Came back for the gluten free carrot cake 3 times in the 4 days that I was in town. Can’t speak for the actual food, but the cake is excellent.

J'ai adoré ce restaurant! La cuisine est délicieuse. Très bien reçus. Tout est végétarien et à prix très raisonnables. Une adresse à ne pas manquer! Merci encore :) En plus, juste en face de d'une église magnifique et d'un marché artisanal.

Original et sain 😋 Le neveu a prit le temps de nous expliquer leurs produits, très souriant et bienveillant. Cuisine délicieuse: le ramen a été très réconfortant, les samossas avec leur touche de mangue-cacahuète fermentée comme de la confiture au dessus était à tomber, le baozi et la pizza étaient excellents aussi ! + les jus faits maisons au top: gingembre/ananas. Produits sains, frais, acceuil +++, prix plus que raisonnables !

Notre cantine de San Cristobal ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. La nourriture est totalement végétale, fraîche et délicieuse, visiblement préparée avec amour... ça fait plaisir ! Le restaurant est petit mais convivial, avec une chouette vue sur le temple. Les prix sont tout à fait raisonnables... ça donne envie de revenir souvent !

I really love here. Everything is nice. But I think ‘sushi’ is more like ‘gimbap’ rather than sushi.

Awesome food and unreal desserts. We had some noodle soup, very tasty, and a couple of those sushi dishes with additional side stuff. Everything was very tasty, we're not vegan but I didn't miss meat at all. However the desserts were the best, we got carrot cake, that green cheesecake and my son got an ice cream. All of them amazing, we're definitely coming back.

It can be a real struggle to find vegan or veggie food as a traveller but this sure was a great find! Quite a good menu to pick from, all at fair prices for any budget. Service was great and quite fast. I had the ramen and didn't have to wait long, I'd highly recommend it. Absolute 10/10

Great food and service, a really nice guy served us and customised our meals for our baby and the fact that I had a sensitive stomach from the night before. The price was very fair. They don't have a baby seat (high chair) which would have been useful, but other than that, highly recommended!

Todos los días como aquí! La comida es deliciosa, fresca y saludable. Todo es preparado con mucho amor. El servicio es excelente, siempre están atentos. Además tienen postres muy ricos. Deben de probar los helados.

La verdad es que es una agradable sorpresa encontrar un lugar de comida coreana vegana. La atención es muy amable y la comida está muy rica. Pedi un loving hut set y aparte un pan cake y un chai. Me gusto mucho. Lastima que no tenia mas hambre para pedir mas cosas. Si regreso a San Cristobal, seguro regreso a comer mas cosas.

La variedad de comida que ofrece la carta, la sazón y el amor que contienen sus platos nos han dejado con el estomago satisfecho y el corazon contento. Cuenta con un hermoso y apacible jardín en el que uno puede encontrar la paz en medio del ajetreo de la ciudad. Personal muy amable y atento.

Comida coreana increíble! Con precio justo y atendimento muy amable. Es un espacio chico pero definitivamente vale la pena, los platos son muy, muy ricos. Pruebamos Bibimbap y bulgogui que estaban increíbles. Además las panquecas de vegetales están perfectas de entrada o un snack por la tarde. El Kombucha de Jamaica, buenísimo valle la pena ordenar la botella.

Me encanta la variedad de comida que tienen, el sazón que logran, es una experiencia culinaria magnífica, comida internacional que no se ve en todos lados, el menú selecto, se pueden ver desde falafel, arroz al curry, lasagna buenísima, las alitas para chuparse los dedos!, mi platillo favorito es el baozi, chinese dumplings, con su salsita de miso, y los postres, mi favorito es el pastel de queso verde, delicioso y lleno de sabor. Las bebidas fermentadas de kefir y kombucha me encantan también. ¿Se dieron cuenta que es mi restaurante favorito? La atención también muy amables siempre y explican cada comida, además de que todo es vegano, ¿qué más puedo pedir?

Probé la lasaña! ($60) Increíble! Muy rica. Y soy muy exigente en ese rubro eh! No es fácil de encontrar algo así bien hecho, vegano y a buen precio. Si, debo decir que estaba muy picante (para mi) quizás para los mexicanos es normal, pero realmente se sentía que la lasaña sin lo picante hubiera tenido un brillo en los sabores que en mi paladar se anulan y sólo me queda la sensación picante dominando todo. La galleta oreo vegana y sin gluten ($20)también probé y no me gustó, muy muy aceitosa, etc. Me encanta que tienen la heladera llena de quesos veganos de marcas que siempre quise probar, y esta vez tampoco pude por una cuestión de presupuesto. Pero qué excelente que exista un lugar así!.. Resumiendo, la lasaña suuuper recomendada (salvo que tengas hipersensibilidad a lo picante, je)

Uno de los mejores veganos que he probado viajando, después de un año sigo salivando al recordar los deliciosos rollos de sushi, los helados de macadamia (muero por uno ahora mismo, que delicia), el bibimbap, la lasaña, el hummus... Es pequeñito y la gente lógicamente lo ama, así que mejor para llevar o con paciencia a qué se quede libre una de las 2 mesas que hay, está muy muy bien de precio! WoW quiero volver a SanCris para comer todos los días allí, no cerréis nunca!!!

Such a nice reataurant. The person is soo sweet and the food is gluten free and vegan, yet sooooo delicious!!! The atmosphere is perfect if you like a "home like" restaurant, it feels kinda like a "Paladar" in Cuba. Bibimbap is savory and portion is filling. Ramen is very good.

I believe Flora cooks high nutritional ingredients with inconditional love, and that's what made my meal taste so good. I had the Korean plate with broccoli, green beans, chyote, jicama, beet root, seitan, and rice. With a piece of apple pie and cacahuete & chocolate homemade ice cream for desert. Everything was delicious and my most enjoyable meal in 2 months in Mexico. I'm not even vegan nor vegetarian, I just wanted more veggies for a change. I hope I have time in my travel to come back :)

Lovely people serving delicious, affordable, home-cooked vegan meals. We ended up coming here pretty much every other day for a month! The selection of dishes is amazing: sushi, lasagne, pizza, ramen, bao, curry, seitan steak, Apple pie, cashew ice-cream, cookies, cheesecake, kombucha and more...! My partner and I were pretty fed up with restaurant food, after traveling for a few months, and this home-cooked fare was absolutely what we were craving. The only slightly unusual thing about the place is that, although it looks like a little independent restaurant, it's actually part of the fastest-growing vegan restaurant chain in the world!! It's all run by a - and I need to be careful not to say 'cult' here, because it isn't - Vietnamese cyber sect, so there's a TV in the restaurant only showing a channel called Supreme Master TV. It makes for pretty interesting, sometimes entertaining, viewing.

Awesome little veg/vegan spot for lunch or diner! Had the curry and lasagna on multiple occasions, so delicious & the owner is lovely 😊 Also loved their vegan cookies!!

Like I said before, the food scene here in San Cristobal is pretty mediocre at best, but there are always little gems that are trying their best like this little cafe owned by Flora and her husband. The service, vegan sushi rolls and stone bowl rice and veggies dish are pretty solid here. I come at least once a week. Don't expect them to be open on time (I go between 2-6 to be certain) and you'll have a friendlier and more attentive experience if you come when Flora works Wednesday, Friday and Sunday :)

Great prices, great services by all their staff and very nourishing food. I just wish they used higher quality ingredients like the rice they use or that half the menu contains gluten. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut, besonders das Sushi empfehle ich! Leider werden die Speisen wirklich vorgekocht und in der Mirkowelle erwärmt, das finde ich sehr schade. Und daher einen Punkt Abzug.

Little cute place with very tasty food. Only have a few places for sitting down. Everything is vegan and most of the stuff is very healthy. Very good prices. The bibimbap and the curry with rice was our favourites. Or actually, the vegan cookies (coconut & chocolate) was our favourites. Best cookies in town! Most of the food is already cooked and they heat it up when you order. For me they use the microwave a bit to much. Would be 5* if they would heat up the food more with the stove. With that said Flora cooks really tasty food and it's worth a visit when in town.

Not my go-to. It's okay. The food is okay. Not like the chains you would expect. Vegan pizza and the food sits in a display shelf and is warmed up in a microwave. Suits mostly western crowd. The vibe is small and not really existent. Bun pao is okay and super salty and the falafel is baked and more bready than garbanzo. The alitas were not tasty to me at all. Last resort.

Para las pocas alternativas veganas en Chiapas está bien pero no es bueno. Pedimos ramen cremoso y no sólo no se parecía nada a la foto que tienen para vender sino no sabía a ramen, sabía a crema de calabaza, no tenía sal (o no suficiente) y nada de algas o picantes. Muy mala experiencia, jamás comí un ramen tan malo. Me enfermé al día siguiente horrible del estómago aunque no puedo asegurar que fue loving hut (pero fue el último lugar público en el que comí).

I’m not vegan, maybe for vegans the food is very tasty,for us it was a little bit tasteless (the bibimbap and the sushi). The samosa and the ban were good.

This used to be my favorite place to eat in San cristobal. The owner Flora and her cook Heaven ran an amazing operation for a good few years. The food was amazing the service was above and beyond and it was a great run they had here. The owner had an unfortunate accident and things changed now, there are two mexicanos in there cooking instead of the owner and heaven which made sure everything was impecable, the food quality has dropped significantly. The menu changed, they took away some of my favorite dishes, added tofu (which I'm allergic to soy) to the sushi, the portions are smaller and everything is different. Nothing lasts forever, sad to take this restaurant off our rotation.

I had the alitas set today (Sunday). It was dry and quite bland. Also, I'm not feeling well now so I may have picked up a stomach bug from here (it was the last place I ate).

What happened? The alitas were bone dry and the rice was hard, not thoroughly cooked. Yeah... Not again.

I went twice to this location well within the hours indicated, only to find the doors closed, no one responding to the doorbell, and no one responding to the number indicated here. There is a sign above the door with their name; but if they are still in service, then they should definitely update their hours of operation and contact method to avoid wasting people’s time arriving only to find a restaurant closed for whatever reason. I have been to Loving Hut in 3 different countries, so it was with that idea of what they offer that I came here (specifically I was craving tofu), and I love that there’s an assortment of vegan options in San Cristobal. But honestly my experience left me a little frustrated and doubtful that this particular place exists.
