Epic Wings

I highly recommend checking out Epic Wings newest location. The bread, pizza and wings were cooked to perfection. The space is clean and spacious with inside and outdoor seating & a cool bar area. Eunice was such a delight she made sure we felt welcomed & double checked our order was correct im definitely coming back.

Really awesome experience here at Epic Wings! We are so glad that they are in the neighborhood now. They hooked us up with food for our coaches meeting at CCA and it tasted delicious. We will definitely be back ASAP! Thank you Epic Wings!

Food came out fast and the cashier Ava was so helpful in helping me choose my meal. She recommended me lemon pepper a d chili for the sauce on the chicken and it was delightful. Then she brought our food to us and had amazing service.

So excited to have the best wings in San Diego right in our back yard. Tonight we ate at the new Epic Wings at the Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch. The food was fresh and delicious, bread sticks, tender loin strips, wings, all of the standards that we have enjoyed at Epic Wings throughout San Diego. This new location has a great indoor dining area with TV’s every where. The outdoor dining area has a number of TV’s also with heaters so outdoor dining is also easy. Great new spot and can’t wait to watch a game there. Apparently a full bar is coming soon!

Service was great. The food was amazing!!! We had little to no wait for our food. This will be our new home location.

So excited that an Epic Wings has just opened in Carmel Valley. It's in a great shopping center and the location is super spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating. They have tablets you can order from, but the staff were super kind and helpful when we went to put in our order in-person. This is my favorite restaurant for wings and this new location didn't disappoint. Super crispy and juicy, and the breadsticks tasted very fresh, too. Definitely recommend when you need your wing fix! I'm a big sauce girl, but if you prefer a dry rub they have options for that, too. My husband loves the lemon pepper.

Epic wings new location is spacious. I ordered a single meal 4 strips with sweet chili and ranch. Everything was amazing, the strips and bread stick, came out hot. The cashiers are all welcoming and kept the place clean. Will be back to again to pick up food after work.

So glad Epic Wings is finally in this area. The new place looks great. They had the game I wanted to see on one of the TV’s which made eating my dinner even better. The food was great, hot and fresh and the bread is the best. Hot, soft and buttery. Definitely will be back!

Weird Club

Had a club meeting here about a week ago and it was great! Food came out in about 15 minutes and was super affordable for how good the wings were. Service was good we felt super welcomed and taken care of. Will be returning for those sweet chilli wings.

the food was ok at best. the food came out really hot but the taste and texture of strips weren’t amazing. i watched polo which is a really old sport that i have lowkey never heard of or watched before. idk wings weren’t epic so false advertising at its finest. also extremely overpriced. best thing i ate was breadsticks

Had lunch here earlier this week. food was good and fast, cashier was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I would recommend it but the atmosphere felt awkward. The restaurant was very empty and I saw a staff (maybe manager) talk intense to another employee about work performance. It was a bit uncomfortable. Better to order online or other location?

We were there the day they opened, I can forgive a lot of mistakes with training, but that chicken was a pathetic size and nothing about the food would bring me back.

We really wanted to like it. It's 2 doors down from Bonchon, we figured it had to be good to compete. We got some teeny tiny wings, that were a bit tough and stringy and not nearly enough sauce. We were there the day they opened, I can forgive a lot of mistakes with training, but that chicken was a pathetic size and nothing about the food would bring me back.

Poor quality control. The bread sticks were cold and dry, the veggies were room temp. Many of the wings were misshapen and broken. We were missing the bread sticks, blue cheeses and veggies for one of our 6-piece wings meal. Not the first time this store has screwed up an order. Buyer beware.

Epic Wings managed to turn what should have been a simple pickup into a joke. I was explicitly told to be there before 9:30 PM to pick up my order. I showed up at 9:20 PM, on time, exactly as instructed. Guess what? My food wasn’t ready until 9:45 PM. So not only did they fail to meet their own deadline, but they also expected me to just stand around and accept it like that’s normal. After waiting well past the time I was told, I refused the food because at that point it was ridiculous and pointless. Then comes the best part: they refused to issue a refund. So let me get this straight — your staff gives me a time, I show up early, you’re late by 25 minutes, and somehow I’m the one that loses money? That’s not customer service, that’s incompetence with a side of arrogance. No apology. No accountability. No effort to make it right. If you value your time or money, go somewhere else. This place clearly doesn’t respect either.

Tried ordering a small order the day of the Super Bowl. Online it said it would take 30 mins. I get there and there are about 50 people standing waiting for their orders, saying they’ve been waiting for hours and even placed their orders several days ago. I waited an hour and a half at the restaurant and they still said they didn’t have my name in the system :( I had to leave and walk out without my order. Hoping I will still get a refund and I really hope they have a better organized system for future holidays and big events!!!!
