Everything is very delicious and very friendly
Delicious food and excellent service The fillets are the most delicious thing I've ever eaten
Delicious food! Clean, pleasant, and with good service, fast, and all at a good price. We will definitely return.
Everything's great. The food is delicious, and the preparation is consistent. I like that the rice is always cooked perfectly and tastes good. The service is excellent. I don't eat in; I always order takeout, and they're quick to prepare it. I'm thrilled that they've extended their hours and improved their menu.
Great atmosphere and the food, as always, excellent.
All the dishes are delicious, I especially love the chicken; it's perfectly seasoned with a touch of ginger, and the soy sauce is some of the best I've ever had. Everything is great, 100% recommended.
Great taste, good prices, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent service.
Excellent service, very good customer service. I've been a customer for 15 years. Everything was delicious, as always.
Excellent quality and service, highly recommended. Everything is delicious!
Very delicious food, excellent service, and an incredible price, it's worth it.
The food is good, but unfortunately it takes a long time. I always order takeout, but it takes more than an hour for my order to be delivered.
Terrible, they're not what they used to be. The food is poor for what they charge, and on top of that, they charge for delivery.
Bad service at this "Branch" I made my order they gave me a time (30 minutes) an hour and a half passed and it didn't arrive, already calling (for the third time) and it was better to cancel the service, and their response was we have a lot of work you should be patient, if you want to cancel it however you want, apart from being despotic the one who answers, and don't say anything to her because she says she is very nice to talk to and that I was the one who misinterpreted her crappy justification. Nothing to do with the FRANCISCO HUIZAR branch
Very bad experience with home delivery. They tell you a specific time that is not met and you call and the person answers you in a bad way. I understand that they have people but I think there are ways to treat the customer and not justify it with absurd excuses.
We've been eating here for years, and honestly, we're extremely disappointed with this management. I just ordered a chicken burger, which cost me $100.00 (including the ten-peso tip for the delivery driver). It arrived without ketchup, mustard, fries, or chili, and it barely had a third of a breaded chicken cutlet. To top it all off, it took 50 minutes or more. It's really sad because this was our go-to place at least twice a week. I hope you take this as a warning because it really doesn't make me want to come back.
Terrible service. It takes over an hour and a half to get a single roll of sushi, even though they tell you it will be ready in 30 minutes. Most of the time they forget your order and don't have it, even after making you wait over an hour. The sushi is more cucumber and carrot than anything else, and the prices are high for such bad service.
My palate has been to many delicious dishes, but this was a different experience. Both the location and the food are precarious. The establishment has a good reception where you are served friendly, but you are also served friendly by the cockroaches that are found in the dining room. In conclusion, bad food for a lot of money, a dirty environment and a bad experience.
