This is always a go to place for me. Some bars come and go in rvc but this one has stood the test of time. Their own beer "dark horse lager" is my personal favorite. I recommend this place whether you are looking for Friday night excitement or just looking to catch a drink on a weeknight.

Typical Bar environment. Food was good and served quickly. Prices are reasonable. Not the nicest atmosphere for a first date but a good place to catch up and meet with friends. Bathrooms were clean. Beer was fresh. #localspot #happyhour

Good beer selection. Was there on a Saturday night and have and had the perfect mix of not too crowded and not too loud. Good crowd if you’re looking for a slightly older meaning not 21 yr old crowd.

Cool place. Drinks were good. Joined a group playing the card game "slaps" had fun. Only complaint would be 4 TVs showing the same event, could of switched it up.

It sounds rediculious but the Guiness tasted like water. And it wasn't just me, my wife tasted it and her cousin whom we were with. I then switched over to the darkhorse lager which was not bad at all. They played ok music. They have a dart board but no darts you have to bring your own. Never checked out the outside section. And the food looked pretty good from what I seen. I would be opposed to go back but it wouldn't be my first choice to stop at.

Went with my cousin (Female) yesterday. Mind you, we are in our 40's and just wanted a beer & and some hot wings before the young kids start getting packed in like sardines She felt uncomfortable with the unhealthy amount of tesostrone presented by the young/middle aged staff members. We asked for drinks and we seemed to be almost bothering the staff. Regardless of that, food was pretty good and music was the right vibe. We will try again but hopefully customer service improves.

Came here on a Thursdays morning at about 1AM. They had 2 people working and there weren't too many people there, yet it still took me almost 8 minutes to get a bottle of beer. Drank about half of it and went out for a cigarette, right out front.Came back in and my beer had been cleared from the bar. The guy told me he thought I'd left even though I was right out front and had left my bookbag on the chair. He offered to buy me another beer but I had to go catch a train. Terrible service, in my opinion.

This place is the worst stay far away my friends and I attend St. John’s university and are all 22 the women said they do not accept out of state ids this is the tri state area and thrives off of tourism majority of us had pa or ma ids the manager was extremely rude and asked us to leave as only 1 other person was in the bar there was bugs all over the table. Emphasize never enter if you want bugs in the food as well as horrible service please don’t go here.

Poor Customer Service. I was A tourist to your establishment and On Monday 16th September @ 2:30am, my friend and I both decided to try the schlafly pumpkin 🎃 beer and I commented it was an acquired taste to my friend and the bar tender shouted it is a preferred beer 🍺 for white girls they like it. Not sure 🤔 how the color of the skin determines the taste of a beer. So Uncultured, ignorant and unfortunate the way he thought.

The crowd has become more immature than usual. Sadly a friend of mine was innapropriately touched and grabbed on the restroom line and other people were belligerent and falling all over themselves and people they clearly didn't know. Staff should be able to recognize this blatant inappropriate behavior and rectify it for the people there for a good time
