Bottle & Barlow Sacramento Reviews
It was my first time here, and I gotta say, the Macha didn't disappoint me. The barista was very friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. My daughter and I had a pleasant experience and will definitely come back next time we are in the area.
Great coffee. Ample street parking. Very nice service. Took over Camelia coffee roasters I think. Nice that the prices include tax/tip/fees, etc!
Very nice little spot. Had the cranberry spice tea. Fantastic!

Great coffee, friendly service, and plenty of seating inside and out. I enjoyed the drip coffee and it had a great aroma of chocolate, no bitterness, and a smooth finish and that recently roasted flavor. I’ll be back for another cup.
Milka is my go-to anytime I’m in downtown/midtown. Easy to park quickly for a to go cup, but so cute inside you’ll want to linger. Great knowledgeable staff, real coffee people for people who love good coffee. Algerian Mint Matcha forever!
Delicious coffee! Great atmosphere! So glad to hear Milka has a new location. It's our family's favorite coffee shop to go to whenever we are downtown.
Milka at the WAL Public Market offers an Orange Mocha which is the most satisfying tastebud combo ever created! Milka offers a variety of seating options inside an open concept building which offers a Poke restaurant and an interesting mix of shops which offer vinyl, vintage clothing, furniture and other retro surprises as well as new items. Free street parking is a plus.
Nice spot with plenty of good indoor and outdoor space. They offer great selection of unique coffees/matcha/teas. Definitely enjoyed their Apple hill Latte! :)
Great Americano with nothing added. Great bean and roast. Carrot and walnut muffin was excellent too. Glad I skipped the line down the street and tried somewhere new.
I had an iced oat milk latte--perfection.

Great news…Milka’s Coffee Roaster opened up a second location in Sacramento in the WAL Public Market right in the heart of the midtown Historic R Street District. I’ve been a fan of their coffee ever since first sip at the flagship location on G Street. Milka's owner sources the coffee bean from Rwanda. They roast them two different ways to get a light roast and a dark roast. I luv the taste of both roasts. Mmm. Another tidbit is that the flavored simple syrups are all handcrafted. They either source those from local crafters or make it themselves. They have some pretty unique flavors such as pine, Algerian mint, and hibiscus. Some are limited release used in their seasonal speciality drinks. I recently tried the new seasonal Sweetheart Latte. It had a creamy, smooth taste. Besides coffee drinks, they sell tea and pastries. Other things to note: + This location is a walk up counter with indoor and outdoor seating that’s shared with the Public Market. So if you’re looking for a more intimate place for coffee, try their other location. +They don't up charge you for almond or oat milk choices. +The menu prices are the prices you pay, tax and tip are included. +The other location is at 1501 G Street in a registered historic building. It’s a house built in 1861 in the Mansion Flats neighborhood. Luv that the owner is keeping with the theme of opening shops in registered historic buildings. The WAL Public Market is a renovated turn of the century industrial warehouse.

Asked for an iced americano and I’ve never seen so much ice. Kind of a let down. Staff was nice and the vibe was cool. I’d go again just because of the location and other stores around.
One of the few places to get quality matcha, the fun seasonal drinks are not to be skipped over either with delicious flavor profiles.
They're the best coffee in the area by a large margin. However Im not sure how accurate the store hours are on here, I came at 9:05am today and the doors still seemed to be locked, so maybe Google just innacurate?

Really good coffee, but I don't like this location because they have a single espresso machine in a busy area and wait times on weekends can get super long. I wish they had regular (not disposable) cups here. I love their original location, and hope they can improve this second one.

Service was good but for a small beverage, it costed me over 9 dollars. It tastes good but I can't get behind the price for such a small drink.

I’m sure the coffee is great, if you can get it. Stopped by for a coffee on the way to work based on the hours online saying they open at 8. They now open at 9 - an hour after most workdays start. Most coffee places open at 6 or 7. Waste of time.
Average coffee but the kicker is the entitlement of automaticly tipping yourself making a 10$ coffee. Won't be around long
