This place was very prompt with my online order. It was ready in less than 8 minutes. The employees were working very hard to get customers through the line and I really wish I could've let them know that someone appreciated their dedication. The food was excellent as well, I got a lot more on my plate than I expected. They definitely give you enough food for the price. Great value I would recommend this place.

Got some Panda Express for Delivery through DoorDash. First time trying it and it is amazing. I've always heard that the orange chicken was the best and I can say now that I 100% agree. My food came with a cute little fortune cookie that also tasted amazing!

Excellent customer service!!! This Panda Express has been one of my favorite places to have a nice meal in San Angelo. I had a bad experience once and the team went above and beyond my expectations to make it right! The food has always been excellent, fresh, and on point. The teriyaki chicken is a favorite and is always tender. Thank you very much!

I went through the drive through. I ordered the Shanghai Beef. I ordered the plate but did not get a double entree. My side was the fried rice. It didn't have the fried rice taste. The veggie in it were crunchy. The rice itself lacked flavor. They have a great sized large beverage. The beef was pretty good but the portion was really small.

Wasn't super impressed I love pandas but I guess it's been to long my chow mein was mostly cabbage and onions had a whole salad in their the lady who checked me out was really rude and pushy

Despite ordering on the app, picking up at drive-thru window and brother giving a $5.00 tip. Still! Panda Express forgot to include soy sauce with the order 💀 How are you gonna eat dry rice and enjoy your meal? C'mon Panda Express, do better 🐼

Very rude employee at the drive thru. They were out of entrees and out of noodles. I'm only giving 2 stars because the food we did get was decent. The customer service deserves negative stars.

Waited in line for a while and not one employee came up to us. Waited that whole time for them to say they aren’t making anymore orange chicken. (4 hours before closing time). Do not recommend

I bet profits for this store would double or even quadruple if more attention was given to orders leaving the store. More attention to accuracy and quality. Tired of spending money on half the order or for food thats been sitting for hours. Its as if the customer is an inconvenience for the employees at this store. I understand mistakes will happen but when its all the time its more of a store issue. I think more people need to take the advice "if you dont like your job then quit". Quit being lazy and using victim mentality. Im sure employees at this location like to get the best product that they spend their hard earned money on.

We just got carry out, ~6:45pm, 8/22/2024. We got NO sauce in either of our bowls. Never seen this before, quite strange. Probably won’t be back, it’s one of our favorite places back home, so we try every 6 months to see if they’ve finally gotten their act together and have yet to see any improvements at this San Angelo location. We’d probably eat here a few times a week if on ONE of those biannual visits we had a good experience.

Went in around 8:30 (not busy) and about half of their selections were empty. Havent been to thrilled lately with this Restaurant either. Seems like the service is also lacking. Was not explained why they were out of almost everything and we just left. If your not gonna be on top of everything what are you really doing?
