I hosted a birthday party event for my 13 yo son and his Dad. (They have close birthdays) It was a huge hit for both my son’s friends, cousins and husband’s friends and family. It was perfect for both adults and teens! We had the VIP section, which came with our own lane for any of our guests to throw ax, play pool at our own private table and other super accommodating things they did to make our party a huge success!! The parents got to have fun with their kids playing air hockey, pool, foosball, arcade games and more! I can’t say enough of how fun it was to see both adults having just as much fun playing hands on games with their kiddos! The staff is all very very nice, welcoming and accommodating. I have been here twice now and both times had a blast! Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be back!!

Great fun!!! Went on a whim with friends and had an amazing time. Took a little time to learn how to throw the ax but after the 4th or5th throw we all got it down! The staff also helped us fine tune our throw. Good beer selection and lots of fun people to talk to. Next time I will play som pinball. Fun times and affordable. $15

My friend and I went here for NYE. It was so much fun. The bar is well stocked and has a nice selection of basics to nicer. The drinks are strong, in a good way lol. There's seating, games of all kinds, and the general vibe of people is diverse and laid back. All age groups, all walks of life. My friend and I ran into a rough time that night, and the owner, Doug, was so kind. I will definitely go here again the next time I'm in the area. Super fun spot!

This place is awesome! Pool, pinball, axe throwing, and great vibes and lounge areas. Christian was the best and so kind, and put a crackling fire on the TV in the velvet lounge area to complete the hella chill vibes! Don't miss this place when you come to midtown Sac! 🎉

Went to this bar for an event earlier this month and it was great. It was popular, but enough space to actually breathe and not feel cramped. We just wish we would have known you have to reserve the axe throwing in advance. Also, ask the bartender to recommend a drink for me and this is what she chose. It was DELICIOUS, but can’t remember the name.

We've tried so many places with pool tables in midtown looking for somewhere decent to practice and this has been our best find so far! Level tables, plenty of space, touch tunes for music, cool bartenders. Axe throwing, pinball, we love it all.

A patron in the bar was having trouble getting the bartender's attention to get a Band-Aid for her mother who had cut her hand on a broken glass in the bar. I caught their attention and they told me when they were finished making a drink that they would get to it. I had to talk to multiple people before someone would finally get it for me. Then they wouldn't serve me for 20 minutes. I had to recruit someone else to buy me a drink who got served instantly. In response, to the owners reply to my review: I understand that you are busy. It doesn't excuse the pettiness of your bartenders who had the gall to ignore me waiting to get a drink after I demanded medical attention for an older woman who had cut herself on BROKEN GLASS, whom they were decidedly ignoring. They were literally making a drink when they told me that they didn't have time to get her a band-aid. Set the drink down and get her a Band-Aid LOL this it's not an issue of "there weren't enough people." Yes, it was busy. But the behavior of the staff was the issue. Do better and your business won't get bad reviews.

I wanted to like this place so badly, but the experience was honestly disappointing. My friend and I didn’t come for the axe throwing—we knew it would be packed—so we figured we’d hang out and play the quarter machines, pinball, and the other games they offer. But almost every machine was an issue. Some swallowed our quarters without working, others refused to take the money at all, and we spent more time fighting with the machines than actually having fun. This was my friend’s first time here, and it was embarrassing after I’d talked the place up. We don’t drink, so finding somewhere fun to go on a Friday night that isn’t centered around alcohol is really important to us. Unfortunately, this just wasn’t it. The place has potential, but the lack of maintenance on the machines makes it hard to enjoy. Honestly, if they don’t fix them, there’s not much reason to come back.
