Highly recommend hiring them for catering. The ordering process was super easy, and I had 25 Lebanese family members smiling with how great the food was. It’s the real deal! We ordered chicken & beef skewers, kibbee, fatoosh, tabouli, rice, spinach pies, meat pies, and even the utensils. All were excellent! 🇱🇧

Wanted to try an authentic falafel wrap, this restaurant did not disappoint. My bestfriend and I went for lunch, sat outside, and enjoyed a variety of fantastic Lebanese food! Our server was gracious and super sweet, the atmosphere and music made me imagine that I was in Lebanon. I will be back! Thank you very much!!!

Micho’z is one of my favorite places for dinner and lunch in Hillcrest. The staff is always friendly and they know me by name, well at least Bruna does lol. Bruna is incredibly kind and helpful. The owner is almost always there and looking out for the restaurant. My favorite foods are the Kafta kebab wrap with rice or green beans, I love the meat hummus too, the gyro is delectable, tea is yummy and the meat pies are delicious!

We ate lunch at Micho’z for the first time this past Sunday and it was a lovely experience! The food, service, and dog-friendly patio were top notch! The food was delicious and our server was very friendly and attentive. We plan to make this a weekly tradition! 10/10 recommend!

The Chicken Shawarma Wrap with Fries was absolutely fantastic! The bread was perfectly soft, not chewy at all, and the chicken was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. The portion was generous, and the garlic sauce was out of this world—definitely ask for extra to pair with the fries! I've tried shawarma from many places, but this spot has truly raised the bar. I was starving when I arrived, and I’m so glad I stopped here. Thank you for the incredible meal—I'll definitely be back!

Fresh, reasonably priced, great VEGAN OPTIONS! Staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about dietary restrictions, but double checked on ingredients when in not sure. Vegan Appetizer plate is enough for 2 people easily!

Yum. Got a weekday lunch special of a gyro wrap and salad for $12.99 (could do hummus or fries instead of salad). The salad was decent but that gyro wrap... so delicious. Some of the moister, more flavorful gyro meat I've had. I dug the Middle Eastern music they were playing too. Good work Micho'z.

We came by for dinner and had a great experience. We ordered the mezze sampler, tabbouleh, hummus, mixed grill, batata hara, and the beef kafta kabab. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. My favorites were the kafta kabab platter and the mezze sampler. The kibbeh and meat sambousak from the sampler really stood out and were especially good. Service was fast, and the restaurant was nice and quiet, which made it perfect for our table of six. We all enjoyed our meal and would definitely come back again.

It was nice & quiet midweek after lunch, but I am sure this place is in high demand. We had the mix plate w steak, ground beef & chicken & all were delicious. We also tried the garlic dip, chicken soup & fried cauliflower which comes with a nice dipping sauce.

Staff are very hospitable and sweet. Food is great and the prices are reasonable. They do lunch specials and happy hour which are both great deals. They also carry Almaza (Lebanese beer) which was a pleasant surprise because it’s hard to get in the US. Would return

The service was good, and the food was very delicious and authentic. Gluten-free friendly! The hummus was decadent, and the falafels were almost perfect. The fattoush was tasty. The beef shawarma platter was flavorful, but had a lot of rice, and good quantity of beef. The service was quick and the waitresses were helpful. A must try spot for Mediterranean food!

A no-frills, delicious Lebanese restaurant. The fatoush salad was fresh and full of delicious herbs. The baba ganoush was creamy, smoky and pretty perfect. The wraps were very good, but when I go back, I would definitely try more of the sides.

Food is awesome! Reasonably priced. Garlic spread is amazing. We had a chicken Shawarma plate and a chicken wrap and loved both. Would love to give this restaurant five stars but was understaffed. Waitress had been there all day and was all alone.

Michoz is our go to spot for Lebanese food in Hillcrest (and more broadly, San Diego). The chicken shawarma wrap is incredible, the dips are done so well, and the staff is abundantly sweet and kind. You won’t regret grabbing a bite here :)

We stopped for lunch on a Saturday. Seating and service were brisk, efficient and courteous. We had the Falafel wrap with baba ghanouj. The wrap was very good and the baba ghanouj was outstanding. We also had a chicken swarma plate with hummus. Again, the hummus was outstanding but the chicken swarma disappointed as very dry. Other places we have ordered this it came with both a white sauce and a hot sauce, which would have greatly improved the dish here. The restaurant has a funky vibe and outside seating.

I come here for lunch or dinner every so often because I work a few blocks away. Everything is always fresh and delicious! Last Thursday my office held a press event and I suggested catering from Michoz. We chose the number 2 menu option because it had both beef and chicken kabobs. We also got a salad, rice, pita, falafel, hummus and two other sauces! Everything was delivered on time, nice and hot and they were a breeze to work with. I’d give them a 5th star if they had a vegetarian catering menu item that replaced the kabobs with one or two different vegetarian entrees. Other than that, lunch was excellent! We ordered for 12 but there was more than enough to feed more people than that! Highly recommended! .

A comfortable and casual Lebanese restaurant with really good food and service, but not fine dining. We tried the mixed kabob entree which included lamb, chicken and kafta served over rice with pickles and tahini sauce. We also had the chicken shwarma wrap which was loaded with juicey chicken, veggies and served with garlic sauce. Absolutely delicious dinner, thank you.

Lots of Mediterranean dishes to choose from! I had the gyro plate with a fattoush salad on the side. It was delicious and the portions were huge! The wine pairing suggestions weren't great and didn't really pair well with the dishes. The wine itself tasted oxidized. Our only gripe is that the service was slow as there was one server covering 5 tables. The server was super sweet and I know she was trying her best.

I set reasonable expectations for this first time experience. Ordered the lamb kabob w/ baba ghanouj, muhammara. The egg plant and bell pepper dips were acceptable. The lamb was dry. Felt portion size could have been more generous.

I ordered the Kafta Kabob Salad to go for lunch today. The kabobs itself was good, but the salad had way too much lemon juice and sumac on it that it made it extremely salty. Perhaps each bite is intended to be eaten with salad and the kabob, but I wouldn’t recommend the salad. I ate the kabob but only a third of the greens and threw out the rest. For $20 with tip, maybe order the plate that includes rice, but pass on the salad.

Dry tough beef Chicken was good, not great. Falafel was well below average. Grape leaves were underwhelming. Wouldn’t order again. Desserts looked good, should have tried those.

I am gonna be brutally honest. It seems that they are trying their best but they don’t have the skills. Food was tasteless and dry. 8 pieces of unseasoned and chewy meat + basic white rice + thin slices of plain tomatoes, basic pickles and unseasoned fries was $29.99

Food: I ordered the chicken tawouk sandwich and it tasted really bad. Not sure if it was the chicken or the garlic sauce that tasted really off. And it said that it came in Saj bread but it was some sort of flat bread but definitely not saj. Service: the waitress seemed really mad or pissed off from the moment we walked in. So it made the whole experience uncomfortable. Atmosphere: good music and nice outdoor seating.

I got food poisoning after eating here. Ordered the lamb kebab wrap. I was starving when I ate it but it was far from the best lamb kebab I’ve had. About 2am my stomach was in knots, sweating and throwing up. Horrible experience and I will not go back.
