We love Waffle House. We love how we can just order as much as we want as a family and it's still so affordable. No fights. Good service. We had a pretty large party. 4 kids and 4 adults. All delicious

Excellent service on Sunday! Everything was fresh and they even remembered the cheese I wanted on my grits (my craving was satisfied). It is always great service at this location.

This was my first time here at the Waffle House. We got great service and the food was great. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We were all stuffed!

We have eaten at Waffle Houses from Jacksonville to Houston and even in Oklahoma City and this is hands down the worst one we have eaten at! The coffee cups were dirty; we had to ask for different ones. The eggs were served almost raw the cook said that is the way he cooks them, so we didn't eat them. The hash browns were so greasy the grease was dripping from them. Yuk!! The only good thing was the waitress was very good and fast. We left there still hungry with a bad taste in our mouth. You need a better cook and dishwasher.

Maybe it depends on the day, but everyone in there will look at you in your face 1-2 times, without saying a word, pass you by maybe 5-10 times.... all while you stand there and stare at your completed/ paid for to go order sitting behind the register getting colder. No point in leaving a tip on top of the fees for to go orders.

I haven't eaten from Waffle House in 2 years and I was excited to go today and pick up something to eat. I walked in and there were no smiles. Finally, someone said, "I'll take your order here". My order was to go so I did not leave a tip. I love tipping good service, but the service was not good. Once my order was done, the lady said "here you go". I just happened to be on crutches and she had my bad hanging off the counter and it looked like it was about to fall. As I grabbed the bag, she let in go and walked away so I had to hurry and grab it so the contents would not fall out. One customer ask did I need help, but I had the bag secured. Needless to say, I will not visit the Waffle House in Rosenberg Tx ever again.

I ordered the All Star Special. It's a good way to get a variety of items, but still be filling. The toast was soggy. I didn't get the bacon that was supposed to come with it. The eggs had tiny bits of shell in them so it was like eating glass with the crunch. 🤢🤮 The hash browns were meh. The waffle was a bit mangled when the lady pryed it from the waffle maker. The waffle tasted good until I got a mouthful of the carbon build up from the waffle maker. NOT A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE Waffle House used to be a place for decent comfort food and potentially a show in the parking lot. This time around not only was there no show, the food was subpar. The employees were polite . It was fairly clean all things considering.

The mother daughter duo working this day, needs to look somewhere else, not involving peoples food, for work. Came in with my son on a weekday afternoon. Maybe one other person besides them in the place from what I could see. Asked for decade, was told initially there was none. Then I got served cold decafe. The young waitress seemed to rush me while I was debating what to get, either share a dish or get my son his own. I wasn't feeling in sharing mood, however I also didn't want my chaos spirit to waste his either. Times are hard right now. I went ahead and ordered the del monico steak and eggs w/grits for me, and two egg w/tomato for him. I didn't want the has browns, but the frustration of the other employee/ mother of the waitress decided to give them to me anyway because her daughter/ waitress didn't clearly state what I ordered. Then she forgot the tomatoes, didn't ask if I wanted steak sauce, and mumbled anything else. She checked on us once, washed dishes the splashed water into my food, didn't try to make any effort to see if wanted to get something else, or discount her accident. I finished my dismissal meal, very disappointed in a restaurant I used to enjoy. I left no tip, and I don't think I will go to another waffle house. The service industry is sinking fast. I have reluctantly stopped by here twice since my above review out of last minute plans. I still have nothing very positive to say, if I didn't it would simply be they get food out fairly quick. My cheesecake was not hot when I got it.

This Waffle House advertises 24-hour service; however, when my boyfriend and his father arrived, they were informed that the kitchen was “done cooking,” despite staff still preparing food for others. This was disappointing and unprofessional. The situation gave the impression of possible unfair treatment, which is unacceptable in any business setting. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure all customers are treated with fairness and respect.

I was really excited about trying out this place since we were visiting in Houston so we decided to stop and give it a try. Firstly judging by the view through the windows it was crowded and small. We went in anyways and sat at the waiting area by the entrance since we were looking to get a booth. We waited about 20 mins before a booth became available and cleaned up but the only problem was the only busboy they had was moving slow as hell. Im not sure if he didn't feel like working or what but he would take a few dirty plates one at a time and then finally use the same dirty rag he wiped up all the other tables with. When we finally sat down our waitress comes over and you can clearly tell shes also not wanting to be at work either. She was not friendly, never came to check in on us and the only time she came with a refill was when she saw us getting ready to get up and go pay. By then it was too late we had already been sitting there with no refills for half of our meal. The food was bland. My scrambled eggs were dry, the waffle was paper thin and my hashbrowns had no taste. Tbh the only thing that I enjoyed was the buttered triangle toast. The bacon was meh.. I ordered a coke with my meal but I had to ask to exchange it because it had a chemical taste to it so I ordered a Sprite and that too tasted like chemicals. I would def not recommend this place or ever eat here again. I enjoy tipping but if you are not going to give me good service I will NOT tip you. Honestly Mcdonald's breakfast tastes so much better than this and I dont like Mcdonalds much.

The food was terrible and the grill area was horrible. If I’d noticed the issue I’m speaking of, I never would’ve eaten here. Bianca’s service was great but the food was definitely not worth the nearly $50 I spent. Look at the waffle area, I wonder how long it took for that batter to build up.
