It was good. My friend and I had lunch, and I got the salmon, and she got this delicious pasta dish. Sara, our waitress, was great! They have plenty of seats and lots of options—something for everybody.

Celebrated a birthday here and was very satisfied! Food was delicious atmosphere great, windows Mae's for interesting scenery. But our server was amazing, she was attentive and accurate! The personal touches she put on the birthday girls cheesecake was over the top ;) Thank you for a great evening!

I can’t say enough about our dinner tonight. It reminded me of restaurants when I was a child… food made by actual chefs! We watched them! Crafting each cuisine with pride. Absolutely delicious. The service was incredible, too. So helpful and cheerful to serve our huge family. For HOURS! I have not been to Cheesecake Factory in 20 years so I didn’t know what to expect. I cannot believe I’ve missed out. I have wasted a decade at Chili’s, Olive Garden, or Saltgrass… with those same, boring, bland, re-heated meals that were made in a Sysco factory six months ago and frozen in bulk. That’s what restaurants have become. Everything tastes like a TV dinner. Not at Cheesecake Factory! I’m so glad we found it. Everything on our table was absolutely delicious, piping hot, and made FRESH. The Herb Parmesan Chicken is the best I’ve ever had. My wife’s Thai Salad was HUGE! And bursting with flavor, with fresh grilled chicken. The homemade pizzas and spaghetti was perfect! So flavorful! The key lime cheesecake was insane. Thanks guys. Best meal (and service) we’ve had in years! We’ll be back soon!

Our party (4) was quoted a 30-minute wait time; however, we were not seated for approximately one hour and had to check in multiple times for updates. After being seated, it was an additional 40 minutes before our food was served. Based on wait time accuracy, kitchen throughput, and food quality — which lacked flavor — this visit would have otherwise reflected a 1-star experience, and we would be unlikely to return for the menu alone. That said, our server, Gabriel, delivered an exceptional level of service that significantly changed the overall experience. He was professional, courteous, patient, and highly attentive. He demonstrated strong operational knowledge, accurately remembered our orders, and maintained a calm, service-focused demeanor despite extended delays. Operational opportunities for management consideration: -Improve accuracy and transparency of quoted wait times. -Strengthen host stand communication and guest follow-up processes. -Evaluate kitchen efficiency and food quality consistency. -Enhance coordination between front-of-house and kitchen operations. Gabriel exemplifies customer-centered service and brand representation. While he is an outstanding server, his experience, situational awareness, and process mindset suggest potential value in roles focused on customer experience or operational improvement — a strategic priority for many organizations in 2026. I initially considered leaving a 1-star review; however, Gabriel’s professionalism and human-centered service warranted a 5-star rating. His impact was that significant. Retaining and developing team members like Gabriel should be a priority.

The orange chicken and rice were amazing. Super flavorful and cooked to perfection. We had a large party (15) and the waiter was amazing at handling our table.

Had an awesome experience here! Our server, Azalea L., was phenomenal—super friendly, attentive, and on point the entire time. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious, and everything tasted exactly how it should. The service alone made the visit worth it, but the great food just sealed the deal. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at this location. Highly recommend!

I loved the whole experience! We had these fried Mac & cheese balls which were to die for! The pizza was yum!!! The steak frites & mashed potatoes were delicious!! Their bread & butter was great! We tried the pumpkin cheesecake and ordered the classic plain cheesecake, and both were so so good! I loved the pumpkin cheesecake so bad! The service was great & the prices are a high, but it’s worth it because of the quality of the food!

We had an awesome time at The Cheesecake Factory! The menu has something for everyone, portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was lively yet comfortable. The place was clean and well-kept, and of course, the cheesecake was the perfect finish. Highly recommend for a satisfying meal and great vibes. 🍰 Remember to sign up for the rewards and make reservations online.

The overall ambiance is warm toned with a splash of pop. The music is rather loud, i found myself having to talk over it. The menu is very very long! Which is not a bad thing, because there's something for everyone. We did visit in September, so we had the opportunity to try their world famous pumpkin cheesecake. The cheesecake lives up to the expectations. We will return!

This was my first time ordering Togo, and we all know how that can go sometimes. I was really impressed how everything was carefully packaged so that it wouldn’t topple over during the car ride. It was warm and delicious! Soft bread and crisp iced tea, will definitely be ordering to go again 🥰

Who doesn't love Cheesecake Factory? First time visiting this particular location, and we should've known we would enjoy this experience also! Made reservations as many of us do, and our table wasn't going to be ready for another 30 minutes. Not a problem, the front receptionist walked us into the bar area with our children and told us to enjoy, order is we wanted to from bar area as we would still be given our table. We enjoyed a few bar drinks and snacks! Our table was ready with an incredible table server that just made my birthday even more memorable! Food was easy to order, and the menu is still great and easy to handle as they have much to offer! The food took over an hour and a half to get delivered to our table. As a matter of fact, it was a little past 10 pm. when we finally got served. The manager that night had come to apologize but may have been overwhelmed at that point as he never offered any discount or at least my birthday slice of cake for the inconvenience. That was disappointing, but we weren't surprised to not have received more than an apology. We enjoyed our meals and even brought some home as we had finished as much as we could having waited. We'll definitely be back to enjoy some more menu options soon. Thank you to those who made my birthday dinner with my family and good one!

First time at Cheesecake Factory La Cantera and I loved it! The grilled salmon was perfect, and when I had a small issue, supervisor Corina handled it with such kindness and professionalism. Very great experience. First time at this location. Everything was delicious from the appetizer to the dinner and desserts. Service was great. We sat in the patio because there was no wait . Everything was delicious definitely recommend perfect for date night or simply as a regular meal day. 😋

Just love the amazing experience we get here. Every occasion is made even more special. For vegetarian diet we eat four cheese pasta, fried macaroni and cheese balls. The pumpkin cheesecake was so fresh and tasty

We went back to the Cheesecake Factory after not having been in a very long time. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone’s plate looked great. I had the Miso Salmon which I would highly recommend. The sauce was awesome. We all had cheesecake to finish which was also amazing.

The menu was extensive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The service was also exceptional. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

My son’s birthday and he loves this restaurant. First time for me and it was really good. Our waitress was so kind and checked on us frequently. I had The Renee, a lunch special, and that was the best meal at a great price! It comes with soup and I chose the cream of chicken. I’ve never had a better homemade soup, it had mushrooms, artichokes, and other wonderful stuff in that creamy sauce. It also comes with a half sandwich and salad. Awesome! The other meals were just as tasty!

Visited during Happy Hour. Use to be the best. Quality still the best but prices aren’t happy anymore. Won’t go out of my way like before. Happy Hour to me is Quality and Value. I had a $25 gift card that was gifted to me in May. I finally got around to using it. I'd never been to Cheesecake Factory or had food from there. I decided to order 2 apps. One was cheeseburger egg rolls and mozzarella sticks. September had a special reward of a free cheesecake slice with any order, also came with free bread and butter. Unfortunately I didn't like the mozzarella sticks or the egg rolls. The cheeseburger rolls tasted like sloppy joe mix and the cheese sticks had no flavor. The warm bread and butter I got free was the best part lol. I don't like cheesecake, but this coconut slice was tolerable cause a big part was cake, whip, and toppings. I would definitely go back and try other menu items. I picked up curbside.

This restaurant has always been a favorite. The location is ideal, and after walking the mall, sometimes a nice meal with cheesecake in order. The main issue we always seem to encounter is the wait time. The last time we went, it was, i believe, was more than an hour. They do text when your table is ready and do not have to wait at the restaurant. You can still walk around the mall. They have some tied and true classic food Nothing that will blow your mind, but adequate for an enjoyable meal. Of course the cheesecake is the main event. That is always good. The staff is friendly and engaging.

I went to the Cheesecake Factory for my first birthday month celebration of many and it was a great place to start the fun. I had the chicken almond salad sandwich with a Caesar salad lunch special and the meal was pretty good. Of course, it is always the dark bread that keeps me going back to this restaurant. It is still so very good. My friend said her tortilla soup was just OK. They still do something free for birthdays -- so that was a nice surprise since some restaurants no longer make any effort to do this. It was small but nice. Our waitress was very attentive and the atmosphere here is always great. I did make a reservation but it was not very busy when we arrived.

A bit pricey. Often a line. This is a no rush meal. The cheesecake is amazing. Every type under the sun.

The food was delicious, as always! The service was great from the moment we came in until we left. The only thing was that they did take long with the meal.

The Cheesecake Factory is pretty consistent on service, food, and atmosphere. I brought my son for a Father Son day outing. He loved the bread and butter as did i. We ordered the 4 cheese pasta with chicken and the orange chicken. Both were great. For an appetizer we had the world famous (not sure really lolz) Buffalo Blast. Ughhhhhhh this are so delicious. Establishment was clean and fancy looking. We would definitely go back. We didn't get to order any Cheesecake due to the feast we had, had us feeling stuffed. Instead for dessert we went for a walk to the The Rock. (Checkout my pics/ videos and review as well here on Google)

Food was okay this time around. Typically the pasta has a little more sauce than what I received this time. Didn’t make for a great leftover but still tasted good. Server we had acted like he didn’t want to there and it felt like he didn’t want to take our orders. He wasn’t the one who brought our food but that guy that did was lovely. Service checked in us once to ask the dessert questions and then again for the ticket.

This was my first time visiting La Cantera Mall in San Antonio. We decided to stop for a bite to eat at The Cheesecake Factory and almost left since the wait time was so long. We were in for a spectacular evening since we were seated outside on the Friday after Christmas. We had the best seats in the house for the fireworks show! Our food was delicious and our server was attentive without being overbearing. The only negative, that I'm still trying to understand, is regarding the restrooms. This restaurant seated a large number of people and, yet, there were only 2 stalls in both the men & women's facilities. Even if you're only going in to wash your hands, you shouldn't have to pass a line of people waiting to enter a stall just to use the sink.

Great experience! Went here for a birthday dinner. We had a reservation and were seated almost immediately. The food and service were on the spot, as always. Our food and drinks came out looking as good as they tasted. Shout out to our server, Taylor, for being very attentive and making dinner a great experience.

First of all, I thought that it to be quite ridiculous to have to sign up for a rewards account in order to set a reservation. This is unnecessary and forces people to give info they don't want to give in order to reserve. This should be a professional service you provide without extra steps. Parking is challenging, so plan for extra time to find a parking spot. The place was clean for the most part. the floors were a little dirty under the table. The light fixtures could use some love. Friendly staff, and we were able to get in before our reservation, which was nice. The prices are a little high, but you do get a good portion with your meal. I'd say I could have spent half the amount for half the size of the plate and then had room left over for cheesecake. I tried the crab dip and was very good. I also ate the bellagio chicken and had a good flavor as well. Next time, I'll know to order 1 dish and 2 plates so we can split it.

Party of four on a Wednesday for lunch. Service was fine and friendly. The music was loud enough we had a difficult time hearing each other across the table. Shepherds pie was rated as very good. The two salads were rated as average (lunch size has a very generous portion) but not otherwise remarkable. The burger with mushrooms was rated as one of the worst burgers eaten in several years (size is very small for what you get, it came out over cooked <even though it was ordered medium> with the edges quite burned). The fries that came with it were small in portion and barely warm. It seemed like they had sat around for quite a while. The cheesecake was quite good. We've been to several Cheesecake Factories in the past...this location is average compared to the others.

Place was pack i will put three stars just because they forgot to call us we spend like 2 hours to be seated we went to the lady in front and she realized that she made a mistake but she never said sorry we ask to talk to the manager and she never call her. Food was good. My steak was dry not recommended a 41 dollars plate.

Although my waitress was super super kind and friendly; to no fault of her own I’m assuming it took her for ever to bring her my mojito. I was hoping to enjoy my drink before my meal but, no. Instead, I waited with my water and got everything together. The food was mediocre at best. I hadn’t been to this place in ages and I was shocked by how expensive everything is now. The bread is still excellent though. The place was half empty yet it took them about 5 minutes to seat me down. I’m guessing they might be short staffed. Again I really really want to over state that my waitress was a sweat heart and deserves 5 stars.

Don't get me wrong. The food was great. Everything was right for a chain restaurant, but I wasn't wowed. For the price I could have ate at Chama Gauchos.

My server was great. Atmosphere is nice. I probably should have ordered something else but I chose a cheese burger. It was a hockey puck on a large bun. First bite was all bread. $20 was pretty high for a happy meal burger.

Update; Unfortunately, we came back to hopefully have a better experience. We came for lunch on October 13th. After we ordered, it took 50 minutes to get our food. While the food was decent, the service was poor as usual. We had to constantly flag down the waiter so we could get drink refills and then it took him way too long to give us the refills. Same with the bread. Seems like this location just doesn't care because they know they will always have thousands of customers. We came here for the first time, November 13th and it will most likely be our last time to come here. We arrive just before 11am and were seated right away. After waiting 10 minutes and no waiter realizing we were there, we flagged down the hostes and asked for a waiter. About 2 minutes later someone came by and took our drink and food order. It took 10 minutes just to get water and sodas. We asked for DP and were given Coke. One cup of water had no ice. The table had food scraps from the previous customers and the silverware was disgusting. There was pieces of food stuck to and hanging from the forks. The bread we were given was overbaked, hard, dried out and nasty. We attempted to eat some, but the waiter never asked if we wanted more or fresh bread. After waiting 25 minutes we got our food and we were highly disappointed. The food was cold. It had a decent flavor, but it wasn't even room temperature. It was cold. It was obviously never put under a warming light. The waiter was a little nice but very inattentive. Overall it was so bad, we didn't stay for any dessert.

The most pathetic asparagus I’ve ever seen in my life. Supposed to be a side and it was nothing barely there. Literally like 5 pieces of the smallest skinniest asparagus. Our other dish, I asked for spaghetti pasta and got angel hair but was told that was their spaghetti pasta. Water not refilled.

The patio was extremely cold the heaters did nothing at all. When we got our food it was cold and over cooked. I was extremely disappointed with the how they handled the weather. And For the price we paid I expected the food and service to be better. As well as the wait we waited 3 hours to get seated. So I wouldn’t recommend it for a winter party.

Will not come back to this location. We we're told that we had a twenty minute wait time to be seated by the hostess, only for it to be around an hour before we got sat. We sat outside with the heater on since it was very cold outside. The heater turned off and we were looking for our waitress to ask to turn the heater back on. It took them 15 mins to turn the heater back on my family was very cold. Once we received our food, my wife ordered the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, and substituted the linguine for pene pasta however, the waitress who seemed to had just started working, gave my wife the linguine pasta instead of the one she requested. Additionally, the pasta did not have any sort of spice despite stating on the menu that it was "very spicy". My sister's fettuccine pasta was very dry so she did not eat it and lastly my mom's white rice was extremely bland and dry. Overall very disappointed in the food and service. If you ever see this location super busy do yourself a solid and do not come. They will overcook your food and when you bring it up to a waiter they will not care.

We never even got to find out if the food was good because, after more than an hour, we still hadn’t been served. We were seated at 2:07 p.m., well after the lunch rush, and around 3:15 p.m. the wrong food finally arrived. Since we both ordered the exact same dish, it should have been an easy order. Instead of apologizing, our server simply said, “Let me get the manager.” I wasn’t looking for a conversation, I just wanted to eat. The manager came over, said they’d rush the correct order, and we agreed, though we mentioned we were short on time. A few minutes later, they brought out a to-go bag, even though we never asked for takeout. After waiting that long, I wasn’t about to drive home with cold food. By then it felt like the waitress just wanted us to leave, probably because she realized the tip wasn’t going to be great. The manager didn’t seem to have a handle on the situation either. Overall, a disappointing experience and a poor example of how to run a restaurant. It is a nice bag, but not nice enough to make up for all the time that was wasted.
