The service really stood out Alexandra was so friendly & patient and made sure my order was perfect. She had a positive attitude and made the visit quick best customer service ! The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to this specific location

Just left here and wanted to say that my sandwich was great, made by Alexandra, she’s super nice and friendly. Employees like her definitely make you want to go back to any place of service, will definitely return.

I love the food but hate that they ask for tips for handing your sandwich across the counter. I don't tip Amazon for receiving my order, it's not like they brought my meal to the table, brought me my drink or any actual service. They should be embarrassed for trying to shame you into a tip.

Came in for lunch around noon 08/22. Staff was and friendly. Asked all the right questions and made sure to notify me of the upcharge for the avocado on my sandwich. The line was stocked and looked beautiful. I managed a subway for 5 years. Great jobs ladies.

Great Subway location. Semi busy. Online order pickup. They accept the Subway app and honor the coupons. The staff is super nice and friendly. It's clean and neatly kept. Had a nice lunch sitting inside the restaurant. Kids can run around as they have somewhat of an open floor plan. Make sure you get the raspberry cookies after your meal! This location is much better than others in Round Rock.

This location always has great staff and clean dining room. Also their bathrooms are clean and stocked. The food today was good but I tried the foot long chocolate chip cookie. Sorry subway the cookie is an epic fail. It looks delicious. however the negatives for me are it's microwaved and it tastes nothing like your normal chocolate chip cookie which is so good. Also the for long cookie doesn't get that cookie crunch and it tastes like chemicals and it's super gooey. Some people may like it but not me.

Employees need to change gloves from opening the bread rack, micro wave to the food area. Since it's fresh vegetables and meats are being displayed for all costumers, employees must maintain the cleanliness of the food trays and areas for the costumers to come back.....

Technically edible… but man seems like the place is falling apart. One guy, clearly overworked, trying to take care of everything at once. Forgot my drink, no problem, but they were out of ice and the drink I wanted… but the worst part was that the bread was noticeably… dry, even old? Stay away, at least until they’re properly staffed.

Lousy customer service. Wasn't even looked at by the employee until he was finished cashing out the one other guest inside. Tried to order 2 salads but apparently they only had one salad container left. I asked about the black bowls beside the salad containers and was denied. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad, even though it was rung up as teriyaki, the chicken was not warmed up, I didn't get bacon or the cucumbers I asked for and I had to ask for a side of ranch dressing after being cashed out. Also... sorry but this salad was definitely not a nearly 9 dollar salad. Never had a problem here before.

Just left here and I'm passed angry. I ordered the Turkey Titan and the bread is old hard and stale. I'm guessing they are praying everyone asks for the sandwich to be toasted so we wouldn't know. I'm seeing all these horrible reviews from this subway. I think it's time for new management. And to say it's in Round Rock, I'd expect this type of bad service further out. I couldn't return to tell them in person because I already left on the freeway. I will not return here, and if I don't hear from someone, I will file dispute

There were 4 employees working about.. all contained conversations amongst themselves while being short with me and my husband taking our order we came in at 6 and they were noticeably working on closing the store they close at 10, the soda machine was turned off, teas were not out for use and they were missing half of the vegetables and sauces, when asked if they had any of them elsewhere they snapped and said no without even going to check (I’ve worked in the food industry it’s not that hard to go look in your walk in) I normally don’t leave reviews but this was very frustrating

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Subway location was a disappointment. The bread was noticeably stale...dry, crumbly, and definitely not fresh. On top of that, they refused to accept Subway coupons that are honored at every other location I’ve visited. The staff wasn’t rude, but they didn’t seem interested in making things right either. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others try a different location.

First off, I've never waited as long for a sandwich as I have here. Not worth the lunch stop if I can't come in and out on a decent time frame. Secondly, the 2 staff they had working seemed like they wanted to leave this place faster than I did. If you don't like your job then you should get a new one. While the lady was making my sandwich, she asked what I wanted on it, I said "how it comes" then she proceeds to ask me about individual toppings...at this point I just started naming toppings, then after the lady says, "so not how it comes" seriously??? Will not be visiting this location again.
