The ice cream is delicious. I especially like the sweetened condensed milk topping (which is almost never available) and the cajeta (caramelized milk) topping. There's usually a line, but it moves quickly. The service is good, although there are a lot of staff serving customers. They've added more snow flavors, which is great. But they're putting less chocolate in it every day, and they wait so long to serve the cereal that the chocolate is almost cold, so it doesn't stick. 😐

The ice cream is delicious, as always, but the staff is always, ALWAYS stubborn, as if they were doing you a favor by serving you. They don't know how to put chocolate on the ice cream, much less the cereal sticking to it. They are in the customer service industry and don't know how to serve you. They should be trained. I went today, Sunday, and a lady served me. I don't know if she's the owner, but she's super arrogant. I won't go back. A bitter lady. I hope she sees this message. I ordered an ice cream and asked for fruit instead of chocolate, and she only spread jam on it. No fruit. I asked for a chokocrispis. She said, "If it has fruit on top, it doesn't have a topping." I said, "Just put a little on it." She said, "I'll pass it to you this time, but I won't put it on next time." I've ordered the exact same thing at every branch for years, and no one has ever made those comments, but I'll even shout it out so people will hear.

I understand they're frustrated because it's so busy, but if they don't like their jobs, they should find another place. It's a shame to be treated like that.
