They messed up my drink but remade it right away with no problems. Good service.

I didn't order anything but I needed hot water for my 2 month old son and one of the staff members Nicole willingly and happily gave me the water, then about 30 minutes after u saw her run down a customer to give back a gift card. Seems like whoever the hiring manager of this place is knows how to pick wonderful people to work here

Staff were very friendly and helpful. And got my smoothie done fast! Place was very clean as well

He kindly offered me a sample before finalizing the order, and I found the beverage to be both delicious and satisfying. I tend to be quite discerning regarding my drink choices at Jamba Juice, as I typically frequent only one location in Pittsburg, California, situated on Century Boulevard. I haven’t been to Jamba Juice in a long time, but I went in for breakfast yesterday before a drive to the Bay Area. I decided to try one of their Açaí bowls and it was delicious! The presentation was great and it tasted really good. My only complaint if there is one is that the blended açaí berries were super cold. I suppose I should have expected that, but I didn’t. Otherwise, it was great!

I love jamba juice, the only problem was they didn't have strawberries. Other then that my drink is still good.

Fresh smoothies for not that bad for airport prices. Did feel like they left some of the smoothie behind in the blender. Could’ve done more to get the last bit out 😭

I've been to many Jamba Juice's locations and by far this one didn't meet my expectations like the others. No customer service or greeting when customers walk in. Didn't communicate or let me know that you will be with me in a minute. Disappointed, will take money elsewhere.

This location lets the customers sexually harass employees and they continue to serve them without anything being done. Absolutely disgusting

This is the worse jamba juice in sacramento. The quality, presentation and service sucks

One of your new workers could not stop talking to their coworker and friends who were customers. I was the first person to enter and the last person to leave and was there for a total of 30 minutes despite ordering only two things. She took a total of 15 minutes to cut the fruit for my smoothie bowl and forgot the nutella drizzle that I added on. Usually I would not be too upset, but I was on a very tight time crunch at the moment. Even so, it should take a maximum of 3 minutes to cut fruit alone, especially with tools designed to help cut it. I am not usually a complainer but this really peeved me.
