Park Avenue Paninoteca Rochester Reviews
Great spot for a Sunday night outing- melanzana panini & espresso martini were excellent! Ricardo was our server/bartender, super friendly and attentive. For a last minute choice it was perfect 👌 Ps bathrooms are beautifully decorated 🙌
Food is SO good and came quickly. I’d only gotten delivery previously but the place is super cute and there’s convenient parking. Mak, the server, was so nice and sweet and cheerful - made the experience even better! 10/10 would go again.
Me and my mom had last minute plans for Valentine’s Day. Many places are full and busy. My mom made the call to this restaurant and it was surprisingly not crowded. The manager Tyler greeted us with a welcoming smile and friendly attitude. He was helpful the whole time. He made us feel like we’re at home with his wonderful hospitality. The food was great and the atmosphere was relaxing but lively. Thank you for making our experience a moment we will never forget!!! We will be back soon:)
We celebrated my daughter’s bridal shower at Paninoteca and it was the most wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious (they even had gluten free options for guests) and the venue was able to fit 60 guests perfectly. If you need space for a special event, you can’t go wrong with Paninoteca!
Food is always amazing. They frequently cater lunches at work and no matter who delivers the food, they're always so nice and the food is great no matter what they bring. Dennis delivered the food today and even took the time to neatly set it up for our team. I was impressed and very thankful!
My husband hosted my surprise 50th birthday party here and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The staff went above and beyond. They were very attentive, organized and friendly to all.The food was outstanding as always! This is my favorite restaurant in Rochester and i can’t recommend Paninoteca enough to others. A huge thank you to the staff for making the evening unforgettable. Can’t wait to go back again
Absolutely love this place. Although I’ve never gone into the restaurant I have consistently had their food. Embarrassingly, weekly it’s that good. It’s like the only good food in Rochester that doesn’t come soggy and gross upon delivery. The Vincenzo is my go-to, never disappoints. This place got me through my masters degree. <3
5 Stars! Park Ave Paninoteco just catered my Christmas Party at my home. Everyone commented on how great the food was- they loved it! Tyler & Dillion were there the whole night to stay on top of things so I could enjoy myself and I did. They were fantastic from the start to the clean-up! Thanks guys!!
Wow!! What an excellent restaurant!!! The service was phenomenal! Our server was Tyler W. He gave me free samples of wine, and he didn’t charge us for our soda. He also was very personable—he had a conversation with my boyfriend about video games and he was polite. Not to mention, the food was excellent! I had the Ragu Rotini and my boyfriend had the grilled chicken panini. We also had an appetizer of mozzarella sticks. The food came out fast and it was delicious!! I would highly recommend this place! We will definitely come back here again!
Went here for dinner with my wife a few weeks ago and the food was really good. For an appetizer we had the arancini and it was very well made. And for dinner I had their panini and it tasted awesome! The waiter was nice and the prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely go back here again.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Park Ave Paninoteca! We recently celebrated my dad’s 80th birthday at Park Ave Paninoteca, and everything about the evening was perfect. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We ordered from their catering menu, and the meal was served family style, which made it feel warm and inviting, just like home. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone felt welcome. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating they were — my wife is gluten and dairy free, and they made her a special dish separately from what we ordered. That kind of care and attention to detail is rare and truly appreciated. The atmosphere was relaxed yet festive, making it the perfect setting for a family celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Park Ave Paninoteca for any occasion — we’ll definitely be back!
Park Ave Paninoteca is one of my favorite spots in Rochester. The paninis are amazing—especially the Vincenzo with crispy chicken cutlet and spicy sopressata. Everything tastes fresh and homemade, from the pasta to the desserts. The cannoli and peanut butter crack are must-tries! The staff are super friendly and the vibe is relaxed, whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout. It’s tucked inside Murphy’s Law, so it’s easy to miss—but once you find it, you’ll be hooked. Highly recommend!
We got the panini and pasta and it was gas. Absolute gas plus. The flavors were on point, everything tasted super fresh and authentic. It even reminded my friend of his time in Italy, it was that gas. The place was clean, affordable, and had a nice chill vibe. Definitely coming back again. If you’re in the area and craving real Italian style food, this spot’s a must.
Came here for lunch with my brother. Absolutely excellent! The food reminded me of my time in Italy, high quality ingredients and just the perfect amount of flavor. Rigatoni was perfectly al dente, panini was soft and crunchy at the same time. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice. Outstanding service, delicious food, affordable prices, what more can you ask? We will definitely be back!
My husband and I have been enjoying this restaurant since it was on Park Ave! It is one of our hands down favorite place to eat ate and each location has set the bar even higher as far as atmosphere! The food is amazing, we love the turkey panini, fried mozzarella and peanut butter crack is to die for!! We have brought many of our family and friends, and to top it off they catered my 40th birthday celebration, which was simply the best! Highly recommend!
I hosted a bridal shower at Paninoteca this past weekend, and it could not have been more perfect! Tyler was wonderful to work with from the very beginning—so accommodating, attentive, and helpful throughout the process. The space was exactly what we were looking for, and the staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived to unload our vehicles. Everything ran seamlessly, the food was fantastic, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Highly recommend!
Nice atmosphere and service. Very welcoming and helpful people. The food: We order lemon-basil shrimp for appetizers, soup du jour, and Melanzana panini, and Fritelle panini. Everything was delicious. I would add a little more chicken to the soup but the flavor was great! :) I definitely recommend this place!!
The service at this restaurant was outstanding—our server went above and beyond, even sharing the Spotify playlist when I asked about the fantastic music playing. Every song was a hit, and I immediately followed the playlist because their taste was impeccable. The food was exquisite; the salad appetizer was divine, bursting with fresh flavors. Our steak, paired with perfectly cooked potatoes, was a highlight, elevated by a mouthwatering butter topping that was surprisingly delightful. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating a perfect dining experience. I have zero complaints and would absolutely return!
One of my new favorite restaurants in Rochester! I came here for the first time today and was blown away by their food and service. I had their clam chowder which was amazing, followed by an even better panini. To top it all off I was given their homemade almond cookie to try and it was perfect! I would highly recommend going here if you are in the area, I know I will be back soon!
Had an amazing lunch, all the tables were set with cute plates and everyone appreciates a bag hook and electric sockets at each table. Parking was easy right next to the restaurant. The ambiance is high end with the light fixtures and the huge bar. The menu has a little bit of everything and for a great price. Food was so tasty and freshly made to order. The hand breaded chicken cutlet was perfect. The cup of clam chowder warms your body up nicely from this winter weather. And not one item was too salty which is always a risk with things like that. So happy they got their own place again and will be coming back for dinner soon too! Thank you Joe for the exceptional service and delicious bread pudding dessert. We were very impressed by your hospitality from the very beginning to the end.
Best Italian food experience I’ve had anywhere, ever. From the red sauce to the breading used on the fried mozzarella, everything tasted exactly like I grew up eating in my Sicilian-American household. Service was fantastic. Didn’t try any drinks but the bar looked well stocked. Will definitely be back!!
