Love the coffee, best flat white in town, up there with the best I’ve had in Mexico. Very professional and attentive service, good place to work. Food is good. Oh and nobody comes inside to ask you for money every 5 seconds, like they do at Starbucks.

The Chilaquiles were incredible. The coffee was also great but the chilaquiles were absolutely delicious. My only problem was we didn’t find Al Grano Cafe until the last day. Otherwise we would have eaten there every day single in San Cristobal

Absolutely delicious food all around, no matter if it’s one of their omelettes, paninis or a simple grilled cheese sandwich (which comes stacked with tomato and avocado.) Excellent coffee and espresso. Don’t leave without trying their Chocolate Azteca. Vegetarian friendly, nice atmosphere and reasonably priced.

Flat white is strong and yummy. I have been here many days :) First good coffee I had in months! The chilaquiles were great, I had a croissant that was delicious (but I didn’t have a pic of) and the english muffin with ham, egg and cheese was my least favorite but still ok. Great place to do work when not busy.

Right on the square. Great coffee. Great breakfast. I ate there like all 5 mornings I was there. The price was dynamite too. The server by day 2 really took care of me. Pastries were good too in the afternoon. A double espresso to get me moving after a nap!

Great coffee!! The coffee has great quality and awesome taste. Plus, you could buy their grains to you own cups later. The crepes are acceptable and the place in general is clean and comfy. Overall, this is the coffee where you'll go to chat with your friends.

Very good coffee. I ate breakfast here as well. The plate was huge and the food was prepared perfectly. All at a very reasonable price, which surprised me given the location on the main square.

I have been in town for over a week and have tried coffee in various cafes. I like the flavor at Al Grano the best--enough so that I paid their almost American prices to bring some home. According to the man who attended me, they serve their premium coffee in the shop... I haven't found coffee with this rich a flavor in the US, ever. So, although the prices per kilo may be on the high side for this area, the quality is well worth it in my opinion.

I go there every time I can because it's just so amazing! Perfect spot in the center. The food is so delicious and drinks as well. I love the Vanilla Chai Tea, the Chilaquiles are so good and the crepes are so yummy!! Gotta go there, you'll love it!

Overlooking the central square this restaurant has an excellent location. We ordered a club sandwich and a burrito. The Club sandwich was a bit dry and the burrito was tasteless without character. The service was good and it is nice just to sit here and observe local life while having a break I recommend this restaurant for its location and having a break before continuing your adventure.

Had one of our best coffee experiences here! Top quality desserts (my son had a super yummy individual size chocolate tart & I had an Oreo cheesecake). Very yummy! We had frappes that day ‘cause it was hot but I look forward to trying their warm beverages. My son had their caramel frappe and loved it. My mocha one was a bit icy and harder to drink than his, but yummy. Will go back!

Food is good, servers attentive. Good place to watch pedestrian traffic. I've been here a dozen times over the weeks & it's popular, but a few times I had to walk back to my room because the men's toilet has no seat...gross! The women's has a seat; it's like it's deliberate after so much time?

I really enjoyed my visit to Al Grano Cafe. I ordered a Cappuccino and a Lemon meringue pie. Both were absolutely delicious. My cappuccino could have been a little hotter in temperature.. they offer free W-Fi bathroom and good atmosphere. Great pour on the cappuccinos.

My wife and I's favorite coffee spot. The drinks and deserts are honestly better than Oh La La, they also serve good breakfast and great crepes. Try the oreo cheesecake! Update, unfortunately they went a little down hill. At least for us.

The place is a kind of small and the tables don’t have a lot of space between them, it has good breakfasts, and the service is good.

Coffee and lemon pie were good, but the cinnamon roll was hard & dry. Not a big deal for 25 pesos, but it’s worth considering throwing it in a microwave for 30 seconds or getting fresh stuff in before opening. Service is great. Would be a 5 star place with fresh pastries every morning.

I did not enjoy my huevos rancheros they were bland. The eggs had no salt at all. The tomato sauce tasted of raw tomatoes. I wanted a black tea with my coffee and I was told they did not have any. Then they said they did have back tea but I had to pay extra for it. Weird.
