Ordered on the app, they took the full 34 minutes to make … WORTH IT. Everything was so flavorful, every single bite had a zing to it, and they were busy!! Had the order right, no issues, staff was polite even though I can see that they’re tired. They continued to greet me nicely. So first is the new street corn, the next picture is lemon pepper and honey hot rub, and the last picture is the mango habanero tenders. What a great cheat meal, def coming back 🔥🔥
First time trying wing stop and in Texas! Got there and the cashier took our order and told us to wait. Waited about 30 minutes. Food arrived, a mix of wings, boneless, fries and tenders. The chicken was very well cooked and the different flavours tasted excellent! The nicest flavour is garlic and parmesan, the fries were also excellent and salty. Overall the place is excellent and very busy with people walking in and out and drivers. Will definitely be back next time!

I was craving wings so I came here for lunch because I like this location. Service was straight forward and my wings were cooked perfectly. I really believe Wingstop has the best tasting lemon pepper wings with just the right amount of tang and no funky aftertaste. The ranch dip is the bomb diggity, too. The only other place that has "To Die For" ranch dip is Outback. Amen.
Let’s get into it. Always check your order.. yes open each container because something is always wrong or missing, or thrown in those cheap black containers. The large fry is not a large fry, the small boat at the bottom is a regular fry if that.. a large fry should not have a boat at the bottom, and if they changed it then do not pay for a large because it is not large. We are being gipped. The new corn is good but put it together you maybe have one small ear if that, of corn… ludicrous. Also very inconsistent on the fries as far as cut, overall quality. There are so many workers there on the clock at once, but again some just stand around so why are they being paid. Put that money towards the food. Standards are in high question, because where are they. Wingstop is a small place, but the layout could be better, the cashier/order line is nonexistent, the side part of the same counter is small also for pickup with other people waiting for their food. Fountain machine is a newer version but mostly all carbon, ice is always in the melting phase, and the drink comes out too fast. There are a lot of areas for improvement.
Normally I would never take to the internet to drop a negative review however, tonight is a special case. When I drove up it was clear that the restaurant was completely empty excluding the staff. Another group was ahead of me walking in. As we came in and stood in front of the counter one of the kitchen staff, who were otherwise just standing around, exited the kitchen and yelled to another employee who was clearly busy cleaning the restrooms that guests were here. They had a short back and forth before she came up yo the register to inform us that they were out of "ice, corn, and french fries", the other group decided to take their business elsewhere upon receiving that news. As I was primarily there for wings and a restaurant employee myself I understood the situation as sometimes that happens. It's simply the nature of the industry. Apparently, after I questioned the reason, this location was not totally prepared for the higher volume of having their call in order system back in operation. A totally reasonable situation. So I placed my order, a 15pc meal-4-2, after also subbing in Lemon Pepper for Original Hot(which was also 86ed). Payed, waited, and went on my way. After getting home It was clear the staff felt bad about being so short on items they basically double the wing count I ordered. I definitely appreciate that. However, basically EVERY SINGLE WING was overcooked and the sauce was burnt black. (See pictures) We basically had to just deal with it and eat them anyway as most restaurants are closed at this time of night. Not pleasant at all. I can forgive a much busier than expected weeked leading to several 86ed items. Having staff inform guests immediately before they even order is excellent. What I can't level with is a full kitchen with 0 order backlog doing that level of "quality". Also why is there only 1 person in the whole place able to operate the registers. This whole experience was less than positive.
The food and service was good; however, I couldn’t help but notice that my boneless wings were all cut in half. I’m sure due to inflation companies are cutting corners, but to have a blatantly obvious cut back left a sour taste in my mouth. Each of my 20 piece wings were cut in half and fried over and the portions were small as you could imagine. I do not recommend the boneless wings.
THE WINGS, THESE RUDE PEOPLE SERVED ME, WERE HARD, TINY, AND MY LOUISIANA FRIES BARLEY HAD ANY SEASONINNNNNG?!!?!?!?!?!?! pls when i place a mobile order im trying to get DECENT food not the WORST food u guys have available to serve. greedy wingstop giving me fried pieces not even chicken. smh
Whoever is the owner of this location needs to fire the store manager at night on January 19, 11:00pm The store owner needs to know that this manger closes 30 or 40 minutes early, closing cash registers, counting money & telling people they can not make food when you store operations are from 10:30 am to midnight! This has been ongoing with this Hispanic manager who is lazy & has attitude issues.
Truly disappointed with the food we got! The fries seemed to have been refried multiple times, the wings were so dry and no taste. It's a shame So long Wingstop
Dirty restaurant, overall the worst part… cashier kept calling out name wrong, causing confusion.Went up 2 times, despite screen saying order was ready, cashier kept saying order was not ready, after noticing cooks not cooking anymore orders, I went up again. Screen clearly indicated order was ready. Keep my eyes locked on staged orders, I was finally handed my order, order just sitting there cold. Female cashier, 11/09/2025 1100PM, quit being on your phone and pay attention to your job.
The worst customer service ever, the skinny girl and young boy in the front neither one of them as I walked in addressed me. I walked up to the cash register. And so does the girl and doesn't say anything? And then. Says it's gonna be 45 minuteso I leave go to my car order online and it's 15 minutes it's ready. Wings were dry overcooked! I will never return to this place again!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. I called to place an order and was immediately put on hold, with laughter in the background. I stayed on hold for 15 minutes before giving up and placing my order online instead. By the time I drove to the restaurant—while still technically on hold—I found the staff sitting on the counter, on their cell phones, laughing. It was frustrating to see such a lack of professionalism and customer service. Definitely not the experience I expect when choosing to eat here.
Went and ate there today. As we were in the middle of eating A FREAKING ROACH (🪳 the medium brown baby one) crawled from under the table and was scurrying all over the table as if we invited him to eat with us!!! We immediately lost our appetite. I went and told the guy behind the counter and he didn’t say a word just handed me a to go box!! I asked for the manager and the lady said she would refund my money. I will not be doing business here again
Originally giving 2 stars. Now 1 due to witnessing the same thing happening to another customer (read bottom) Double check your order in the app before submitting. I accidentally selected boneless when I wanted classic. Saw the mistake in the email notification, so I attempted to call the restaurant to change the order before it was too late. Was immediately turned down (make voice) being told they couldn't change orders. In the end, I had to place a second order just to get what I need for the family. Food itself seemed dry, even the "wet" flavors. Seasoning also seemed to be sitting on one side than actually tossed. While waiting in the store, 2 things happened. 1) they no longer follow up when orders are ready. You (as the individual) need to watch the monitor for when there's a checkmark to your name. If not, it will just sit on the rack. 2) another customer who ordered in store was up charged to a combo when they didn't want it. He was trying to get the extra charge removed. The male worker quietly whispered to a female next to him admitting wrong in the situation (thinking no one else could hear them). They tried double teaming with BS ways for the order to stay as is. I'm glad the customer held his ground. They got the manager who quickly made the change. I have zero issues with the manager as she did everything you would expect. However, the front workers have some big issues. 1) they need to own up to their own mistakes. Fix it and make it right! 2) maybe their just plain lazy and don't want to do more than the bare minimum, if they're even meeting that. Either way, I'll get wings from somewhere else, even if I have to drive further.
After standing at the counter waiting on the staff to stop ignoring me we finally received our order that had been sitting in the bag since I arrived. I finally got home and opened the bag to find feathers still on some wings. I'll be calling the store for a refund and will post an update on how that goes. Update: so after calling the store the manager actually gave us a 50% refund.
Yall I got a wing with feathers still attached. Then they forgot my fries and the ranch spilled all in the bag after they chunked it in. Went back the exchanged it out but took forever the first time. I waited. Whole 45 mins after placing an online order. Needless to say when I went back the young lady that was waiting on her food had to come back because they messed up her order too. I get that they’re busy but they don’t care. Go somewhere else. I won’t be eating wingstop no more. Oh btw Google “Feathers on my wingstop chicken” this problem is so normal for them, which is crazy. I swear they should switch vendors.
