I come here very often. The food is always great, just what I was craving. Service is kind and professional. The team has a sense of urgency, which I appreciate as someone who wants to get their food and get going as fast as possible. The place is well managed. Thank you.

Not sure why all the bad reviews, but I've visited several times and always had tasty meals. Recently, I enjoyed a chicken bowl and it was a very good portion as they always are. Chicken was moist and tasty. The workers are usually smiling and work quickly. I chose this place over all the other overpriced, high fat options in the mall.
Don't get the one star reviews. I work nearby and frequently go to this Chipotle for lunch with colleagues, been over a dozen times or so and have yet to have a bad experience. The food is always fresh, made well and the staff is friendly. I love chipotle and will continue to go! They just came out with an app so now I can order ahead, looking forward to trying it out!
Despite mixed reviews, pre ordering and picking up our food was a breeze. I opted for the extra protein, I really think I got what I paid for. Smoked brisket was calling my name. Kudos to the staff at this location.

I used to like coming here, but today was the last day. Portions have been getting smaller. I ordered a bowl today and felt the servings wasn't there. I told them my bowl looked empty and they just looked at me confused. So I respectfully said I didn't want it anymore and left. The guy in front of me also requested more food on his item. *Update: I decided to come back. Portions were normal again. It was only fair to give an updated follow up. Guacamole fresh as always.

I watched my finished bowl sit on the counter for 5 minutes while a shift change occurred. Not sure why they couldn't put a lid on it and bag it. Food was solid.
You get a good portion, it's enough for two people all the item's they will put on your burrito or burrito bowl great grilled onion and bell peppers.

Ordered mobile at 1:02p with 'promised' time 1:10p, wasn't ready until 1:24p. I got to the mall and waited 10 more min. They kept prioritizing people in line, I should've stood there to have one of the staff finish mine. They didn't finish it until the line rush was gone. Shouldn't be that way, someone should be dedicated to mobile order. Quicker to just not order ahead or just don't go to Chipotle at all tbh. This was the 1st time I went this yr, so maybe it's not always like this.
A regular Chipotle location as would be expected in food court area of a mall. Nothing extraordinary to say, nothing horrible to report. Staff seemed to be well trained in processing the orders quickly. It’s closeness to Bart’s San Bruno station makes it very convenient.

Placed a pick up order on mobile app. However, at the promised pick up time, the crew member took a look at my order and went straight ahead to help the customer in line...left me very confused and disappointed and waiting. I assumed that Chipotle wants their customers to use the mobile app for convenience, but somehow order in store is prioritized instead even if I ve showed up in person and my promised time passed. Abysmally small servings. Burritos are so small they could probably fit in your pocket. Please don't go here.
Server was friendly but this place is definitely mismanaged. Burrito was cold and they were out of a lot of stuff. It is noon on a Wednesday and they were out of carnitas and Barbacoa. Why? How?
We've ordered here maybe 7 times via instacart (~$70 each time, same thing each time for 2 meals and chips) and they have included the vinagetette once; this last time the steak was mostly all fat pieces and was not edible. Not happy with the quality of the food.

One of the worst place to visit, they are just cheating and ripping customers and charging for the side of hot sauce($1.55+tax). Usually if we order a side of avocado chipotle charges but this location charges for the side of hot sauce also. When I asked the host, she is saying got directions from the manager. Please cross-check with the store manager to take action. Thanks
I ordered catering through my work based in Seattle, WA for this Chipotle to make and deliver catering at 11:45am today to a business partner. I made the order yesterday. At 12:07pm today, they email me saying that they're not going to deliver the food. It was supposed to be delivered 30 minutes prior!! Granted, they offered a full refund, but now my company looks unprofessional and the business I ordered for is out food for their presentation. Don't trust with deliver or catering!!!
My boss sent me to pick up their order, online it said it was going to be ready by 11:40 AM. When I got there a few minutes after 11:40, I asked for the status of the order and the guy brushed me off and just said “it’s gonna be a while” and then walked away. I walked back up to him and asked “so do you have an approximate time or…?” and he brushed me off again, incredibly rude. When I asked why did the online order say it was ready at 11:40 he said the website lies to you.
-Beef was very tough to chew, had to spit it out most of the times, low low quality . -two out of 4 orders were wrong ingredient -Missing items, omitted paid for ingredients and mixed up orders. As if the order done by someone does not know the menu -will never order or eat chipotle again I tried to be a customer but the meat quality and mistakes are not digestive
The worst order from Chipotle! Made an online order of chicken burrito bowls - two regular ones with black beans, lettuce, and one double chicken without beans. Not only the double chicken had barely any chicken in it but also the other two didn't have black beans nor the lettuce on top! It's outrageous! I wish I opened the bowls at the time of the pick up. I'd like to be served correctly especially when you charge extra for your chicken!
I really like Chipotle but I just saw one of the guys behind the counter with gloves on, wiping the counter with a cloth rag....and didn't change his gloves when he helped a customer out. He touched the lettuce with the gloved hand that he just used to wipe the counter with a cloth rag! Did THEY NOT LEARN THEIR LESSON about sanitation? I went somewhere else for my dinner! Please.. CHANGE YOUR GLOVES when you handle money or holding a rag or going to the refrigerator to get more lettuce or whatever. PLEASE, PLEASE fix this!

Food tastes like crap, they ran out of guacamole, I paid for chips and got 7 in a big bag. This place isn't worth the money. I should of went to burger King. And this isn't the first time I have gotten crappy food from this place. So no more chances from me!
The chicken was dry here. I've been to Chipotle hundreds of times and this was the first time it was really dry. They also messed my online order twice (first they forgot to make it in time, then they gave me a burrito instead of a bowl).
Missing ingredients in my food,prepared my 2 separate orders as one order in a container which was not requested, measured my ingredients in tiny portions and I was still hungry after eating and previously the same order in the past filled me up because it was portioned better,customer service doesn't care and gung up on me while in chatt,im removing the app from my phone.

Haven’t had time to write a review but here it is. I ordered doordash delivery yesterday from chipotle like I always do when I’m busy and this time it was a new location. I didn’t think much of it and ordered anyway. As soon as the driver handed me the bag, I knew something was wrong. There was liquid dripping from the bottom of the bag and the bag looked like it was going to tear at any moment. As I walked up the stairs, liquid kept dripping onto the floor. When I opened the lid of the bowl, I was shocked at what I saw. The bowl was flooded with beans when I didn’t even order beans. The guac was floating in all the juices and it smelled atrocious. I tried to get a refund from doordash but it would only give me a partial refund. I called this chipotle and the call didn’t even go through. Whoever made this bowl needs to be fired immediately and never work at a chipotle again. I’ve always ordered from chipotle and this damn near made me never wanna order from chipotle again. Do better. 30 dollars for this is insane.

This takes place at the Tranforan Mall, San Bruno, CA. It is nothing like the commercials. No one is cutting up fresh food to be placed on the grill . Everything there was precooked and placed under heated lights. Sitting there so long it had begun to dry out, darkened, and changed colors. I was going to see a movie and I had time to spear. So, I decided to try Chipotle for the first time. It was terrible. My burrito was COLD. I really don't see how people were eating that food. Some had ordered items that were supposed to be hot. Some people don't cook but I do, I am very particular about my food. I have serious taste buds. Some people ordered things that could be eaten cold but NOT a burrito. I took one bite and went back to the counter and I said, "This burrito is COLD!!" and they said we cannot take back anything that has been opened. I told them to wrap it up in more foil paper and heat it up.( Not rude or anything) The employees were walking around acting weak, too cute, and helpless. Guess what?, They put it back on the grill for less than 2 minutes at the most and gave it back to me. I said, "This is still COLD"!! Come to find they had not even turned on the grill. What is that place a pop up stand??? None, I mean none, of those people knew anything about cooking!! Especially, Mexican food. I love Mexican food. I am serious when I say I Grew Up On Mexican Food. Do Not Play With My Mexican Food!!! Do better. Get some real food and real cooks

Lol does it sound like college kids.. yes that place is run by young college kids with no fear of consequences .
