Good caramel iced latte, not very sweet, but great coffee flavor. Also got a chocolate donut. Burrito pictured is from Starbirds a short walk down the terminal.

Luv this when you have a early flight they did a great job. I always get the egg sausage cheese breakfast sandwich with a double Expresso with a splash of cream and it's fantastic. My wife gets the blueberry muffin with a orange juice and she like perfect for a little something before you hit the airways.
Great coffee!! Loved it
Good coffee and service, very nice seating area, I would come back next time I’m in this terminal.
Very happy to have found these guys. The only dedicated coffee place in SFO airport as far as I know (I walked over from terminal A to here to find a proper coffee place). I needed a proper cappuccino (8oz), and the baristas here made it perfectly. I'm about to go there for another but thought to leave this review first.
New, modern coffee shop in Terminal 1. It has a large, open air format, with lots of seating. Illy is an Italian brand of coffee. The menu features hot coffee, cold brew, espresso drinks, and iced drinks. There are also sandwiches, pastries, bottled drinks, coffee beans, coffee pods, and merchandise for purchase. The staff is friendly and work quick. I’d highly recommend Illy!
The almond rose latte is amazing! Also really enjoyed the Egg-White Avocado Panini, super tasty and fresh. Definitely will come back!!

I’m always grateful if I can get a great almond latte at any airport! The Illy Cafe at the recently opened Harvey Milk Terminal at the San Francisco International Airport. The also had great looking desserts and sandwiches. The prices , as far as I could tell, were no more expensive than what it costs to get coffee at any cafe in San Francisco. Here’s my tip, if you are waiting for your flight, you might not see the Illy Cafe unless you walk past the B7 & B8 Gates! It’s worth stretching your legs before your flight and checking out Illy’s menu before settling for something that you might regret purchasing.
Was passing through the airport and stopped to get tea and a panini. Mina was great making drinks and Adrie was awesome with food and at the register. Both ladies were super nice and their customer service was excellent. I travel a lot and they really stood out. Will definitely stop by again when I get the chance!
Snacks were jimmy and great coffee. Super cute small round apple juice bottle. Great happy staff.

Got myself a cup of coffee and an Italian deluxe sandwich during my travel from SFO Terminal B. It was bit overpriced but the food was pretty standard. Nothing fancy or extraordinary.
I wanted to give 3 stars but still gave 4 stars are below are my reasons: We tried the Lavender Mint latte which we did not like at first, but after a few sips we did like it. Something new keeps you fresh. The regular black coffee could be too strong for some, but I loved the taste. My only concern was cleanliness of the rack and items in it that’s behind the counter. The items in the shelves have layers of dust on it seems pictures. It is on B terminal and was in our way to get 26.
Easy coffee and breakfast after going through SFO security and on to your terminal/gate area. Join the line and order your breakfast sandwiches, hot or cold. Coffee is delicious too. Ice Latte Breakfast Avocado Egg sandwich

Average coffee and service. Airport prices. Nice seating area.
This is a pretty good option for breakfast if you're in SFO. Their donuts and the rest of their food are delicious. The service was very slow, though, and honestly had me questioning if I would make my flight. Also, if you're looking for drinks other than coffee, such as refreshers and frappes, this is not the place to go.
Coffee was surprisingly really delightful, one of the better iced americanos i’ve had in some time. not the best place to sit and eat but great for take away coffee
Yummy chai latte and hot tea, nice and quick service. Expensive.
Excellent coffee and decent pastries + sandwiches. Customer service is hit or miss depending on staffing. Today they closed in the middle of their business hours with no explanation and customers in line. Good seating available nearby.
I had theee scopes of ice cream at the caffe! Delicious!😋
Illy is a small coffee shop that has a few pastries and bagels, and some sandwiches as well. I’ve never tried the sandwiches. The bagels are decent, and usually the wine moves pretty fast. It’s nothing fancy, and they don’t have anything extraordinary, but if you’re looking forsomething quick to grab before a flight, this works!
Ugh I don't know why I always forget that I do not like the Vanilla Clove Latte here, it has a longering aftertaste that will give you slightly bad breath. Temperature of the drink was good. The cashier was super efficient at moving the line and using both registers. The drinks were also made quickly.
At Terminal 1 of San Francisco Airport (SFO), there are only two decent coffee shops: illy and Ritual Coffee. Today, my choice is illy coffee, simply because it’s closer! The airport is quiet, and the workers are chatting and laughing freely, creating a relaxed atmosphere on this Tuesday afternoon. My order today is a latte! While it wasn’t bad, I wish the milk foam had been a bit richer and creamier! Haha.
Average all the way around Compared to other Illy Caffes this one usually is a bit overpriced and the line is long. But that is expected being an airport location, however, the quality is nothing the write home about. The cappuccino was very frothy, but the taste was nice after some doctoring. My sandwich bread was rock hard, but its contents were decent in a hurry. All in all, it meets every expectation you'd find in any airport foodery

~9$ for a bagel they don't butter for you is demonic. Nice staff and good seating with outlets nearby, though.
Over $8 for a latte. In Spain the same costs $2.50. Croisson5ts are over $5. Are they made of gold?
Not the taste of Illy in Asia or Europe? Using cheaper beans and/or the pressure is too hot? My cappuccino was way too hot with almost zero foam. The food was rather prosaic and in clear shells too bulking for travelers. Only high stools to sit on; no cafe comfort. Very American, from an American. Disappointed.
Cafe latte was not bad. A little too blonde for my taste. I love illy, especially when I go overseas. Wish they’d sell the beans in store!

Sorry guys. Coffee flavor is subpar. Got a white chocolate latte and it tastes like watered down house coffee. My partners iced latte tastes burnt. Super bummed. That was spendy for stuff we don’t enjoy.
Average espresso. I know you pay a premium at the airport but $6.25 for a "double" that barely passes for a single is ridiculous. Fast service.

Espresso is below average, considering that the place is specialized in a coffee preparation. Also, they don't serve espresso in a glass - paper only.
Worst croissant I had I. years for $7 and the large coffee was $6 and not even 16 oz...
While the coffee is good, they don’t have an ingredients list for their food and do not cater to folks with allergies, or so I was directly told by the staff. Pretty disappointed.
Iced latte was bad. It took one second to come out. I bet they made it ahead of time and didn't bother to make fresh espresso for my order.
Ok to be overpriced, after all it's in the airport. However, this was probably the worse bagel I ever had. Very hard and way too chewy.
Gave me the wrong muffin. Should have been suspicious when another woman returned her breakfast because of a mistake. Best to double check.
Illy prohibits you from using your own mug. So they are apparently pro-trash and anti-environmental. It’s incomprehensible given that pretty much all other companies are happy for you to use your own mug. Would not go again for this reason.
Bagel with cream cheese: $5 The bagel was carelessly tossed into the toaster whole. Didn't even bother separating the two halves. Paired with the subpar quality of said bagel I got my morning workout in trying to chew the thing. I'll probably still be chewing it when I land in Chicago. Two stars so people don't dismiss the review. Go someplace else. Overpriced considering I could've gotten a better bagel in a dumpster behind a bagel shop. If you're just getting coffee the coldbrew is decent. Employees are friendly though.
If you like water with a drop of coffee in it then this is a great place for you
$6 for a cup of coffee that wasn't even good is so disappointing! I understand the airport prices are high, but the coffee was horrible.
I had a disappointing experience. When I ordered, they asked if I wanted a warm croissant, and I said yes. However, I received a cold one. To make it worse, they prioritized the order of the woman behind me, who ordered the same coffee as I did. The overall waiting time was already long, and when I pointed out the issue, there was no apology or offer to heat the croissant. The croissant itself was too dry, which just added to the bad experience. Not the level of service I expected.
Coffee blistering hot, bagel barely warm. Could not drink coffee for quite a while because it was so hot. Coffee taste not up to normal Illy standards. Yes, it’s at the airport, but really that shouldn’t make a difference. Baristas just don’t pay close attention.
I like Illy coffee, however this location uses cups & lids that don't make a tight connection and therefore the coffee drips from the lid. I tossed it in the garbage because it was dripping so much. Very disappointed - please upgrade the cups with tight fitting lids.
$8.95 for a bagel with cream cheese is actually insane. For $8.95 I would expect the cream cheese to be on the bagel and I had to put it on myself. Everywhere else bagels at the airport are $5 and this one didn’t even taste nearly as good. Coffee also tastes burned. The people working here are pleasant but not good food. Go to Dunkin for the same exact bagel.
This is not a real illy caffe! The coffee was so weak. The caprese sandwich was bland and so soggy it was literally dripping. I was looking forward to having a cup of illy. Haven’t had one since the cafe in San Francisco closed down. Was disappointed ☹️
Why is there mandatory mayonnaise on a breakfast sandwich 🥲 sausage and egg were also very mid. Matcha latte was decent but not very warm.
This is what you will get for a large latte which is actually a small size. They charge you for large but you will small latte size. Another way of stealing money from the people wallet. NEVER GOING BACK STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Have never left a google review until this just because the coffee was so bad. Ordered an iced latte and got this. Tastes like a watery cold brew. When I asked if there had been a mistake they told me this is a latte.
$9.95 for a hard bagel and 1 little cup of cream cheese you have to put on yourself. It didn’t even cover 1/2 the bagel. I get it’s the airport but wow this is bad.

Pay $10 for a bagel so you can spread the small cream cheese packet yourself
Bought a large hot matcha and it’s not even half of the cup. What a rip off! Poor service too!
Got my entire order wrong. Luckily I got the coffee fixed because I could see it right there and then but found out the food was 100% wrong, and couldn't fix it due to how far away illy was from my gate and the line was super long. I would avoid
Forced me to use plastic cup even though I had my own clean container available.
This place is a disaster. Always a mess. It wouldn’t take much for the employees to take a moment to circulate and clean up. Coffee is good.
The coffee is fine but the food smelled stale.
All I can say is yikes, go somewhere else in the airport for your coffee. They wouldn't let me get a different bagel than the one preselected with my bagel & lox. Also didnt understand there was a difference between iced coffee and cold brew... oh and they double charged me :D
$1.20 up-charge for non dairy milk in my latte? lol
$20 Worst beverage ever. Lukewarm, microwaved croissant. Avoid.
Order the donut, it was the dryest donut I've ever had in my life. I wonder if it was even a few days old.
Got a donut. It was SO stale
Do you guys hate milk? Its just plain water for everything. Why are you even selling coffee?
Don’t go here if you can’t have food allergies. They have a very limited selection of non dairy options! Starbucks is much better!!!
I have spent way too much time in airports in my lifetime and today I have had the worst airport food ever. Tasteless and stupidity expensive. Absolutely horrible.
Was excited to see an Illy cafe. Wanted a coffee but they aren’t open all day. The hours of operation do not match what is stated on the site for the airport location.
Pretty lousy coffee and not sure why. I live in Italy and often drink Illy, but this isn't Illy. Very disappointing.
Always check on your order here. These guys don't care about your schedule.
Sandwich was frozen, literally ice, not thawed. Staff and service was slow.
Everything on the wall has so much dust. It is quite disgusting. Overpriced like everything in SF.
Well, I know I will never to order a decaf Americano from Illys cafe ,,, it was watered down so much it taste like warm water,,, that's the other thing, it's not Hot! Wish I could find a good cup of coffee in terminal 1 !!
Was here for opening at 430am, you'd think people would be nicer but nope! I don't mind the attitude as long as the coffee is made correctly. Despite the attitute, i left a tip. I highly recommend NOT leaving a tip at payment. I paid 12.oo for a hot large lavender latte that tastes like a hotdog. How is this even possible at an Illy? What did they make me? It was absolutely disgusting. I'd of asked for a refund but I would rather lose 12.oo then have to deal with the unpleasantness when I ordered my "hotdog " coffee. I hope you all have a better day!
Lazy baristas won’t put honey in an iced latte. It’s low skill. Nonmiscible substances won’t dissolve in cold liquids. Edit: the drink is awful. Illy, if you read this, get your name off this dumpster fire.
Bought a large hot tea there. Finished and asked for more hot water. Was told they don’t offer “free refills” of hot water!!! Water??? Really??? First time this has ever happened to me. They said I needed to buy another hot tea for $4.45 I went to a cafe further down the terminal and paid 50 cents for a large cup of hot water in their cups and poured that water into my Illy cup with two tea bags in it.
Terrible place. Even when you’re spending $25 for two coffees and a croissant, I asked the lady for an additional small cup and her answer was “We charge for additional cups”. Management…. What a poor way to run a business.
One of the worst cups of coffee/espresso I've ever had. Truly, truly awful. And almost 9 dollars
I suffered for 2 days with violent food poisoning from their egg white and avacodo panini breakfast sandwich this week. Ruined my business trip. I wouldn't risk eating there again.
Ordered 2 latte and muffins and croissant. Got latte but had to fight to get croissant and got told muffin sold out. After all shop was empty as but no drive to serve by them.also running out of basic stock. Sad
Terrible service. Ordered a sandwich and then after paying was told they were out. Changed it to another sandwich and was standing in front waiting for it. I took a 2 min phone call while standing in front waiting. After 10 min they tell: "Oh we asked for you, but you were on the phone (so they saw me standing there) and we put the sandwich on the counter and someone else must have taken it. At this point my plane is starting to board so I leave without a sandwich I paid for.
We decided to stop in to purchase coffees to take onboard for our flight. It was our very 1st time to Illy Caffe. We were not familiar with their drinks on the menu and asked what the Caffe Macchiato Caldo was and how it was prepared. The East Indian man bluntly responded whatever he said. As soon as he opened his mouth and the rude attitude and abrupt tone of his voice, I tuned him out. Needless to say, we left without spending a penny at this place. It was a waste of our time and energy to even have dealt with such an unprofessional individual.
Rude service and mediocre coffee. The bagel was nearly $10 and tasteless. They even threw it at me when I approached the counter. Go to Proper Foods next door instead.
Ordered a small Flat White coffee - paid almost $7!!!! Asked for hot water while picking up and barista told me to go back to security check to get hot water. I did walk back slurping a Luke warm coffee! And there are no hot water dispensers . Boop on Illy ! Poor service and terrible coffee. Avoid this fancy scam place !
got an iced ‘white chocolate mocha’ and shots were burnt, drink had a nasty aftertaste- tasted almost like a burnt drip coffee with thoughts of cream and sugar. I watched and they do not clean the portafilter after grinding more beans into it hence why they all taste burnt. I returned for a not much better caramel macchiato.
Everyone that works here looks miserable. We were waiting for our departure and so we walked over to Illy. As soon as we walked up the cashier looked at us and just walked away. No greeting. No acknowledgment. There was one other guy behind the counter and he didn’t even bother to look up. Guess we saved ourselves money. Skip this place.
The worst Illy Coffee of all Illy shop. I stood at the counter and watched the workers made espresso. The workers made at least 30 times of espresso and never cleaned the puck once. So there were leftovers wet coffee from many previous extracts. And the man who took the order and made the espresso looked very dirty. His face and hair looked like he just came out of his bed. The manager of this shop is not doing his job right.
Genuinely the worst coffee place with even worse service. The coffee tastes extraordinarily bad (especially the Vanilla Clove), whoever is the barista needs to be replaced asap. The cashier is also very slow and forgets the orders
