Greenfield's Coffee & Tea House Salado Reviews
This place and super cute! There are some really nice seating areas inside. Each room is pretty unique with a wide variety of seating options. The coffee shop is in the rear of the building as you walk in and you will actually pass the bar first. There is a huge area outside in the back that has seating and fire pits. When I visited I ordered a matcha with raspberry syrup and it was excellent. There isn't a huge amount of parking, but there are spots in the front and around back. If you have a big truck or a trailer, the church on the left allows parking.
Coffee was excellent. Nice selection of herbal teas and otherwise. OMG croissant sandwich could not be better! Super cozy vibe with multiple rooms. There's a really cool bar that I could see would be quaint and intimate in the evening but we were here in the morning so they weren't serving drinks yet. Lots of space outback for chilling with friends or kids.
Picturesque coffee house and bar spread across several well decorated rooms in a building just north of the creek in Salado. They have free parking along the street.
I ordered a frappe with homemade whipped cream. It was so good! My husband had a coffee and chocolate chip cookie that was delicious. Really good bagels with veggie cream cheese. Great coffee and beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Great coffee and awesome coffee shop atmosphere. I ordered the house blend and an ice water to get my day started. This place makes you feel at home. I love the the setup, it feels like you are having coffee at a friend’s house. WiFi works great too.
Such a cute place. Tons of comfortable and quaint seating. My kids picked out hazelnut croissants and blueberry banana smoothies and loved them. I asked for a raspberry tea and they accidentally gave me a different tea. I can’t complain at all though because the woman serving me noticed before I did and corrected it! Great service!
Great flavor on espresso and iced latte, our go to drinks. Friendly owners will make the coffee just the way you ask. Several delicious pastries - this picture was near opening before pastries all out.
Very family friendly place to eat, have coffee, and do work or chit chat. Also had a small room playing the red river rivalry game during my visit. Outside my family played Jenga, tether ball, and connect four. The croissant sandwiches were very tasty as well. We will be back for sure.
Coming from The north East (Jersey) wasn’t expecting this . Best espresso martini I’ve had in a while . Great Vibe & Aura
It’s a vibe. Coffee is strong, too. Highly recc stopping by on the way from Austin to Dallas/vice-versa. Beautiful decor and relaxed atmosphere.
Super pleasant owners. Outdoor rear patio seating. Cozy couch lounge areas.
Excellent dirty chai! Super cute place with lots of great seating options. Very friendly staff. Great stop between Austin and Dallas.

Delicious tasting coffee with a really fun atmosphere. Very enjoyable place to hang out.
As a Kiwi who knows what a real coffee is, this place did a solid job on a Cappuccino, really enjoyed it. Their breakfast bagel is really good to, loved the vibe / setup and would recommend to anyone passing through Salado.
Got 2 coffees and a snack and had good vibes in the place. Owner (i think he was) super nice. Good coffee overall.
Great experience this morning! The lattes are absolutely delicious (highly recommend amaretto). Payton is such a joy and brings a lovely energy to the shop! Will be back again to visit!
Truly a hidden gem in Salado, Texas! Excellent customer service, a lovely atmosphere, and music that perfectly complements the space.
Great place. A total hidden gem. Amazing food, incredible hand crafted drinks and fantastic hospitable staff. My favorite coffee is a coconut latte. The organic espresso they use makes the coffee taste 100x better. Favorite sandwich: Le McConnaughey. The chicken salad they make is so good. Favorite cocktail: some of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had!!!
Been here for three total dates. Each time, I find something new to like about the location. Salado is old, rustic, historic. This place keeps that in ethos while still providing modernity. It’s an old farmhouse converted into a cafe. Most recently, I walked in with my girlfriend only 30m before closing. There is a full bar inside and the bartender asked us if we wanted espresso martinis. SOLD! Conversation was good. Atmosphere was relaxing. I will openly say that it was the springboard for a great night. It is a little expensive, which tracks for Salado. Come on a Friday for a big social scene. Family friendly otherwise. They have a board game closet, a comfy living room, lovely decor and great food. Of course, my favorite is an iced americano black. Their espresso delivers. 10/10 - love this place.

Coffee was good, service was not. Some guy with a trucker hat behind the bar seemed annoyed that someone wanted coffee in the morning. $6 for a drink in small town Texas with bad service.

There was a male barista working. Absolutely rude and treated my friend like she was stupid. Was passive aggressive when we were trying to order but kept speaking very low, so was unable to hear. If you don't like your job.. QUIT!! Little does he know.. shes a barista. Chai WAS HORRIBLE.
