during previous visits, the pricing was reasonably sound, despite the minimal options available yet, for those of whom would purchase wit' food stamps under the Restaurant Meals Program will discover an unfortunate disregard for the applicable 10% discount that's anticipated & may encounter paying the sales tax 🤔 i strongly urge you to be attentive when hungry

My first time trying this place & ima be completely honest I ordered the fish sandwich with fries & my sandwich had way to much tartar sauce literally coming out of the sides & everywhere it was made sloppy & there’s a tiny piece of fish in there the whole thing was just mainly bread & sauce & the fries tasted like they were frozen fries like ik not everywhere is fresh but at least when I eat frozen fries they don’t actually taste frozen I can’t say the same for this place 😬

i waited 2 hours for 2 steak subs & some wings & instead of redoing my order Jela the girl on the phone told me if i dont like it dont pay for it , excuse me ? thats not the attitude you should have when running a business , i've ordered here multiple times before and never had an issue but today seemed to be a big one , never again .

So these people are part of the EBT program where customers that use their cards get a 10% discount they are ripping off the community by not discounting the food. I asked a man working there why he was overcharging us and he stated " there's taxes on food and I wasn't in a grocery store" very rude. These people think they are entitled to OUR MONEY and can treat us anyway they want. If you've been ripped off by this business please put your complaint in to the State of New York and stop them from participating in the program. They used to have a menu with pricing and when you came in you would she the pricing as well...NOTHING made up prices to again STEAL from their customers. I will NEVER patronize them again!!!!!! EVER.

We ordered 20 wings from here tonight and only received 10. When we called they said we only ordered 10, which was untrue. They refused to fix the mistake or offer any compensation for the inconvenience. They completely refused to take accountability for their mistake and then proceeded to disrespect my wife over the phone. Will never order here again.

We had ordered some wings. They delivered them. We sitting eating our wings like 20-30 mins later we get a call from manger saying they have us the wrong order. They coming to pick up the wings claiming the gave us 20 extra wings🤣🤣🤣. Do u know they really came and got the wings claiming they going to trash them.. BULLAHIT. This is disgraceful disgusting 🤢. I would never eat from them again. This tells me that they regive food to ppl. That’s cross-contamination. You ppl are nasty. Ya should have took the lost. I will be calling health department on you guys

I will not be ordering again. I ordered wings and pizza and I received the smallest wings and pizza that could be made. I called to inform them that I was not happy with the quality of the food and was told sometimes they receive small wings and to bring my food back for a refund. I ordered for pickup, waited over 20 minutes for the food to be prepared, and drove there and back another 16 minutes just to be unsatisfied. Do you think someone who is hungry would like to drive another 16 minutes to return the food for their money back? The worst customer service experience and solution ever. I contacted them on their website after calling and making a complaint and no follow-up call. I spent my hard-earned money and could have gone elsewhere and not felt cheated for my time and money.

I ordered a basic steak sub and they couldn’t even get it right .. gave me someone else with mushrooms. Called to speak to manager and a lady answered saying “it’s wasn’t your sub” then up hung on me . They were rude and nasty. Also. While I was waiting for my sub a Chinese lady was touching all the food with her hands . Health department has been made aware .. stay away!!!!!
