The store is old and looks it but its clean. The staff are always kind. I feel they could utilize the space for seeting better. Like more seating. But that may be cause not many people go and sit for their doughnuts.

I made a stop for coffee and an apple fritter. The shop was clean, the clerks were friendly, the coffee was hot, and the fritter was loaded with apple pieces. I loved it! Recommend***

Gimme A break

I decided I was going to give them a second try after being short changed by a young heavy set Hispanic female employee back in 2017/2018. I didn't realize she tipped herself $18 of the $40 I gave her until I got home and counted my money. Anyways, fast forward to now, the donuts still taste great and the kolaches are delicious just as I remembered. Paid with a credit card this time just to be safe lol

This is a decent location to get some morning doughnuts. I had no problems with ordering and my wait was not long. The food was on par with the other locations that I have visited. One thing about this particular location that you have to be aware of is that there is a high school near by and as such on certain mornings it can be packed due to students coming in to get food.

Donuts are decent. Service is horrible! I Walked up to the register, and the lady working wouldn’t even say a word to me. Incredibly awkward experience.

Two sausage and cheese kalachis, and donuts holes was $9 and change, and both tasted old as hell. Definitely wasn't fresh, tasted like they were days old

Came in the morning no glazed donuts was ready. The women said she couldn't understand my husband I told her i apologize he's not from here he's from Jamaica then I asked for refund she told me no.When I got my donut there was no icing. the Manager starting taking in Spanish about me. She was tired of me complaining. I just wanted some good donuts. If I'm paying for it I'm supposed to get what I pay for.

Came to this location this morning. Besides waiting 10 minutes for someone to wait on me, I was skipped in line. It took 10 minutes for one lady to help with a customer and not once did she say “I’ll be right with you” or anything along those lines. The girls came in and stepped over to the side. I walked in line and proceeded to wait. When it was my time, the second lady came from the back and told the 2 customers BEHIND me to come to the counter. I said I was next in line. The lady said “they were here first” I explained that we walked in at the same time, but they stood to the side of the front door talking and I got in line. They argued with me saying they weren’t going to take my order and I was skipping the line. The 2 ladies told the worker that they could take my order but the worker STILL refused to wait on me. I ended up walking out and they lost business for a company. The level of unprofessionalism is insane. Corporate should really know how this location treats their customers. I will not be going back to tho location.

I'm sorry no. You're a donut shop. It should not take me 10 mins to walk in and ask for 2 pre bagged bags of donut holes and 2 glazed donuts. It's 10am on a Saturday and this place is not just dropping the ball. They are throwing it in the trash. I could have bought tacos across the street for the same price of this deep fried bread. This place is over 20 years old and the only reason they are still here is because of the 2 apartments down the street and the high school within walking distance Don't come here. You're worth more.

I come to this location regularly and I usually get what I am paying for. HOT glazed doughnuts. Today was different, the only times I experience dissatisfaction is when someone new is working the front counter. This is not an excuse because this same person served me a few days ago, with a little help, provided me with great service and the food was good. I was satisfied with my purchase on the last visit. I don't know why she would serve me cold/old doughnuts at 6:00am. I asked for HOT doughnuts because the quality of your doughnuts decline when they are cold. I never come here after 8:30/9:00am because I do not like your cold doughnuts. They do not taste the same. I can't bring them back and I should not have to because I should've gotten what I asked for. I am dissatisfied about the food quality and because my money &time was wasted today.

Gave this place a second chance but I won’t be buying any more donuts from here. First time cinnamon rolls were to greasy. It left grease in mouth and on lips. Second time I went I bought cinnamon rolls, apple fritters and bear claw. Again greasy taste and fritter was over cooked.
