yall have a time limit, please do better with food an drinks.

Sonic Smasher I ordered from here in Robinson is just a tasteless big Ole mess. Bagby and Bellmead and Nth I35 know how to make a double smasher. Never eat there again

This has to be the absolute worst Sonic EVER! Poor things must not know they are in the service industry.Rude -rude-rude employees, drinks are never made right-food taste horrible and makes u sick. And don’t bother to ask them to correct a mistake because they are too busy rolling their eyes to do their job! Do your self a favor and keep driving and go to the Bagby location. This one needs to be closed permanently.

How come I can go to any sonic and get fresh delicious cheese sticks, But the one in Robinson is always stale old. Last time I asked the manager if she makes them fresh and she said they do but when I asked her why mine were hard. She said oh they must have been sitting there a while that's not fresh. It doesn't make sense.

Every time I go to Robinson Waco Texas sonic wennies are burnt old and smells spoil bread hard chill old and you can tell they use the same one at least a week omg I got food poison

Wow. I understand that am outside restroom isn’t going to be super clean.. BUT this is disgusting. One of the employees said she noticed it but failed to do anything about it. I am very disappointed.
