The good is so fresh and yummy. I love it. The salads are delicious, The drinks are huge, the sandwiches are so good. Kids meals are super cheap. The staff is so nice and they seem happy. Great for lunch and dinner!

The sandwiches here are good and relatively inexpensive compared to some similar soup-and-sandwich restaurants. The food gets served quickly too, even when it's crowded.

McAlister’s Deli is remodeled and looks very modern and nice. The meals are very enjoyable. I love that they have soups, salads, sandwiches, and spuds. And you can mix and match by ordering a “Choose Two.” The McAlister’s Famous Sweet Tea is excellent, and is served in a huge container. Plus, the beverage dispensers are now out on the front counter so you can get your own refills. The menu is up on the wall, and the employees are helpful. When you dine-in, they give you a table number and deliver your order to your table. Still no free WiFi though. There's ample parking, especially that they have a corner spot. Get the app to earn rewards or to place a mobile order.

Well, after much hesitation, because these kinds of places are dying concepts, I took a risk, and I went into one of these locations. Nothing symbolizes the place better than MEH 😐 .. Had their Signature McAlisters Club, and it was drier than a sandwich served on an airplane. It tasted just like one, too. Potato salad was decent. Friendly workers.

The food was great. I had the Asian Chicken Salad. I was with two other people, and the cashier couldn't get our order right. I had to pay adain for another drink, and a side of Sun Chips was missing when our order was brought to the table.

I arrived about 5 minutes after the time given & still had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order. The restaurant was practically empty, so the additional wait time seemed unnecessary. The potato was not cooked thoroughly & the salad & sandwich was thrown in a box together.

Had blt a sandwich today from McAlister. Just came out of the toilet after vamit the sandwich. How fresh the food was don't know. It was the only food I ate today . Don't think I will be back.

I ordered a salad yesterday I don’t know where to start. I place the order online and put no avocados for a reason and they still put the avocados on there that was strike one. Then the lettuce was brown strike 2. Then the meat was ice cold and had an odd taste to eat. I was too far away to even take the salad back. I threw the salad away I will never order from them again.

Ridiculous. Ordered fresh fruit and was given moldy fruit ! Also received a hairy sandwich. Won’t be returning. If I have to tear through my entire order carefully everytime I order to make sure there isn’t anything unpleasant inside just because this establishment doesn’t prioritize cleanliness then I won’t waste my time spending my money here.

I ordered the ultimate nachos; chili, cheese, olives, avocado, sour cream, shredded cheese, and tomatoes. First, they gave me a bunch of crumbs for chips. Second, they mixed the chili and cheese in one small bowl instead of separating them like they usually do. Third, they put the avocado, olives, shredded cheese and tomatoes all in one container instead of separating them. I asked them to separate my chili and cheese because I don’t remember asking for them to be combined. They separated them and it wasn’t even enough to cover the amount of crumbs (chips) they gave me. I got less than an half a cup of chili and less than an half a cup of cheese and 3 jalapeños. This is the same size cup they tried to combine the chili and cheese together in. Mind you, this was supposed to be a shareable appetizer but it was hardly enough for me to eat on my own. Trash.
