Drove to town from 35 minutes away just for your pizza. Have not let us down. Domino's is the best pizza all around.
Orders always right, great service. I always try to tip the drivers well because they deserve it. Only thing bad would be the pizzas being cut unevenly, but thats a minor nitpick. Food is great, will order here again and again.
These fire stars go to the delivery man who was running the store by himself. I stopped in 3/17 around 3 to pick up an online order and he was in there handling the phone, making food, and an angry customer all at once. I didn’t even say anything at first because I was waiting my turn in line and he addressed me with a smile on his face amongst the chaos and told me it would be a while. He was doing amazing and deserves a raise and a very very very appreciative employer. That man deserves nothing but the upmost respect for keeping the business open. If there is a way to turn off online ordering when there is only one employee working this location needs to do it.
2 days ago I must have hit the report a problem button by accident. If the store reads this I just want to let them know that I had no problem with my order at all everything was excellent like always. Always fresh and on time
Our driver frank is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond! He is extremely professional and kind. He delivered to us a few times and I can't express how amazing this young man is! Hard working humans are hard to find! This young man deserves all the kudos!

Domino's Pizza is so fantastic! They make their pizza with fresh ingredients and you can tell by the way it tastes. It seems like they're always running promotions too, so I don't usually pay full price.
I just wanted to share a positive experience with this location since it has so many negative reviews. I submitted a pick up order. All items were correct, the order was completed on time, and the staff were friendly.
I've ordered from this Domino's for several years now. The food is always delicious, consistent and a good value. Yes, they are short on drivers so it's really best to order and then pick it up yourself. It's always ready super fast and if you pick it up yourself it's hot and delicious. They have never messed up my order and like I said, it's always really good.

My family orders pizzas here a couple times a a month Jericho always greets us kindly and treats us very well. Good customer service is hard to find. My little boys love their pepperoni pizza. I’ve turned my wife into a huge fan of the handmade man pizzas. I would take a picture but we ate them already YUM
We started visiting Domino's after they moved to the new location, and we're really happy with the quality of the food from them... They are new go to for Pizza (and occasionally pasta)
I wasn't going to order here due to bad reviews but I did anyway because their right around the corner, my experience was awesome, online order was ready to pickup sooner than expected and pizzas, sandwich and parmasan knots were done perfectly and food was hot. Hats off to the employees, thank you.
We had an awesome experience at this new Domino's on State Street! Best pizza we've had in a long time. Stuffed crust made by a new older gentleman. He took order and made our pizza start to finish. Hot, fresh, and delicious right out of the oven. Very kind, polite, eager to wait on us. Great job!!
As much as I hate the increased traffic by my house (I live close to here). The service and food has been great every time I have ordered from here. Their Chicken Bacon Ranch sub, they hand tossed pizza and their bites are great. The food is always hot as soon as I pick it up, and the tracker allows me to arrive right on time. My only complaint is that after a certain time at night, they will not allow you to do in store pickup or curbside and you have to get delivery. I literally live 4 streets away and do not want to pay for delivery. They lost business many nights from me because of this.

Local Domino's for me. Always had good pizza here, just don't recommend delivery. Last attempt I've had required me to go pickup anyway. Good deals, close to where I work, and good pizza. Unfortunately, due to the above mentioned issue (I attempted multiple times for delivery, and almost all times were small problems.), I feel that this is a 3.5/5. I will bump this to a 4, however, because I can't do half stars here, and I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Sincerely, since the last review, this location improved significantly. While maintaining a good flow of order prep, the staff gets customers' food to them nice and hot and in a timely manner.
Crust and toppings are good. Cheese and sauce leave something to be desired. It's Domino's.

Since changing locations, the food has improved but still has a little work to do. The new waiting area is more cramped than the previous, but the parking is better. Service is fast and friendly and the workers seem to enjoy working there. They could improve accuracy when it comes to making the food as I witnessed them mess up someones order and they messed up mine. Their coupons come at a great value and the quality of the food has always been top tier.
Usually order 2 to 4 times a month on Nov 17th I ordered my usual, waited to eta or 20 to 30 mins ...nothing. Called to check status of eta the manager gave me another 30 mins. He changed it in computer and i still waited 2 hours before my food got delivered. When it did, it was old and cold. I had the drivee call the manger jose i believed asked for a refund I was going to eat else where he then stated he couldnt give me a refund but he will add the 20 credit on my acct. I called to use my credit ,whoever I spoke with on phone said i didnt have any credit and put me on hold. I wait 12 mins on hold with no call back.! I will never come there again. Especially that I come there often, very upset of the customer service I received.
I ordered a large 5 topping pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, green pepper, onion, mushroom. There was maybe 2 pieces of sausage on my entire pizza. The wings were good, and so was the stuffed cheesy bread.
Cassandra made our pizza. We found a piece of chicken on the pepperoni pizza and it could have been cut better, thank goodness for scissors. Yenlys was our delivery driver, was almost perfect. We have orders not to knock, sleeping babies and we have dogs, leave an actual receipt and leave on bench. Only issue was it was put on porch floor by door where the salt was sprinkled. This explains my star rating.
Really like the new location. Pizza is tasty and the open to view prep area seems very clean. With the current promotion, they are completely overwhelmed. Ordered from app...estimate 15 minutes to be ready. Pizza did not enter oven for 25 minutes. Ready in 33 minutes. The app is not in sync with what is happening at the location. Long wait sitting in car at parking lot. Make pizza quicker or have the app give actual real time status...not a useless unreal e stimate of readiness.
So Dominos moved from bay rd location which was too small and terrible parking for years to this new building on state street.....which has again bad and very limited parking. Nice building but another odd size parking lot that many times you have to actually park across the street and walk over. Now the pizza has always been good and they run pretty good coupons and offers because some of these pizza places are getting WAY too expensive. So the offers really are the main reason i go back otherwise the parking would probably be the reason i diddnt. So maybe they can an come up with a parking solution because i think its going to prevent some repeat business.
Worker was great and polite. I ordered and was told order would take 45 min.(pick-up) I called when I was outside (five min early) I was put on hold for 20 minutes. When I told them the name for the order I was put on hold for was almost 10 minutes, then told the order would take about 20-25 more minutes. Canceled order since the pizzas hadn't been made yet.
Placed a carry out order for 2 pizzas. Was told they were busy and it would be 1 hour before they were ready. Showed up a hour later to pick them up. Planned on paying cash. Total came just under $40. I tried paying with $100 bill but was told they didn't have change. So my question is...if they were so busy...how have they not recieved $60 in pay to have change for $100 bill? So, I paid with a card. Got home and the pizza was close to cold. Like it had been sitting around like a Little Ceasars hot n ready for 30-40min. Was told a hour when obviously my pizza had been done for quite some time. Was not impressed.
Tried the New York Syle pizza using take out. Making the phone order was clearly explained. The counter person was pleasant. Store was old and dirty. The pizza was much too salty. Will not go back to Domino’s ever.
The last 2 times we have ordered, we were VERY disappointed. Very little cheese, toppings were sparse and dried out. Pizza was cold. NOT going to try a third time. Switching to a different pizza place. Good Times? Cottage Inn? We work too hard for our $ and rarely eat out. UP YOUR GAME DOMINOES...WE ARE GONE😒
Orders thin crust but apparently Michael felt I needed thick, I didn't want Italian sausage but again Michael seems to know what I want, plus I know I put square cut but that didn't happen and my cheese bread was one big piece cuz I'm thinking their knife doesn't cut bread very well!!! I tried calling 3xs but no answer and tried leaving review on app but there was an error. Oh and Michael thought I must not want beef cuz that wasn't on pizza either!! Michael needs to be trained properly!!
Ordered delivery and hit no tip for a debit card payment; instead, I was going to tip in cash when the delivery driver arrived. An older woman delivered the pizza. When I opened the door the first and only thing she said was, “Will your tip be in cash today?” I still gave her the $10 I had in my hand. However, that’s a rude way to address customers by indirectly demanding a tip. The food was still warm and decent. The service was a 1/10.
Ordered extra of my favorite toppings and pizza looked bare and even a few pieces didnt have any on them. Happens more than often that is seams like they are trying to save on the toppings even when its been paid for by customer.
Pizza is ok but the order process sucks. Have to go through all these menus and it takes forever. Call papa John’s or little Caesars and someone just answers and takes your order and your done. By dominos was fun while it lasted.
On or about August 11th I placed a fairly standard order for 2 medium pizzas. As is customary for this location it arrived just over one hour later. This has been the norm for over a year now, and I am told they are (still) short staffed. The hour delivery pre-dates the pandemic. The food arrived damaged apparently having been dropped, or transported at a severe angle. I called the store, and was told the best they could do was a coupon. I refused, and asked for an order cancellation, and refund. The attendant hung up on me without saying anything else. I called back the next day (they sounded busy that night), and got the same attendant. He assured me the purchase would be reversed in 7-10 business days. I called back 11 business days later, and a different person answered. She told me the store cannot reverse a charge, and I would have to contact corporate. I contacted the main office, and shared my experience. I received a call about 2 days later in the form of a voice mail. Someone stating they were from the main office told me they would contact the franchise owner, and that if my refund had not been processed to call back. I called that afternoon, and got a receptionist who told me the person I was looking for was working from home (typical 2020, I do not blame them). I left a message that the charge was still on my card. It has been 30 days since that call. At this time I have paid for a service I did not receive, have been ignored, and or passed to someone else who has not addressed the issue in any way. I will not be shopping at this branch again, and do recommend against it as well. I will give the other store a chance since the stores are franchised, but this location is at best woefully unprofessional, and in need of significant correction.
Very dissatisfied, I ordered 2 - 3 topping lg pizzas. One pizza was with yellow peppers, sausage and bacon. The topping were so skimpy I couldn't believe it!!! I had 3 slices that had no sausage at all!! The other pizza was a little better, but not much,, that pizza should have had pepperoni, mushrooms and onions.very very skimpy! I wish I would have looked at the pizzas before I took them. Had I, I would have refused them! I didn't mind having to wait 35 minutes for my order, however the wait was not worth it. This was the 1 St time I've ordered from Domino's and will be the last!! I should have stayed with Happy's Pizza, they have always been very good!!!
Ordered 2 pizzas and they were arguably the worst pizzas I’ve had in years. There was essentially no sauce, little cheese, poor tasting sausage on either pizza. They were tough and hard to eat. Very disappointing as we liked Dominoes but won’t be going back any time soon.
My wife and I switched from Little Caesar's to Domino's for the better price, but every time we ordered they'd forgotten something. Then the last time, they remembered everything, were very polite and the delivery girl ensured things were better and they were under new management. Well tonight, I've lost all faith. My wife ordered online at 6:19PM. Two pizzas, bread bite, cinnasticks and a two liter of soda. At 7:50PM I checked the status online and it said the driver had left at 7:21PM. It took them an hour to get our order out the door and when I called to ask about it, I got excuses about another order on our road and one close by, but the girl on the phone ensured me it would be hot and fresh. It took them 40 minutes to deliver our items and when we got them, they were barely warm. I'm very displeased with the product I still had the decency to pay for and they false expectations they tried to feed me over the phone. Almost two hours from order to delivery. I would have been better off driving down to Little Cesar's, which is closer and getting hot and ready's. Unbelievable and never again.
Yesterday I walk in order a Honolulu. I ask for tini but more sauce extra cheese about 3.30pm. I am the only one inside. I take the pizza to work. No extra cheese. So much sauce it's like soup. And it has mushrooms on it ? I threw it away. Thanks for dinner away
The reason they even got 1 star cuz there was pizza delivered! After online ordering and following the tracker the 3 medium pizzas we ordered should have been here in 27-37 minutes. Even the confirmation email stated the same time frame. An hour after the order was placed I called directly to the store and the young lady who answered stated she hated the tracker so our pizza was still 30 minutes from done. Another hour and finally they texted to say the driver was on his way. I live 1 and 1/2 blocks from the location. My car got hit in it's parking spot that's why I needed delivery. Anyways I went out to watch for the driver and watched him drive up on the curb the block before mine. Pizza was finally here. We opened the box and it wasn't sliced correctly and obviously spent time in the warmer. The crust was soggy and the toppings were dried out. Please domino's do better!! Horrible experience!
Ordered @ 723pm, est delivery time given was 66-76min. At 932pm, tracker said food was delivered 10min prior, so I called the store, was told it was out for delivery, shouldn't be more than 20 more min. @10pm, I started reading google reviews for this store, multiple poor reviews for this location, specifically about time, including a review 2hrs prior. At 1015pm, driver arrived, was missing my salad, Driver said he would be back. Once inside, I noticed I was also missing 2 ranch dips, and icing dip, so I called store at 1017 to let them know the driver was coming back for my salad and to make sure he brings my dips. 1044pm driver returned with my salad & dips, I believe his name was Freddie, he was wonderful and very pleasant, even brought me a pop for my trouble. It took 3 hours and 21 minutes to get my order from this store. This is completely unacceptable and from what I gather has been going on for several months, had I read the reviews first I would have just ordered Milanos.
This is by far the worst Domino's I have ever had to deal with it since moving here to Saginaw. The first time i ordered from this place, my order was over 2 hours late and no one was answering the phone. The third time, they forgot to bring the sauces. And now the fourth time, they have forgotten to make the cinnamon bread without the cinnamon and icing, I was told they was going to remake it and bring me another one and it been over an hour. This was the last straw. I sincerely hope they fix their management issues and their customer services issues.
Customer service here is awful, last time we ordered we placed our order online and never heard anything for well over an hour and we called in only to attitude from the lady who answered, saying "I told you it was gonna be 45 minutes because we only have one driver" when I wasn't told anything. After trying to explain I had been waiting for over an hour she gives me more sass and hangs up. Now my fiancee and I drive there and my fiancee goes in asking and is given more attitude and told that order never came in, but she states it was placed online and is already paid for. They fight her for a hot minute and say they'll make the order but it'll be ANOTHER HOUR. After FINALLY getting our food, we get home just to find out it wasn't what we ordered in the first place. Sure, we should have checked it before leaving, but we were hungry and angry at that point, so we ate what will likely be the last pizza we ever order from Domino's in Saginaw Michigan.
I would also give 0 stars if it were possible. My husband place an order through the app at 4 o'clock. I got there about 4:45 and after standing in the entrance for 5 minutes they finally asked if I had an order. I told them who I was and what I ordered and he said they're working on it. 20 minutes later I asked how much longer, he said that he hadn't gotten our order ticket yet which means they hadn't even started to work on it. I told him not to bother making it and i left but While I was there I took pictures of the employees handling dough and toppings without gloves on. One of the employees rang up a customer at the register handled the cash and then turned around and went back to working with the dough without even washing hands or putting gloves on... gross!
I don't even know where to begin. I waited almost an hour at the Domino's on State street. I placed my order online and gave them a time in which I would pick it up. I got there early and I waited and waited and still no pizza. They had my order wrong and gave my pizza to someone else. They gave me pizza without the toppings that I ordered. I was still short a box. The guy that drives the green car was rude.I took what they gave me eventually it was free and then I went to Little Caesar's and finished my order. Never again will I set foot in that place. The owner needs to come and observe how their place is being handled.
The last 3 times I've ordered from this location there were problems. The first time the toppings were incorrect. The second time I waited an hour and a half, and called them to see what was going on. And they told me they are so busy they haven't gotten to my order yet. I canceled. Now today, I ordered some pizzas and the tracker said they canceled my order... I called them and they said they were out of large pizzas... But they did not call me to let me know. This place is ran by unprofessional people. Never on time, if you even get your order. They will not get anymore of my money. Place is ridiculous.
Tonight was the last time I will ever order from this Domino's location. We have had three different orders now where they hadn't even *started* making our pizza 1.5 hours AFTER we placed the order. There is no apology offered, no discount offered on the food, nothing. They absolutely do not care about their customer service and are clearly understaffed since this occurs regularly. Save yourself a headache and order somewhere else!
Horrible service. No respect for customer or their time. I placed an order online for delivery and paid for it. After 2 hours when I called to check why was it taking too long, they said they'd thought it was for pickup and my order was made an hour ago. They offered to send the same cold pizza or wait another 2 hours if I wanted a fresh one made. Finally neither did I get the pizza nor the refund.
Ordered my food for pickup and they got the order wrong. Tried to call so they could start remaking, was on the line for 15 mins and no answer. I showed up and I was in there for 15 mins while they made 2 marinara dips but didn’t remake my now cold bread. They were losing pizzas and messing up other people’s orders too. Also cut cheese pizza with same cutter as meat pizzas, so if you have allergy’s or food restrictions, be careful.
Called to make an order for Saturday on Tuesday for a pick up at 2:30 for a party I was having at 3 pm even called earlier that day to make sure it will be ready on time. Got there at 2:20 and paid and was told it was almost done. Went in my car and waited for 15 minutes and went back inside and was told they had 4 more of the 10 pizzas to make. Didn’t get my order until 3pm when I still had another stop and had guest show up before I even got home with good. Not a happy customer at all!!
Tonight on June 24, 2024: We ordered the 5 item takeout pizza for $10.99, We ordered it hand tossed when we got home it was more like paper thin tossed. I called and talked to the manager which was very rude and basically called me a lier about it being thin crust he said because he made it himself so it was a hand tossed, it was so thin that the toppings fell off when you picked it up and there was why to much of the garlic seasoning that they put on it pizza was nasty, mind you that with tax the pizza cost us $11.65 this manager that took my call only gave our account a $10.00 credit, the pizza alone was $10.99. I asked for his name but wouldn't give it to me. I definitely like to make a compliment about him. He's definitely not management material!
Got completely wrong order after waiting an hour and a half. Wrong side, wrong toppings on 1 pizza, 1 pizza completely missing from order. Called 8 times just to hear it ring for over 5 minutes before I hung up. I just wanted a refund on the pizza that was missing. On the website it offers points or a discount for my troubles but I don't want either as I will never order again.
My boyfriend and I ordered our food online around 6 o’clock and didn’t get our food till almost 2 and half hours later. We tried calling the store multiple times for updates but no one picked up then when our driver frank finally delivered our food, he did not have any type of change so we had no choice but to tip him 10 dollars out of 50 like what kind of driver doesn’t carry change?? & Not to mention the food was very cold and they didn’t even give us the right pops that we ordered. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible service!! Never again.
Such a poorly ran store. I placed an order at 11:05 pm on 3-7-24 and it was canceled at 11:06 pm. They called me and I missed the call so I called back at 11:11pm with no answer. They didn’t provide any reason for the cancellation on the app and I called the store back multiple times and nobody bothered to pick up. They didn’t close until 12am. The next day I called the store and asked why my order was canceled. I was told they didn’t have a driver the last 30 min of being open. I said I placed my order before 11:30. The employee was silent. I asked why nobody would pick up the phone when I called back multiple times… silence. I get not having a driver, that’s fine but they could have at least answered the phone and communicated with me, I would have came and picked up my order instead. This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with this store where it’s seems as if they just didn’t feel like fulfilling my order. Won’t happen again and I suggest anyone reading this take their business elsewhere
I haven't been to Domino's in years. What a horrible experience. I was a bit disgusted seeing the employees don't wears gloves while handling food. No hairnets either. The food wasn't "bad" but, I felt reluctant to eat it. And for some odd reason I couldn't pay with my card without tipping. When the screen says "cancelled", that isn't a chip failure like I was being told. But, when I selected 10% tip it went through without a problem.
Ordered over $120 worth of pizza and they were awful. Undercooked, they weren't even sliced all the way thru. We literally had to cut every pizza with a sharp knife at home to get a slice. Won't be buying from there again.
I called over 48 hours before I needed to place an order for 100 people. The young lady on the phone was working wonderfully with me but told me her General Manager would need to call me back the next day, early am. I didn't get a call back so I called at 1 pm, I was told they were too busy to talk (completely understandable) and the GM wouldn't be in until the next day at 5. I explained I needed the pizzas by 11:30 am the next day, and I was told that was nothing she could do. I asked if she or someone could call me back when they weren't so busy and she said "I probably can but probably not". I told her I had to have someone call me back and she stated "she didn't have time to talk to me". I called another pizza place and the manager helped me not only get my order in but to make it budget friendly. Will definitely not call this Dominos again.
Worst place cancelled both orders placed and orderd to wrong address hung up on me and didn’t answer there phones the hands down worst experience ever will never ever order again from this trainreck if your looking for a good place to actually get your pizza go to good times because this place a joke had us up till 1 am waiting -10 stars
I'd give ZERO stars if I could. I will never order from here again. Sad part is I've been coming to this location for over 10 years since its in my neighborhood and the service here has severely declined over the years. For the third time, I ordered my pizza via app, only to walk in 30 minutes to pick it up and it hasn't even been started on. I kindly asked for my ordered to be canceled, seeing as that it was going to be an additional 60-75 minutes to get my pizza. The order could not be canceled right then because there was no manager on board. It appears that the store is constantly short staffed; so short staffed that carryout orders take nearly 75 minutes or more to be completed. There were a lobby full of customers and the 2-3 employees that were present appeared to be clueless. The only explanation someone had was that there were waiting on a manager to show up and that they were "backed up." But no one appeared to be in a hurry to complete any of the orders that were piling up. There are several other chains in my neighborhood/city, and it will be worth the drive to visit those chains instead. Dominos has lost a loyal customer :(
Ordered a 5 item pizza and went to pick up because they didn't have delivery. Got home and it had only 2 times and one I didn't order and don't like mushroom. I called to make a complaint and after 40 minutes being on hold I gave up.. Managers need to retrain their employees.
Just shut this place down. I've placed 4 different orders, all 4 had issues, 2 involving the order or parts just disappearing, 1 involving the wrong order , and then there's the order that the delivery driver called me to say he was having trouble finding the place only for when I come down to meet him does he tell me he actually forgot the order & asked me to go pick it up. This place is a joke. Operated, I assume, by no one capable of sobriety for a shift 'cause holy hell, man, it's insanity that making a pizza & delivering it is complicated so much.
If I could give 0 stars I would save your money this dominoes is unprofessional and will steal your money and try and make it your fault. They swear they refunded my delivery order never did so they just stole 30 $ and lied about refunding me
Ordered 6 large for a meeting. Delivery was 1.5 hours late. Pizzas cold. The driver was the only one delivering that night. We called 30 minutes after the scheduled time, told them we could send someone to pick them up. He assured us they were on the way. He arrived an hour later. We won't be using Domino's again. Over $70 wasted. Still tipped the driver, though. None of it was his fault.
I ordered food tonight just prior to 6pm. I realize the roads are not great, and as such expected an increased wait time and planned on tipping my driver well over 30% (in addition to the delivery fee). 2 hours passed and it was indicated on the tracker that the food had not yet made it into the oven. I placed a call to the store to ensure that they did, in fact, receive my order. They confirmed that they did and that it would be another 90-120 minutes. That was longer than I expected but decided to wait it out, considering. Over another hour passed and I received a phone call from the store telling us that they were out of an ingredient (sausage by the way--how a pizza place 86ed sausage, I have NO idea), we made a replacement selection and they quickly hung up the phone with no indication on how long the order would take from this point. But I figured well, at least they are baking it. Fast forward 20 minutes, and on the tracker it says that our order is in quality check. This was at 9:03 pm. It stayed there until 10:30 when we called again, and it this point not only could they no longer "find" our order which was presumably being checked for quality, it was going to be another 2.5 hours before we would receive it. If you've been doing the math with me here, that is an ENTIRE 7 HOURS FROM THE TIME WE PLACED THE ORDER TO THE TIME WE WERE TOLD WE WERE GOING TO RECEIVE OUR FOOD. At no point during this process did the staff communicate that the wait time would be this long. They had multiple opportunities. When we requested a refund, they said it would be 3-5 business days. When we asked if we could stop in tomorrow to receive cash instead, the manager, Joshlyn, hung up on my husband. This is entirely unacceptable. Don't waste your time ordering here.
Luckily was able to get refunded. THIS is what we got when we order a PAN CRUST pizza. I ordered this specific crust because I saw it was viral on TikTok, the toppings are to the edge on every single persons pizza. and there’s no crust. Apparently these toppings are to the edge, I’m sorry, but there’s definitely still a crust there, and they wouldn’t remake it which is all I wanted. They were rude and incompetent and judging by their other reviews, I definitely don’t recommend this dominos.
Pizza is tasty, though a bit greasy. Hours posted say open until midnight, however orders got auto cancelled and lights are off at 11:20.
Was given wrong items in order. Called store they refused to deliver correct items and then stated they could not do a return of funds for the missing item. Stated they are only allowed to do a credit on a future order. They are incapable of good customer service and lazy. I would steer clear of this mis-managed location at all costs.
Curbside takes 20 minutes even if you order two hours ahead. Nobody answers the phone. Second time I've tried. Never again
Customer service so poor lol. Called put us on hold the whole time, ordered and when we went to pick up 3mins after, they wouldn’t open the doors and apparently the store had closed. It was 30mins before the store was actually supposed to close.
Deep dish came back like eating raw dough in the middle. Can't complain about the service but wouldn't order again. Overall flavor was blah. Better off getting speedway slices.
Ordered 30$worth of food for me and my family for them to never deliver it. Called multiple times as the tracker showed complete was assured that my driver was doing multiple stops and that's why it showed complete only for them to stall till 1 am and send me a coupon for not even half of what I ordered incredibly dissatisfied!

We ordered online and they still put the wrong items on the pizza. Called the store to let them know and was on hold for over a half hour. This Domino's store needs to get their stuff together. A lot of bad reviews on this place is not a good look. Franchise owner probably should go down to the store location and straighten out their employees.
Absolutely awful in every way. Last two times I’ve ordered (6 months apart) have been terrible. This last time I waited two hours for a delivery order, tried calling several times nobody answers the phone. Once I drove to the store to find out what’s going on I was not greeted and waited almost 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. My pizzas had been done over an hour, there were so many orders stacked around there was not even room to keep it in a warm place so it was cold. Not to mention no longer food safe given it sat in the safer zone (40*-140*) for who knows how long. I was still charged full price including my delivery fee and driver tip. I’ve tried calling for a refund but can’t get an answer. I’ve put a corporate complaint in but no response yet. This franchise owner needs to surrender ownership so someone else can start completely over.
I wish I could post this ring camera video on here for the simple fact of I can’t make this up just wow just ordered 6/6/25 around 11:11ish under the name jerm jerm as the gets here she says we tried to call you we thought it was a fake order cool but the way she said it was like they played around Incase I was playing witch I wasn’t my name just says jerm jerm on the app any way tell her to open it before I pay the pizza is literally in half! We live less than a mile away and our pizza still hadn't arrived over an hour after it was supposed to and after the tracker said it was ready. We call and ask where it's at and are told that the store is busy and that our delivery driver took a double delivery and that it'll be an additional 15 to 25 minutes. I get a text notification about 15 minutes later that our delivery driver is on their way and I think okay cool they kept their word. I then get a call from someone at the store that the pineapple on the pizza I had ordered a long time ago and was already supposedly on its way and was supposed to be here almost hour ago cannot be completed because the store ran out of pineapple. So the pizza I ordered closer to six I still don't have and it's going on 8pm. Might I add I had the people I was speaking with on speaker phone and the other two people in the room as well as myself couldn't believe how uncaring the staff sounded. Charge better not be on the charge card at all that's for sure. I'm done with this place. I didn't have a bad experience until now and I'm done. You've lost a regular customer. I have worked customer service almost 10 years including fast food and restaurant service and this is worst customer service I have ever seen. Employ staff that cares.
Ya know .... It maybe my fault for ordering late .... Or ordering a sandwich from a "pizza place" but what kind of sorry excuse of a Philly is this. Usually, I only leave positive reviews but this was literally the worst service and the worst sandwich and I feel like I need to warn everyone to save you $13 on a terrible sandwich. Get a sandwich from a gas station and save yourself the let down. What a joke.
In the past 3 months, we have received consistent lower standards from this store. We only order online and the past four deliveries have all ran an hour or more before getting delivered. The store will mark deliveries as "delivered" on the website but still no pizza. This last time we received an order that was only partially accurate. When it did arrive, the pizza was smushed, they ran out of coke, and marinara packets. They substituted it with ranch and cherry coke. I complained to Domino's corporate, who forwarded me to STA Management Group. They offered me $10 store credit which doesn't solve anything, I just want them to acknowledge the problem and agree to fix it. The lady put the $10 hush money on my account anyways with no acknowledgement that they have an ongoing issue or assurance that the store will get better. **update** Decided to give them a try again on 1/12/19. Pizza took 1.5 hours. Pizza was burnt upon arrival. **Update** My son ordered a pizza on 8/4/2020. An hour after the app indicated “James” was on his way to deliver the pizza, no pizza. We called the store and there was no answer. The store phone just rang and rang. No pizza ever received.
The delivery driver asked me for a tip that's a first. My sub did not have mushrooms. I did cal th store 5 times. I would ask for a manager and then they would hang up. Called the sixth time spoke to a man who said he was a manager. Said he has been there for 15 years. He laughed when I told him that the delivery driver asked for a tip. He basically said they are suppose to ask for a tip. Plus they would not give me the corporate number, the man hung up on me. This is not a good way to do business.
This store is has stolen money our delivery never arrived no one answered that night and the next day we get a hold finally get a hold of them and they refused to give back our money and hung up on us. Rude and not understanding the manager doesnt even know their policies. Make it right or your money back. That is Domino's policy.
Ok, I ordered this from State Street Dominos took almost two hours to deliver.. wen I called they didn’t answer the first two times third tim I was instantly put on hold for 18 minutes when we called using a different phone they answered. Didn’t offer a refund or an apology said driver was coming. When I said this is wrong you have me on hold now for 18 minutes! Lady hung up on me. Pizza arrived Cold, bread full of grease. Sauce cut in weird squares. My last time I’ll ever order Dominos. So sad. I loved them in the 80’s
I’ve ordered twice from the Saginaw State St location both huge mistakes. Before that ordered from your other Saginaw location an even bigger mistake and waste of money. Ordered thin with pepperoni bacon and banana peppers does the picture look like banana peppers? Would not answer phone then when they did was put on hold then hung up on 5 times trying to call back. My traditional crust pizza was raw literally and wrong toppings on my thin crust. Horrible and disgusting. Waste of time and money.
Called yesterday and after a 20 minute hold I spoke to a manager lady and I will say I think she hates her job hung up on me 2 times. Horrible attitude and no people skills at all. I will not buy from there any longer as I can see what type of people she is and would not be afraid to do something to your food in my opinion.
I picked up my 3 ITEM $10.99 LG. pizza on MAY 18th about 430pm with pizza bites about 20- 25 minutes after order. The pizza bites were warm & tasty. The pizza itself was terrible, cold, very few items,very little cheese or pizza sauce, stiff paper like crust very little flavor. Very disappointed.. Thew most of it in the trash. First bad Pizza I ever had at Domino's on State St.
My mom called to complain about her pizza is not being cut all the way through and my pan pizza being completely doughy. The lady wouldn’t let my mom talk so my mom kept getting loud with her than my mom said go ahead and talk and the lady said you’re on the do not serve list and hung up in my mouth face so I go up there to get my money back. She said she refunded it to my card. I was trying to see if it got loaded on my card and she told me that I had to leave Or she was calling the cops after she argued with me that the pizza wasn’t doughy and that people like the pizza like that. Not only that she was extremely rude. She wouldn’t let me check my bank account to make sure that I got my refund. Still haven’t received my refund waiting for corporate to call me back. still haven’t received my money back. This lady really needs a new job. Her employees were looking at her laughing at her because you could clearly tell that the pizza was doughy and she kept telling me it wasn’t.
Pizza said it was delivered 10 mins prior on tracker. I called because we never got our pizza. The girl said she’d have to call to see if he gave it to someone at a different anddress! She never switched back over to talk to me and hung up. We get our pizza another 10 minutes later! The pizza is cold, not fresh, not cut, and the bread bites are as hard as rocks not edible! Absolutely disgusting. I should be refunded my money horrible!!! Not fresh at all! Overcooked! Cold! Literally looked like pizza that has sat in someone’s fridge for a week! Hard cheese! This is the most pitiful pizza I’ve ever received! Whom ever is making pizzas tonight needs a new job! Clearly doesn’t care!
Cassandra made my pizza and did an absolutely terrible job. Out of all the pizzas I’ve ordered over the years from different chains and restaurants, this was by far the worst I’ve ever received in terms of presentation -- and honestly, it didn’t score much better in the taste department. It was just awful. Large sections of the pizza were completely bare of cheese, and the toppings and cheese that were there were falling off. The cut was abysmal -- it wasn’t even sliced all the way through. Where is the quality control? The pizza I received was quite literally a pile of slop. I understand food service is tough -- I’ve worked demanding, customer-facing jobs myself -- but that’s no excuse. Pizza costs way too much these days for such little care and effort to be put into a customer’s order. I was genuinely appalled when I opened the box. EDIT: Decided to give this location another chance a few months later. My heart sank when I saw that my order was made by Cassandra, yet again. Another mess of a disgusting pizza. After further research, Cassandra appears to be the manager of this location. I can't comment on Cassandra's managerial abilities but she is woefully inept when it comes to pizza making. Pizza is too much money in today's economy to be putting such little care and quality control into a customer's order. It's not like I've never had Domino's pizza before-- I know what it's supposed to taste like. The slop that Cassandra has made me isn't it.
So I got my daughters a pasta each. Tracker said it was delivered when it wasn't. I called the store, was on hold for 15 minutes, delivery finally shows up. I asked the delivery lady what took so long after it said delivered, DO YOU KNOW WHAT SHE SAID BACK IN HER STRONG ACCENT, I DELIVER TO PEOPLE WHO TIP FIRST IN THE HIGHEST ORDER. UMMM OK CAUSE I SURE WAS GONNA GIVE YOU CASH LIKE I DO ALL MY DELIVERIES, . SHE DID NOT GET A CENT FROM ME AND SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND DOMINOS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR AN EMPLOYEE LIKE HER!!
This Domino's have very rude workers, did an online order that was delivered. End up the order was incorrect, called the location back and the "MANAGERS" my husband and I spoke to were very rude about the mistake, and hung up, after we calling back we had proof of the order via email, we ask for their names, would not give there name, to make a corporate complaint comes to find out after after talking to another employee stated subliminally the order that was delivered to us was not ours the employee kept saying another street name which was not my street. And employee repeated the order that was not mines. Overall, we again called 4 days later because we supposed to got a refund and never refunded our money nor ever got the correct order. This, place should be shutdown no professionalism from GENERAL MANAGER, and the location charged more on the card we used. Be careful this is not a place to gog, will still money and you will not get your order.
Never delivered my food or answered the phone waited 2 hours called and never got an answer someone pulled up in front of my house never got out the car then pulled off
It was my first time trying this location out and it was a terrible experience. I ordered two pizzas and some sides, and both pizzas were not good. One had the correct toppings, but the other had the complete wrong toppings on it. Both pizzas were also not cut all the way through, so it was hard to even take a slice to eat it. Not to mention the flavor was off and all my food tasted like it was old or expired. I spent $45 for poor service, poor food quality, and bad service in the resturant.
