Fiore Caffè San Francisco Reviews
Such a lovely place. Everything we ordered was good , including the wine and the coffee. The service was fantastic and overall we had a great time. Highly recommended.
This is a beautiful local business with a nice calm atmosphere that's a nice contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. Fiore serves fantastic authentic Italian dishes made in house and several wines from Italy. The tiramisu was especially good--highly recommend!
if you want homemade italian food, look no further than fiore caffe. everything is amazing and the owner was so nice!
Such a wonderful Italian restaurant. Very authentic, family run, excellent vibes. The food was delicious and the pasta options were interesting. We got the orecchiette, ravioli, some penne and all were great, as were the sauces. Steak and ahi were great additions. And the cannoli was the best I’ve had out of 6 places in SF, beating all of the Italian bakeries in north beach and mission. The filling was just the right sweetness with a hint of orange and the shell was fresh and crisp. Tiramisu was a strong contender too. Highly recommended!
Just celebrated my friends 60th. We had delicious food and the atmosphere felt like a local a Napolitano restaurant. The vongole was a hit and the was simply delicious. Great wine selection. The owner Eduardo was lovely and engaging
This restaurant is truly a hidden gem that deserves more recognition! One of the few places in the city where you’ll get to meet the owner, Eduardo, who not only cooks but also personally serves the tables, creating a unique and welcoming experience. The quality of the Italian food is very high, with special mentions for the involtini al radicchio and the saffron ravioli—both are a must-try! Be sure to look out for the specials of the day, as they never disappoint. The warm, intimate atmosphere makes it perfect for a cozy date night, a fun evening out with friends, or even a larger group gathering. Highly recommended!
Amazing service and very delicious food!
Friendly service. Unassuming, good food, and decent wine. I hope the parklet sticks around. It's cold now but as I understand it, the weather changes over the course of the year.
Hidden gem on Guerrero. Authentic Italian restaurant with friendliest staff and reasonably price. The owner is from Italy and is very personable. Everything on the menu tastes so rich, fresh and homemade. This is my usual orders for two people: Mozzarela In Carrozza Tagliata Di Manzo Pappardelle Al Salmone Tris Di Funghi Tiramisu
Fiore cafe has a natural born elegance; the wide windows eliminate the border between the street and the restaraunt; they welcome the neighborhood to be part of its airy and spacious ambience; the dining tables are made of shiny acacia wood with live edge ; chairs are shaker style with fabric seating; waitress was new and convivial with an interest in international affairs and foreign policy. Will come back for dinner instead of just coffee and make a note on soundtrack; later we embarked on personalized tour of the Mission whose colors are lovely and iridescent.
LOVE the ambiance and atmosphere (looks to have been recently remodeled but still retains its family run restaurant charm), and the food is delicious and reasonably priced for the area. I had the zucchini cream soup and Straus yogurt with fruit and granola. Boyfriend had the tuna melt sandwich which he said brought him back to his summer family vacations. Service was wonderful, you can tell the owners are friendly with the locals who frequent the restaurant. Will be returning!

Very beautiful spot. With great food and lovely people. They have good vegetarian options and can also customise to individual preferences. Must visit for authentic Italian.

Authentic, charming, and a few more A+ grades for the interior design / lighting. And the food! How you say.... DELICIOUS. Lucky to have this neighborhood fixture—and if you've walked by and wondered... go for it. You'll have a new go-to spot.
When I walked into this restaurant and saw the framed Maradona jersey and heard Pino Daniele music playing, I knew instantly we were going to be treated with good Italian food and proper Neapolitan hospitality. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was nice, and Eduardo (our server) was very kind as well. We will be returning again soon!
This is the quintessential local authentic Italian spot! The food is amazing— favorites include the arugula and fennel salad, spaghetti with clams, eggplant side dish with balsamic and the incredible homemade tiramisu! But you can’t go wrong with anything. Try the pecorini wine or the mushrooms. This small spot is cozy and welcoming and the owner is the best. I am only in the city every few months but this spot makes it into my rotation each visit!
I would highly recommend Fiore Caffe for private events. The restaurant was suggested as a venue by a friend who lives in the neighborhood who eats there regularly and raved about the food and setting. We held a private party at the restaurant in November and had the whole restaurant for our group on a Sunday evening when the restaurant was closed. Eduardo was very helpful in choosing a menu and was responsive while making all the arrangements prior to the event. Our guests enjoyed a wonderful meal with appetizers, salads, sides, choice of main dish and selection of desserts. Food was abundant and flavorful and the price for the event with tax and gratuity was extremely reasonable. I had been looking at pricey and unaccommodating restaurants in SF and the East Bay so was thrilled to book this unique opportunity for a classy and intimate venue, helpful staff, and delicious food. I strongly recommend Fiore Caffe for anyone looking to host a special and memorable gathering.
The food was really good! We hadn’t had handmade pasta this good in years. We weren’t expecting such authentic flavors, so it was a great surprise to find this restaurant in the area. We will definitely come back.
Fiore is our favorite restaurant in San Francisco. The food and service are great, and the prices reasonable. On week-days, you can usually get in without a reservation, and the noise level is pleasant. Week-ends are busier, and we always reserve for those days. The menu has Italian dishes you rarely see at other restaurants, but plenty of old favorites. We are not big eaters and some other restaurants have treated us like they wish we weren’t taking up a table. This never happens at Fiore. We have never had anything but good experiences here, and we’ve been customers since they opened. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
Very good restaurant, with cozy vibes. The owner Edward is very nice and friendly. I had the ravioli alla burrata and it was one of the best dishes I’ve had in my life. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone visiting San Francisco

Eduardo is the best host to the best neighborhood Italian Food. I will be a reoccurring customer for sure!! The arugula salad is always great! Lisa Rose

Food is good but don’t be fooled by “European Cafe” into thinking you can go there to work with some food and some wine. Was excited to relax and finish work there while I had to wait to go home but - despite being one of two customers - I wasn’t welcome if I had a laptop. Just know before you go and before you order (as I did not). I’m sure the food will be good when I re-heat it later at home (where my laptop is allowed). Shame that can’t be a neighborhood hang.

I really wanted to like this place because I pass by it so often. Their branding versus the experience didn’t match though, especially vibe wise. The staff had a noticeable energy to them like the atmosphere felt a bit tense. The food was also a bit disappointing especially given the prices. I ordered Penne Melanzane, looked very good but the actual flavors were flat and to be honest not that appetizing. Nothing tasted that memorable and it didn’t feel like too much care was put into the plate
