Got served by Deandra and was amazing. Super kind very quick very professional gave my dog pup cup she's the best Starbucks I want you to recognize you got to keeper in the family. She said she was a shift lead Starbucks you need to make your manager ASAP we need more vibes like this in the morning. Thanks Dee for making my days 😀

Good place to do some work while sipping coffee. The only dings are the music in the location is a tad obnoxiously loud. Could be turned down a few clicks. There are no outlets in the area to charge and that seems to be intentional combined with the music volume. Service was fast and very kind.

As of today a barista at this store helped me figure out what drink I wanted to try out today since I was tired of my usual. He went out of his way to figure out what I enjoy most about my usual drink. He also insisted on paying my next drink out of his pocket if he didn’t remember my name because he wanted to make sure I felt welcomed. It made me feel good especially during these times. :)

Clean indoor space. Semi-great wifi laptop study place due to plenty of seating, parking, and access to an outlet under one large community table. The community table is big, and located by the cashier area. BUT the seating stool is a bit tall. So you'll be hunched over your laptop and such. There are small tables by it. And you can bring an extension if anything. Bring a jacket as it could get cold. There's a clean restroom. Some people are down to use the ceiling outlet close to other tables. This place is pretty empty inside during my 2 visits so far. Their music a loud, so not a great place to take any online meetings. Restroom code is their what store number they are: 48425.

I literally only stepped in here for a minute to pick up a mobile order I placed. My phone said the order wouldn't be ready for maybe another ten minutes, but I just went inside to wait. As I went to the pickup counter, both my drinks were already sitting there. I tried their Strawberry Acai Starbucks Refresher while my bf got their Espresso Frappucino. It was BOGO at the time so we got both for the price of one. I really enjoyed my drink as it also had fresh strawberries inside, which made it even better. My usual was the Passion Fruit Lemonade, but I think this one is the newly crowned favorite. My bf also liked his drink as he said he preferred this one over the one he ordered last time - Mocha Frappucino. Even though the workers looked busy as we were picking up our drinks, the man behind the counter realized we were looking for a straw before we even had the chance to ask, which seems like they are attentive. The only problem I seemed to have is their parking. It's very limited, but I guess that goes for many locations.

Wednesday afternoon, the crew was uptight and worked up. The place only scattered with a few customers, the staff were already acting so occupied that it made accommodating customer requests difficult and a big deal.

I like coming here but old guy has an attitude.

Service needs improvement. Baristas must pay attention to customized drink orders because we often leave with drinks we don't finish or throw away. There are random days they get the drink orders correct, but it's about as rare as an eclipse. I did enjoy the holiday penguin sugar cookie.

Went to the drive-thru, I purchased a turkey pesto sandwich. I ended up getting the ham sandwich which is a few dollars cheaper than what I paid for. I've been having a lot of issues lately where my orders are getting wrong at different Starbucks that I go to

They don't care if you stay in front of them. They made you wait for no reason to get your coffee. They throw your cheese Danish. You guys should check your personal. Coffee was good, cheese Danish as well

I came to get change for a $5 because I need to take a bus home.. cashier explained I need to buy something so she can open the register..i dont even think thats true her name started with a "Y" cheapest thing is a $1.75 if I could rate a 0 or negative numbers i would.. she definitely earned a negative review

Every time I come to this Starbucks they give me a hard time ...I feel like there just racist towards Mexicans .. this time was for a cup of ice water.. I was willing to even pay for the cup and they told me no.. SHAME ON YOU.... I GO TO A LOT OF STARBUCKS AND I'M NOT TREATED THIS WAY IT'S ONLY HERE ON LAS TUNAS IN THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ... It's like they were trained to be racist here at this location that's how I feel.. heading to another Starbucks that treats me like a customer should be treated with respect..
