Best bar in college town area
Food was delicious!! We attended a retirement party, the service and food was exceptional. Would recommend.
Friendly staff and the best pretzel in town. Great beer selection as well. 2 👍 up.
I recently had dinner here, Danielle was our server and was excellent. She went above and beyond, made us feel very welcome. We will be back soon!
Danielle the bartender is awesome great service and environment was very welcoming!! Definitely recommend!
A huge menu of very tasty food. Healthy servings and pleasant surroundings that are quiet and comfortable. There's treats, hot foods to go or sit to eat. A great variety of drinks!
First time there last night I had the poke bowl which they call something else but it's basically a pokeball. I had the one with salad which I prefer cuz the rice just gets a little heavy. I had the one protein which is just salmon but they have a lot of interesting toppings and some other poke places do not have such as they have cream cheese. It's a little bowl of cream cheese on the side but that's good because it's not smeared all over. If you don't want have it all over everything you want, just a small bit of it. You can choose how much you take off this little amount. You can have up to three sources which I did. I picked three and I selected on the side which they put on the side. All three of them are separate which is good. If you don't want to pour it all over or you want to dip it, I buy pour it all over. But the fact that it's separated is good because I didn't eat it right away. I waited about an hour so it's good if you do takeout you can request these options. They do have an ordering tablet inside the restaurant if you don't want to order ahead. Sometimes it's better to order there actually, but you can order there at the tablet if you're dining in. They want you to go to the register. Be aware of the app. I believe that's the order takeout. I'm not sure if you can order for dine in through the app. The food was good. My wife had ramen. I think she had spicy mice around and she liked it. Unfortunately, a lot of this extras are extra money such as like the fish cake, which I believe most of the time comes at least with ramen at least depending on the ramen. So if you're interested in that, you might have to pay extra for some of the toppings, but the price is reasonable. About $15 for a bowl and the poke was 13 for one protein at the time of this review which is also kind of average and reasonable. Salmon was fresh. Everything was fresh. The salad, the Anna Mommy. Overall I would say it was good. We did not get bubble tea although my wife had previously gotten a bubble tea from there and she did enjoy it
Amazing customer service, everyone is so sweet! The customers as well are very respectful and kind. The claw machine addition is so nice. My friend won 4 Labubus in thanks to the store manager. Definitely worth everything there:)))
If you’re looking for good quality poke you absolutely need to try this place. First time being back in years and I have seriously been missing out! I did a BYO poke bowl and WOW, everything was so flavorful the portions were HUGE. Also tried the almond milk crush pineapple which was just as good. Came back few days later to try their new smoothies. 10/10 can’t wait to come back for more.
This is my favorite Tai Chi in Rochester; first the ambiance is relaxing and inviting as soon as you walk in and there's always good music playing. The staff were super friendly, attentive and patient with us. Tonight was the first time trying a rice bowl at Tai Chi and it was very delicious, everything tasted fresh and my boyfriend had the Pokemazing, and there were no complaints whatsoever. We also ordered the Taro smoothie and the Lemon Peach tea, 10/10! AND if we weren't already happy, we were offered a donut, which made our day and was extremely soft and delicious. What I love about this place is that there is tons of options on the menu and there's never an issue with seating when we go. I would eat here every day if I could. They genuinely care about your experience and want to make sure you leave happy. If you haven't tried Tai Chi yet, do yourself a favor and get there ASAP. You won't regret it!
Lots of delicious options in a great location with helpful, friendly staff! There was no shortage of street parking but it's also in a very walkable area. Plenty of seating with accessible plugs as well as cute booths by the windows with natural light and outdoor seating as well! Super comfy vibe all around. Despite it being quite busy our wait really wasn't especially long! We stopped by on our way through town and hope to go back again soon!
Ramen, sushi burrito, rice bowls.... All are amazing. Tons of toppings to choose from and it's all always fresh. Also nicely decorated with plenty of seating room so it makes for a really nice super casual date spot. And if you like bubble tea you're in for a treat. Definitely give them a shot.
Strawberry snowflake was great! I got mango pineapple strawberry and banana! Chicken rice bowl was also pretty good. Just wish it had more sauce! The tonkatsu ramen was great and the sriracha helped bring a nice kick!
Not the absolute best ramen or poke bowl I’ve had but it was good. The build a bowl is fun because you can pick whatever you want in it; I got sesame rice, spicy tuna and spicy salmon, greens, cream cheese, and crunchy stuff for like $13-$14. It was pretty good. Would maybe get more sauce next time. The milk teas were good, pretty sweet but good!
Definitely worth it, but take note! I have allergies and I mentioned them when I ordered online for delivery, but it was NOT taken into consideration. I'm allergic to eggs and I ordered their spicy miso ramen with shrimp and I put in capital letters that I'm allergic to eggs, but I still found half a boiled egg in my ramen. If I eat over two full eggs I begin to vomit aggressively, but I pulled the egg out and decided to keep eating, so far I'm okay, but for people with more severe allergies please CALL THE PLACE FOR YOUR SAFETY! Otherwise the miso soup was perfectly spicy, not as much flavor as I wanted sadly, but my kumquat tea was very delicious and the tapioca pearls were perfect today.
So, we have been visiting this location on a semi-regular basis throughout its many owners these last 4 or 5 years - for some background. Additionally, we loved Copper Leaf in Pittsford! When we came, we were both planning on the chicken sandwich. Which they were out of. And then two beers in a row that we ordered, were out of stock. Bummer. Staff took a very long time to serve and just like in the previous two establishments, they were clearly understaffed. We were told that just before Copper Leaf took over, that this would be a less family-friendly environment (because what weirdos bring young kids to bars and around drunk people?) this unfortunately wasn't the case. Young kids running around and screaming. Great. Copper Leaf has a LOT of improving to do. I hope they can pull this off, because I love the original establishment.
I really want to like this place, but it's so deeply wasteful with the heavy duty plastic "reusable" bags that they give out with seemingly EVERY purchase. It makes me feel icky any time I order take away from them, and they don't have any kind of return policy for these bags either, just treating heavily manufactured bags like they're disposable is disappointing.
I was recently on a work trip in Rochester and was out for a walk and noticed this bubble tea place. At first I thought it was just bubble tea, but after walking in I saw that it was a full restaurant. I did not order food. I only ordered the tea with popping bubbles. The service was a little slow, but the drink itself was pleasant.
Probably would not go back. Beer selection was ok. Bartender was ok. Food was ok until I found a hair at the bottom of my wrap. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. For just opening, the place was dirty. Miss the old copperleaf in pittsford. Nothing like that.
Slow service, minimal staff. Waitress forgot our drink order and did not bring a side of fries. We asked for a turkey wrap without the aioli and they included the aioli anyway. When the drink finally arrived, it was mostly ice. Mediocre food. We were looking for a good time Saturday night but had much more fun on our couch with our cats.
They should just close if they don’t want customers. Went at 8pm on a Friday night and have never felt so unwelcome! The restaurant section was dark, and I think there were about 5 other customers at the bar besides the two of us. Took a while to get a drink order, seemed like the bartender was busy talking to other employees. We ordered the chorizo and carnitas quesadillas and it was gross, stale tortillas with a clump of meat and cheese in the middle of the plate. The menu said it was served with salsa and crema and all we got was sour cream. No one came to see how we were doing so we finished our drinks and couldn’t wait to leave, seemed like the staff felt the same way. Sad to see a new place that cares so little about customers!
Has a NYC homegirl. Ima keep it straight with you. The ramen soup wasn't the best, there's no flavor.I had better ramen soup that has flavor. The workers are friendly and helpful. But their restaurant is dirty not clean and makes me wonder what they serve me. I do like the games they have very entertaining and bubble tea is good.
