There was only one employee today, on a rainy day which is the busiest day for take out ESPECIALLY on a holiday weekend. She was so kind and working really hard! Give her a raise as she smiles through it all. 😊

I live in Fate and come to the Rockwall South location despite being closer to two other Pizza Hut restaurants. The Ridge Road location is reliably accurate, timely and friendly, with a clean restaurant and a welcoming staff. I have had members of this restaurant team meet me outside because I had my dog, then come load up my food in my car for me without even having asked. Jennifer and Ibrahim clearly love and take pride in their work, and the people here are the reason I drive all the way across town to pick up from this store. Huge thank you to Jennifer, Ibrahim and the rest of the Rockwall South team!

Ordered pick up through door dash and there was some strange transfer of information. The gentleman that helped us at the front was kind and courteous, he got us all straightened out and on our way. This type of service is a thing of the past at most establishments- but not here! Really appreciate it!

Outstanding service. I placed an order for pick up yesterday evening of pizza, breadsticks and pasta. When I arrived, I was greeted by the manager from the kitchen as they were preparing orders. Within a few minutes, they boxed and served myself along with three other customers who had similar orders. They were very courtesy and respectful with a great attitude. The food was prepared excellently and I will definitely return to this location because of the manager. I did not catch their name, but the manager had long hair, a beard and tattoos. Thank you for great service and a wonderful personality!

I ordered my pizza at around 5:35. I received a text at 6:34 saying my pizza will arrive at 6:43, it didn't, I called them at 7, a woman said she would make it fresh and bring it to me herself, but I told her I'll just pick it up myself. My pizza was made correctly but under cooked an just a little warm. 2 hrs from ordering to the table

Whoever the shift manager is at 2927 Ridge Rd in Rockwall, Tx is an absolutely disgrace to the Pizza Hut brand. Very rude, withheld name, hung up in my face 3 times all over an $18 order. Hopefully the calls are recorded so they can be reviewed. She is a tall Caucasian lady with dark hair and I have never experienced this type of customer service from an establishment, EVER. I'm still mad at that lady. Phillip the real store manager resolved this issue very professionally and I was please that he contacted me on his off day and understood where I was coming from. Offered a credit and additional training for staff. Thank you Phillip.

Keep ordering pizza with extra sauce but most of the time we get cold pizza with just cheese and crust. Manager always offers to send another one if we call and then they do it right. Not sure why they can't get it right the first time. You can see by the photos that its pretty bad. Manager was short and unprofessional when spoke by phone to request a refund. Finally had enough of this place and will not patronize this location again. Have given them chances and stopped using the location but started up again and its the same. About 85% chance it will be bad food and about 15% it will be normal. Dominos in Rockwall is always great.

Ordered two pepperoni pizzas for delivery. One thin crust and one stuffed crust. Added a generous tip. Arrival was estimated to be 7:38-7:40ish. Time kept being added onto the delivery time until it finally arrived via door dash at 8:20. Cold, dry, overcooked and the worst pizza we’ve ever had. Will not be ordering here again.

Let me just say, normally this pizza hut is tasty and smells nice. Not today. The pizza smelled like throw up or doodoo not sure which aroma was stronger. I thought that it was just the box that was invasive, but no...I digress...it was definitely the food. I picked it up, and it smelled absolutely awful!!! Please give me hope that we can still eat here in the future.

It would be silly of me to keep going where it doesn't work for us, which is sad because I mostly eat Pizza Hut. Too bad the Horizon Road location has declined sooo.
