I eat here sometimes and here lately I have asked for BBQ sauce, sweet and sour, both were unavailable then when I ask what sauce they do have and I ask for one of those options they still don't give me any sauce. What the heck is the problem here? They don't even give ketchup to me... it's pretty lame and inconsiderate. I mean it's fast food.... condiments and napkins would be a plus....

Food is good. But the service is always bad. They need someone at the counter at all times, they see us standing there and just walk past us. We are always standing there for 10 minutes or longer

So they totally redid everything in this McDonald's the place is really clean the service is pretty fast be careful because they will get things wrong if you order a decent amount of food they still do have the same head management lady so I don't know how it is going to get better because the other McDonald's they had before was a complete trash the service was slow they would get your order wrong and the place was fairly dirty let's hope the management learned from its past

This is really dirty and gross, especially the bathrooms! They got our order wrong. Zero condiments and no napkins. We kept having to ask them for more things. They were so slow! They didn't even use my app, so I didn't even get the points on my $30+ purchase! The bathrooms are equivalent to a dirty gas station. They smell horribly!!

Worst McDonald’s by far! Every time I go here they manage to screw it up. Today I had to repeatedly tell them what I wanted only for the manager to hand the wrong order, sent it back and they just added Mayo to it and still didn’t get it right. The store is disgusting and the employees do not care about doing a good job. Save yourself the frustration and just keep driving to the next one.

They take forever to take your order! You have to yell at them in order to get their attention !

Sorry to say but the service at this location is horrible. No one to attend customers whatsoever unless you're at drive thru. Stood there for a while to ask for something and no one ever showed up. Needs work on customer service in my opinion.

Slow service at the front desk only person helpung didnt know what the hell she was doing. I messed up on the app and ordered drive thru and had to gk to the drive thru to pick ot u o because they coudlnt do an easy change!!! Its happened to me once before that i put dine in but meant drive thru and the other mcdonalds just handed me my bag at the drive thru. I guess dont expect any level of competency at the front desk.

Had to go here on the way home for food and the app glitched and made mistake on our burgers. We ordered them plain and dry cuz we have a family member allergic to ketchup and the app left the ketchup on the order. We confirmed with the drive thru window person that they would be plain and dry and she said yes but when we got our receipt it said they would have ketchup. Not a problem you would think cuz McDonalds is always good about correcting the issue right? Not today my wife tried to call before we got to the second widow to make sure they made them without ketchup and the MANAGER threw a loudly audible fit about "food cost" and how she didn't want to take the hit over 4 burgers. We asked for a refund and she started that the app is a 3rd party app and they cannot change our order or give us a refund. Managers name was Trisha.

3rd time I come to this location in Robstown and they give me change back it's always 15 dollars or $10 less than what I'm supposed to get back then they get upset because you don't want to move away from the window until they give you the correct change

I went by the drive-thru the service was horrible when it was time for him to give me the money my change he dropped it on the floor and just said sorry and laughed then I got to the window for my food and they were just laughing and playing around they didn't offer me napkins no ketchup no straws bad attitude I will not be going there again

Was told the bundle cheese burgers come smashed and with no pickles or sauce. Pictured below is my smashed beef and cheese only burger. The woman I spoke to was rude and very condescending. Repeating the bundles all come smashed. When I asked if my sauce was in the box for my nuggets she replied I don’t know, rolled her eyes, and walked alway.
