Anisa was absolutely outstanding! She was Johnny on the spot with service, always attentive and periodically checking in to make sure we were taken care of. The experience felt warm and welcoming—like being at home (without the bill, lol). She is truly the pinnacle of customer service and should be the one training the next generation on how excellent service is done. Really great experience at this IHOP. It was very clean and comfortable. The service from the staff here was amazing. Catherine was our server and she was very polite, professional and attentive to our party. She always followed up with us to make sure that everything was going well with our dine in experience. We were well taken care of. Definitely will be back!

Had a great time here. I had Samantha as my server and she was excellent. Always had a smile, gave no issues at all and had given me 5 star service. Will definitely ask for her the next time I come to eat.

I had a mixed experience, but overall it was still good. There were a few small issues with organization, and the food was not perfect. My dish had a bit too much butter, the mushrooms were slightly undercooked, and the pancakes were a little overdone. However, the staff were very nice, polite, and handled everything with a good attitude. Even though there were minor problems, the service made up for it. Because of that, I’m giving 4 stars and hope they continue improving.

It's an IHOP, the food is consistent and I haven't had any issues. The service has been outstanding the last 2 times I've been with my family. Anisa was our waitress and was absolutely amazing.

This was a decent restaurant. It was pretty empty in the evening and there seemed to be only one employee playing the part of hostess and waitress but she did a good job. Service was a bit slow but not too big of an issue. The food was tasty and our orders were correct.

Now I understand why this location has a 3.1 rating. During my visit, there were some issues. They seemed to forget who ordered what, and when bringing the food out, one of the dishes was spilled because of a lack of focus. The food also had some problems. My dish had too much butter, the mushrooms were undercooked, and the pancakes were slightly burnt. However, I want to be fair. The staff were very nice and polite in the way they spoke to me, and their attitude was friendly. Because of their good customer service, I decided to give 3 stars instead of 1. I hope they improve the food quality and organization in the future.

My hubby ordered food and said that the lady who took the order was rude. He kept asking her was everything in the bag the lady said yes. Came all the way home and the whole order was wrong we did not order egg whites , French toast order 2 of them. We order breakfast sampler, chicken and waffles and the French toast for 1. I see why they got a 3.1 and can not keep workers. I did not give a star on food because it was nothing we ordered.

Waited one hour to not get our family meal completed. I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone. Make the trip to sugarland instead. The restaurant wasn't even busy so that excuse is out the window. I'm not into writing bad reviews but this had to be done to warn people.

Absolute nightmare of an experience. Took about 15mins for anyone to take our order. Took about an hr to get our food with multiple things wrong with the order. Didn't even get refills the entire time we waited. Food was cold by the time we got it. Wasn't even busy. There was only 2 other couples dining in. Didn't complain while we were there because the older gentleman that waited on us seemed to be doing everything himself. The younger people there didnt seem to be doing anything to help. I believe the gentleman's name was David. He was running around trying to do so much. Almost as if he was cooking, waiting tables, and seating customers. We felt bad for the guy because he was trying to do the best he could. So we didnt wanna complain and make his life harder. But the other employees there didnt seem to be any help. He deserved better.

We waited 45 min until I asked to speak to manager. He walks over to our table and I told him we have been waiting what the hold up.he says I think your food is ready. I said look at all that food over there waiting to be served, its just sitting there. Mean while our waitress never came back to check on us and several guest walked out while waiting on food. This was our first and last time here. They need to be trained properly and not have food sitting for a long period of time getting cold. And hire a manger who can answer questions properly instead of saying"I think".. 12/7/2025 12:12 pm

Service was awful. Our server took our order, took 20 minutes to bring out our waters, wrote our order down then came back multiple times asking for our order. We waited for an hour before we finally left. I believe he never put our order in even after writing it down multiple times. It was also not busy at all, we were one of three tables.

If you want to upgrade to ham on any plate this is what they give you. It's an upgrade though meaning you pay more. The hash browns were thin and overdone, and the eggs were watery.

After we were seated and our order was taken, we waited over 30 minutes. I noticed every table around us getting their food even though we ordered first. Our waitress seemed busy and hadn’t stopped by to check on us. I eventually asked another employee to check on our order since it had been a while. Our waitress overheard and came by to say she’d be right with us, and when she finally did, she explained that the kitchen had somehow erased our order and we’d have to place it again. By then, we had already waited about 40 minutes, and our kids were getting fussy. She mentioned we’d get a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated — until I saw the check and realized the discount was only $1.65. After such a long wait and lack of communication, that small discount felt like an insult. Had I not spoken up, no one would’ve even noticed our order was missing. Very disappointing experience.

I came in around 10:35, I place a to go online order thinking it would be quicker than dining in. The ETA they gave me online was 10:30. I was ignored twice by 2 male servers while everyone else got seated. 5 mins passed, a waitress came to seat these 2 young ladies that just got there. She finally acknowledged me and asked if I was helped yet or not. I said no one has helped me yet. She asked for my name and it has been already passed 10 mins and new people keep on coming and being seated. I couldn’t even stop to ask someone when would be the ETA. It had been already 40 mins. The lady never came back to check up on or anything. A male servers while finally came to check up on me and brought my food right away.

I say overall experience is not worth coming back to. My boys have been asking to come. I love their coffee. Which took 35 mins to get. We are literally the only table in here. 1 server that is doing everything. There is a manager here doing bare minimum to assist him. Because of her I give the 1 star. The food and server are great. I really feel bad for this Manuel the server.
