True, outside the box thinking fusion that just works. Many different flavors on the menu. I was especially impressed by the blend of texture, flavors, and visual appeal. I've never seen a fusion place like this before and to pull all of this off is truly remarkable. The ideas present on the menu must come from a place of extreme passion and skill. They've got a three roll special that changes week to week, pick 3 of the six for that week. Great concept for people who want to try everything. Food was great, staff was helpful and personable, and the atmosphere felt like you had entered into a community. The only bad thing I could say is they were out of crawdads, which makes me want them even more because you don't sell out of bad menu items!

Excellent fusion cuisine with very generous portions. Highly recommend trying any of the plates, they taste delicious and are very filling. The poke bowl and the rolls are well made too.

The food was so good. 🔥 I can't say enough great things about it. Small dining area, comfortable feel. Greeted upon entry and they made you feel so welcome. The food was brought out quickly and everything tasted so good.

-Grateful for a parking lot -The trasher plates were amazing, but a little harder to eat in the beginning because of the bowl to food ratio -The pork dumplings were average -Took a star away because the man who was setting our food down, had a dumpling drop from the tray to the table and never remedied the situation. He did say sorry when it fell & I responded “that’s alright” to acknowledge what happened. Looking back, maybe he misunderstood my response as him not having to do anything - but it’s normal practice to replace any contaminated food item. Yes I could’ve asked for a replacement or for some sort of refund, but seeing how staff responds is more insightful.

The service was good. The food was spectacular as always. I used to love going to the Stingray Sushi-Fusion truck, but due to schedule changes it's been about two years. The food is just as good as I remember and the portions are even slightly bigger! We left stuffed. On this visit we had Japanadas, tostones, a hot rod roll, a Dominican roll, and two Original Trasher bowls.

First time stopping in the staff weren't very friendly seemed like they didn't want to be there at 1130 in the morning. The plate i got seemed pretty bland. Good portion just lacked luster with it's flavor. Presentation was nice. The escolar sashimi was beat up the filets that were portioned were falling apart.

Bad. Expensive and worst food i ever have. Do not even go to this sushi place. Waste of money . That is $15, hot roll. This cost $9 at wegmans and even better. What a waste.

Today I went here for the first time ever! I told the lady at the counter I don’t eat any meat at all. She suggested me something but I did glance at the menu and seen the word steak. I told her no steak. I also order sushi. When I got it I proceeded to eat the sushi but it taste like it was meat in it. I went online and seen it had bacon. I was very upset because I told the lady at the register I didn’t eat meat at all and she could’ve warned me! They did exchange my sushi after I told them. Cool. Then I get home and opened my plate it’s bacon all over it!! $44 down the drain! I take partial blame because I should have read the menu But I asked for suggestions! Clearly from someone who didn’t know they own menu!! I could’ve went to Taco Bell for less the hassle. It looks good but I don’t eat meat what so ever!! . With all due respect you yelled at me to read the menu ! After I told you your cashier suggested an item!! And I did not leave part out, it says you exchange my sushi. I was still out of my lunch!! Full of meat. Your attitude wasn’t worth coming back again. Let be honest!! 100% honest!
