Haven't been to a pollo regio before as it's not really common where I'm from in the east coast but damn look at the portion size for all these nachos and 5 tacos we got all for $33. Azarel took care of us and ensure we got everything we needed on this hot and busy day. Come through if you just want to get your quick fix in Mexican food!

What an amazing find! This some of the best Mexican food I've had and I've traveled through almost everywhere in Mexico. Always love a salsa bar with lots of flavorful and spicy salsas, onions, limes, jalapenos, and more. Everything was packed with intense flavors. Service was super quick and friendly. Wish I had one where I live!

We tried this place for lunch and were greeted right away. Maritza took our order, we both ordered a Burrito plate with rice and beans. I ordered the Barbacoa and my partner ordered the Pastor. Both were very delicious. They give a number to put on your table. We sat down and a few moments later someone brought our food. The food was very delicious, the rice is amazing, full of flavor. The refried beans were very tasty. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We cannot wait to return. We found the restaurant clean as were the restrooms. They have a Salsa bar with different flavor and heat of Salsas. This is a great place for a lot of food. We left so full. We will be regulars at this place from now on.

Ok so I don’t remember the drive through ladies name today but she was perfect and went out of her way to make sure our order was perfect!!! And it was!! Good and service was outstanding!!!! She should get a raise for sure!!!!

Wowser! It’s full of flavors! We had half of chicken with size and loaded nachos. Everything was delicious! The portion was very decent too, we are stuffed and still have leftovers! There’s a salsa bar and chips that you can get it yourself, they’re delicious too! We’re very happy with our lunch!

Exactly what Rockwall needed! Excellent food and preparation. Very fresh and authentic even though there are many locations. I've never had a bad experience and this location is no different. A little pricey but worth it because you get good food and good service to go with it. The rotisserie style chicken is amazing.

Clean inside. Friendly staff. Really good food. I had the half chicken dinner. Lots of rice and beans and tortillas. Definitely enough for 2 people. Warm chips and a salsa bar.

The staff is always very friendly. I think they're still getting the hang of it, but the food is absolutely delicious and worth the wait.

🌟🌟🌟 I have been really curious about this place. The chicken was surprisingly tasty. Thick chips aren't my favorite and the salsa options labeled "spicy" weren't spicy but also tasty. Customer service was great But three stars for cleanliness.

I placed a family order and my total amount was over $60 dollars and all the green salsas were half way full this is the first time this happened and I think it’s ridiculous plus the salsa containers are smaller than before plus the salsa was salty, and the chicken was very dry and burn really bad experience and this is one of my favorite foods places.

The food was good. The young lady that worked the front counter was either brand new, or she just doesn't have customer service skills. She didn't acknowledge her customers and was slowfull about taking orders. The salsa bar and floor were dirty. If the food wasn't so good, I would have rated it one star.

Not sure what happened to place but what used to be a decent place was filthy and the food absolutely horrible! The chip warmer was not on so the chips were cold and stale. My flautas were the absolute worst! The chicken inside was burnt to a crisp and literally turned into a powder. Will not be back. Not sure how it stays in business!

Sad to write this review, as I usually love this place. However, an hour wait for two items via drive thru is unacceptable. On top of that, the order was wrong, which I only realized after driving away. No compensation, explanation, or warning. Only an insincere “Sorry”. For the prices being charged, and the usual quality of the food at Pollo Regio locations, this was really disappointing. For management, please look into your staff on 01/11/26

Went in side and waited a good 5 min for anyone to even say anything to me. There was a lady standing right there just cleaning. This lady did not say one word to me. When the guy finally came out of the office he did not say anything to me I just had to start talking for him to take my order. Chicken was dry and over cooked today. Rice was decent but alittle mushy. When I got there there was 2 people there eating and was hard for me to find a good clean table.

I ordered whole chicken. They told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait. I said okay. Before you know it. I waited an hour just to be told it was going to be another 30 minutes. If I wanted a whole chicken or I could order something else. A waste of time, and they didn’t even care. They could’ve at least told me instead of that making me wait for so long. Beyond pissed.

SAFETY- HAZARD- I ordered the Party Taco Asada catering package for my 40th birthday, and I was extremely alarmed when my cousin bit into something hard and discovered a rusted screw in the carne asada. We had several young children eating with us, and as a registered nurse, all I could think about were the safety risks—including choking hazards and potential infection from the rust. We immediately stopped eating the carne asada and contacted the Rockwall location. I provided photos of the screw on the plate. The only response I received was that they “investigated and found nothing on their end.” I have absolutely no reason to lie about this. A child could have been seriously injured, or worse, had they ingested it. Please be cautious if you choose to eat here. Based on this experience, I do not feel that this location is currently safe.
