We come here at least 3 times a month. It’s one of the best restaurants in Rockwall with amazing food and great service. We usually order the Veggie Gyoza, Kirin Ichiban, and Veggie Wontonamen (medium spice) and it’s delicious every time! The street corn is phenomenal as well. We love Ramenhead and will continue to support this place!

This is a Great little Ramen Shop. They give a little hand towel at arrival. Definitely Delicious Bowls. Prices are good. Friendly Staff. Fast Service. Cozy Atmosphere. Expect a wait if you arrive during popular times. Read into the Blake bowl and give if you can. Overall a must visit if your in the area.

From appetizer to dessert, we were very pleased with our orders. The kitchen is small but the staff were very efficient so our dishes came out in a timely manner. They won't be at this location long because they will expand to meet customer growth. Will be back soon.

My wife and I went about a month ago on a date night. We have talked about trying this place for almost a year. I have no clue why it took so long, but it will not take that long to go back! Wow, that sums it all up. The service was fantastic, and the food matched it. The broth is so rich and well balanced that it taste like something a great grandma would have made and passed down generation to generation. Fantastic place, do not wait to go, just go!

Have had the tonkotsu several times and liked it. However, the medium I ordered this time was way too spicy like atomic level or whatever the hottest version is. I picked a bad day to have wind-chapped lips. 😅 I tried to eat less sauce, but then when I had the egg it tasted like it had a dash of cinnamon and the mushrooms were chewier and tasted a little soured. What's going on?

The portions were good but the food was a little different than we expected. My wife's dish was the big noodle bowl but it was small and with nothing else other than dried noodles. However, my dish was good and so were our friends. Also our waitress was great and she was patient with us and our questions. Overall, it was a good place, just need to set your expectations correctly. 😊

Have been coming here for over two years telling everyone about how great the food is and tbh. The food is fabulous. But the wait staff is not. Our server hovered over us, pushing us to order faster, was very rushed, kept coming back to see if we were ready to leave, even telling me that if we didn't order more we should leave. Three times we got this same server who was super pushy and who desperately wanted us to just order, slurp fast and get out. I just cannot go back here. It's ramen...it takes time to eat it and I want to enjoy it with my friends and family and not feel shoved out the door.

Ordered take out , the Miso Hot ramen and honestly was disappointed . I work about 5-7mins away and when I opened up my order the noodles were hard….. I poured in the soup to hopefully soften the noodles up but honestly it didn’t do a thing. The noodles also had no flavor, the soup was flavorful , but noodles not flavor at all. I’m pretty disappointed in this place. It was a waste of money on my part. I ate a bit less than half , I’ll be getting rid of the rest.

It was unbelievably bad. As a Japanese, this is nowhere close to what ramen should be. I honestly want my money back. It was so bad that I’m genuinely upset. The soup tasted like flavorless carbonara, and the noodles were mushy like tofu. For a takeout order, the noodles and soup should absolutely be packed separately. The ramen I just ate barely qualifies as food. I truly regret choosing this place. I will never come back, and honestly, it shouldn’t stay in business like this. The owner seriously needs to spend at least a month training in Japan. It’s just that bad. I often eat ramen in us, but this one is by far the worst I’ve ever had.

Ramen Head of Rockwall has tons of amazing potential due to location and low amount of Ramen in the general area. I appreciated the friendly waitress who took my order, so I do not feel service is the issue. I ordered their " Signature Pork Tonkotsu" and as an appetizer the Hot deviled egg" The eggs were too salty and cold. The ramen looked good but the pork was slightly burnt, dry and I could not chew it. Noodles seemed like they were from a instant ramen package. And the broth seemed watered down. The nice waitress did take the Ramen off the bill for me, and I feel like she even knows the food is just simply not that good.

This restaurant serves gluten free ramen that has been boiled in the same water as regular wheat ramen. The establishment believes some crazy stuff about this making it no longer an allergen. They are going to end up killing someone with this horribly false information. If you have a wheat allergy, or celiac do NOT eat here! I like to give all businesses a chance to fix and adjust mistakes but they actually believe that this is ok even though many people have told them this is inaccurate information, and dangerous! Heat and water 10000% do not turn off wheat from being an allergen and protein that triggers autoimmune damage and anaphylaxis.

This restaurant left a lot to be desired. the broth was watery while the noodles were hard by the time I got home(I live 8 min away). the goza was completely burnt and everything tasted like cinnamon which threw all the flavors off will never go here again. Not worth $70

You can’t go wrong with noodles but they did here! First time coming and a very disappointed. Not many options on the noodles meat but pork 👎🏼 rice bowl was a not great. But the worst was the customer service. The lady we got was an older Asian short lady hardly spoke english she was very rude and very pushy. First trying to hurry us to order and kept a taking our food plates when we were not even done. One more of our family members was still eating and she kept asking if we were almost done because more ppl were arriving. Never again coming back. Also when we were ordering drinks, and when we would say this… she was like we don’t have lemonade nor this nor that. Just water and tea and I was like then why didn’t u say the first time. We had came with our family party of 10 and when our other family arrived we moved chair and the waiters same lady got mad telling us we couldn’t move and I’m like seriously we haven’t even ordered our food!
