I really like this establishment. I *might* be a bit biased because this place is extremely close to my house, and is always dependable in a pinch; biases aside, they do have very good food, at very reasonable prices. I would recommend their half sheet cheese pizza special. It's around 10 dollars for enough pizza to satisfy our family of 5.

The service was excellent. The food was great. I bought two pepperoni slices and a small salad and the pizza slices were bigger than what you get at Salavatores pizza. My bill with tax was 7.23. I saved the salad for the next day and that was a meal in itself. I definitely will be going back to Gregorios. I've done business there before and have never complained.

Gregorio's is one of the best Italian eateries in all of Rochester. The people who work there are really friendly and the food is off the hook! Try the chicken parm and you'll be coming back for more!

I work right across the street so I eat lunch there probably twice a week for over a year. They input my exact turkey sub recipe and connected it to my phone number so all I have to do to order one is give them my phone number. Prices are super low too.

Amazing food, from pizza, to the crispy yet saucy wings, to cheeseburger sandwich and their chicken salad that is prepared. Fantastic!! I’ve been addicted for the last 90 days, great customer service. There is normally a bathroom but 9/10 it is closed. Food takes about 15-20 mins to get ready. Yum 😋 yum!

I love Gregorio's. I've never had anything bad from there. It's my favorite place for pizza and my favorite sub is the cheeseburger sub. I've been going here for a few years and until something drastically changes, I'll continue to keep this as my "go to" chow stop.

LOVED it, they're pizza is always delicious and I freaking love the specials. I usually go there with my bf and we order the 1/2sheet for 9.99. I would recommend this place to anyone. Don't be shy it may be in the city but its worth the travel.

I've been here a few times since moving to the area. Always welcomed as soon as I walk in the door. The ready slices are good and cheap. wings were cooked perfectly and actually hot and spicy. The banana cream pie has real pieces of banana! along with the wafer cookies. Will be my go to local spot when I don't want to cook.

Hands down one of my favorites restaurants in the city!! I tried a lot of their menu but the one that keeps me coming back is their streak sub with their homemade bread!! When I tell you it was bussing bussin, that is a understatement. It is now my # 1 favorite in the town. I like it spicy so I asked could they add some extra spice and they added their meat sauce on top and ol’boy…it was spicy flavorful and delicious all at the same time!!! Recommended 5 ⭐️ all day!!!!!

We have been going for years. Even after moving from that neighborhood to Greece. they have coupons in the Save Around book my kids sell for school. The coupon clearly states get a free large cheese pizza with purchase of ANY other large at equal or hate value... yet you can't order a steak pizza and get the free large🤔 totally false advertising on that coupon and I just checked the 2019 book and it's the exact same coupon... it doesn't state no specialty pizzas allowed, just that it's not valid on delivery!

I don't know what happened to this place. I get rude delivery people and my food is not accurate and the food is burned. I'm very disappointed. It never used to be this way.

Waited three hours for an order and I only live two blocks away. The sauce is not what it should be and they are stinjy with cheese. Not many people living on the East Side know what a REAL Italian pie tastes like anyway, so I guess that's why they make money.

Ordered something simple and was so misunderstood that I just ended up keeping the mistake they made me... the cashier and cook both couldn't understand my order! I wanted a chicken parm sub on garlic bread and got a kaiser roll with chicken and monz, no sauce, no garlic flavor. The woman there tried to understand but just could not. I ended up just asking for garlic butter and the sauce they didn't put on. She said chicken parm doesn't come with sauce... Wait... WHAT? Lol! Chicken parm is chicken, sauce and monz... by the time I got my sandwich my lettuce was warm and wilted and my tomatoes disappeared (yes, sliced so thin all that was left after being hot was the skin of the tomatoes. And bring back Caesar salads... they don't sell them anymore, that's what I initially came for. Just a very confused restaurant...

The place was dirty and the food was substandard. They had workers working in the ceiling with no precautions of opening the ceiling by the food. They also had crumbs and food all over every counter and no one was cleaning or wiping them down. Was definitely dissatisfied.

Ordered 2 road beef sub's. Paid for it,came back in store 7 mins later to be told. It'll be a few more mins we gotta slice more roast beef. I said no prob,I'm thinkin fresh!! But,as I watched from the end of the counter,another lady comes out with 3 wrapped packages in her hand. THEY WERE FROZEN!! SMH I watched her defrost the roast beef in the micro in the corner. I was like really??? So needless to say won't be getting food from there again(it was my first and last time there) where the hell do ya get a GOOD sub in this neighborhood???

I ordered a sheet pizza to be delivered...It took an hour and when we got it; the crust was burnt and it didn't have the garlic flavor/taste that Gregorios is famous for. I dont mind paying for a good product....BUT What was charged for the pizza was not worth it. Very disappointed.

My experiences are usually good ones but today it WASN'T AT ALL..burger wasn't at all worth my money..Watered down sweet peppers a few shreds of lettuce & a SERIOUSLY stale bun..Called they offered to replace..No problem thank u so much.they say it'll be sent down the street in 10min..(i live literally 2minutes away)But 35/40 minutes later I'm calling bk requesting a refund bcz I NO LONGER want it as I've just eaten something else bcz I had somewhere to be..When I called is when they decided to send the food no refund just Oh it's still on its way..we just sent it..So 25.00 wasted on food that now wont be eaten as itll be soggy after sitting hrs in ketchup mayo & peppers & not the best customer service today at ALL ....

Food is great! What's not great is being told 45 min and it taking 1.5 hours to get it delivered. If your food is great and service isn't, you don't have much. Just tell me it'd be 1 hour to an hour 15 and this review would be much different. Or a courtesy call that its running late. I'll try one more time before I decide to abandon this place.

My first time trying this place & ima be completely honest I ordered the fish sandwich with fries & my sandwich had way to much tartar sauce literally coming out of the sides & everywhere it was made sloppy & there’s a tiny piece of fish in there the whole thing was just mainly bread & sauce & the fries tasted like they were frozen fries like ik not everywhere is fresh but at least when I eat frozen fries they don’t actually taste frozen I can’t say the same for this place 😬

I was a regular customer at Gregorio’s for quite some time actually years and I can honestly say they have good pizza but they are very mean and nasty when it comes to customer service and they never correct their mistakes far as order goes basically if they make a mistake you will not receive a refund but they will tell you that you will get a discount on your next purchase and then act clueless when you are due your discount they ruined a order for 375 dollars for me and it was completely wrong and they didn’t correct any mistakes and told me next time I buy there will be a discount and it wasn’t THEY SMUGGLE HEROINE

Literally the worst customer service ever. I placed my order at 7:26pm on a MONDAY night for delivery. I was told 45 mins. When it got to 55 mins I called and asked if the order was on the way. I was told we'll it hasn't even been a hour yet. I then told them I was told 45 mins. They asked me where my order was going and I was told that the food just left and would be on its way. I call back at 8:45pm because the food still has not arrived and I was told that she just watched the food walk out the door. So I asked was the food just made because I was told 20 mins ago it was on its way already so now I'm confused. They assure me it just left and the food is hot. 9pm and still no food. Finally at 917pm I get a call saying the food was here almost 2 hours after I ordered. Start handing out food and guess what my order is wrong. I call them back and explain that the wings are wrong and they say they will remake but only if I bring the food back. I say ok how long till the food will be done? I am told 25 mins. I get there 30 mins later and they still had not even stared to makea the food!!!! I swear I can't make this stuff up. I tell them I want my money back its a problem. They ended up giving my money back but not before I started getting upset. They were rude and very unprofessional. And we will find a new place to order from because we will NOT be going back to Gregorios. Which is a shame because we order all the time like 2-3 times a week. No more.

But tonight i order and get my food and its freezing cold .. Like as if its been sitting .. Like so upset so i called to tell them .. Hopen they would be a good company and remake the sub or refund me my money. NO!! I was told my food was cold because it was not toasted. We asked for hot sauce on our garbage plates, and they literally sent us garbage plates covered in Frank's Red. Maybe it's on me for not being clear, but also. It's Rochester....it's a garbage plate.... the girl who answered the phone.....not sure if she was terrible at her job or her first day. I'd answer the questions she asked me, and she was still very confused.

My grandaugter, my daughter and I decided to have dinner here at Gregorio's! (Last time we were here was over 10 years ago)We ordered and sat down! 1st thing that we noticed was the urine smell in the restaurant, we thought that maybe it was dirty clorox water from mopping which we have seen elsewhere. When we sat to wait for the order which took way to long considering there was no other customers there! But then we noticed a long sofa chair blocking the bathroom entrance, we knew immediately where the urine smell was coming from! Bye bye Gregorios, never again will you see us in this dirty and smelly restaurant ever again!! (Makes you wonder, if the restaurant is in such disparity, how clean can the hands that prepare the food be?) Never again, never again! :-(

I used love gregorios 20 years ago when they had real good pizza. Every since it went under new management, the pizza taste awful and nasty. Never again going back to this gross place.

Ordered wings on Saturday and was very disappointed. Ordered wings to be cooked NOT hard or over cooked. Got the wings and not only were they cooked HARD but they were so small liked the were pigeon wings. I was charged $14 for 10 tiny overcooked wings. Will not order from them again. I'm not sure if this shop is under new ownership but the last few years food quality is not good.

I just ordered two steak subs from Gregorio's on Goodman. Came home and bit into it to find a hair. Called the store and told them. They asked to bring the food back. I didn't even open the other sub. The lady offered to make me a new one. I agreed and when finished drove back home. Cut the sub in four pieces and as you may have guessed, I found another hair. I called again and at this point I just want my money. The guy at the store offered to refund one sub but then refund both. I will never buy again from them. It is not my first time ordering from this store but first time I had so many issues.

Went to do plumbing for a clogged drain. He did not like the price to clean the drain. I called my boss to help him out and still didn't accept it. After that fact I told him unfortunately we wouldn't be able to help him out. He began to yell and scream at me and me being a great guy just doing what I'm told and trying to help people out was verbally attacked by the owner. As I backed my work van out to leave the parking lot behind the pizza shop he stood in front of my van leaving me feeling like I was being held hostage. As he was threatening to call the cops because I didn't do work at the price he wanted. After asking to pleaee let me leave he started to scream at me to hit him with my work truck repeatedly and to call the cops if I didn't like him holding me hostage. I was very worried and had a anxiety attack. Finally my boss was able to give him a ear full and helped me escape the parking lot. I'm so very blessed I wasn't hurt or anything further happened. I want everyone to be careful and be aware of how quick something so small can out you in a scary situation. Please please please. Be safe if you ever are working for this company or just as a civilian. Never will I go there for food or feel comfortable being in the location of his establishment was definitely a wake up call for me. Glad to be ok.

So these people are part of the EBT program where customers that use their cards get a 10% discount they are ripping off the community by not discounting the food. I asked a man working there why he was overcharging us and he stated " there's taxes on food and I wasn't in a grocery store" very rude. These people think they are entitled to OUR MONEY and can treat us anyway they want. If you've been ripped off by this business please put your complaint in to the State of New York and stop them from participating in the program. They used to have a menu with pricing and when you came in you would she the pricing as well...NOTHING made up prices to again STEAL from their customers. I will NEVER patronize them again!!!!!! EVER.

We ordered 20 wings from here tonight and only received 10. When we called they said we only ordered 10, which was untrue. They refused to fix the mistake or offer any compensation for the inconvenience. They completely refused to take accountability for their mistake and then proceeded to disrespect my wife over the phone. Will never order here again.

They coming to pick up the wings claiming the gave us 20 extra wings🤣🤣🤣. Do u know they really came and got the wings claiming they going to trash them.. BULLAHIT. This is disgraceful disgusting 🤢. I will not be ordering again. I ordered wings and pizza and I received the smallest wings and pizza that could be made. I called to inform them that I was not happy with the quality of the food and was told sometimes they receive small wings and to bring my food back for a refund. I ordered for pickup, waited over 20 minutes for the food to be prepared, and drove there and back another 16 minutes just to be unsatisfied. Do you think someone who is hungry would like to drive another 16 minutes to return the food for their money back? The worst customer service experience and solution ever. I contacted them on their website after calling and making a complaint and no follow-up call. I spent my hard-earned money and could have gone elsewhere and not felt cheated for my time and money.

Called to speak to manager and a lady answered saying “it’s wasn’t your sub” then up hung on me . They were rude and nasty. Also.
