One of the best Korean spots in the city for a quick meal! If you’re looking for a late night place to eat… this is your spot. Service was friendly and nice, you can see them cooking your meal in the kitchen. Very little seating but this place is meant for a quick go! The tacos were delicious and juicy… I still think about them right now. 10/10 will come again.

I am new to the neighborhood and this place has made me feel very welcome!! This noodle dish with beef and kimchi is absolutely amazing. I appreciate the timely and kind service I received and I will definitely be back to try different dishes. The menu looks amazing. Keep it up you guys!!

Really delicious food! I recommend the fried chicken tacos, but the beef bulgogi taco was delicious too!!

Fried chicken is pretty good, the brussel sprouts is surprisingly delicious, even better then the one in restaurants

We had the #1 KFC combo with Kimchi Balls. The Soy Garlic is hella juicy and flavorful. The Fiery flavor is HOT! Like no joke HOT but really good. The Kimchi Balls are super tasty - risotto fried balls with cheeses and cream. Happy hour is 3-6 pm and today was 50% off beer. Good spot and definitely will come back for other dishes.

Food was great! We got the 6 pc in plain and fiery, Brussel sprouts and coleslaw. Only note is that if you get the fiery one the sauce is a bit thicker and the crispiness goes down because of it so eat it first for sure :) sauce had great flavor tho

Best Korean fried chicken in the city! We’ve gone to several other Korean restaurants in the area but this place has the best flavor, huge portions and price! It’s a small spot but they’re right around the corner from us, always quick, friendly and have K-POP music/videos playing. It’s a casual quick bite setting with a smaller menu than most restaurants but that’s fine cause they’re GOOD. We always bring our friends here when we’re craving chicken. Highly recommend!

You get a lot for you money here and the quality is great. My favorite item on the menu is the kimchi rice balls. They're perfectly fried and have a great flavor. They have menu items I havent seen anywhere else. I have only ordered delivery from here but I would really like to eat in to get the best experience.

I really like this restaurant, the atmosphere is nice, wait staff great, the food is great too, I have one nitpick, sometimes I find the food a little too saucy. I love the sauce but it might be overdone on some items, such as the corn (which is great) (but almost drenched in sauce). My advice, pull back by a little bit, save sauce and makes it better :). Thats a good problem imo tho. :)

I was looking for something lighter on the menu. I got the plain miso noodles, and I’m so glad I did! Surprisingly tasty and flavorful for being “plain.” Would definitely have it again.

This is the best spot in the city. The tacos? Kimchee balls are nuts. Anything less than five stars in BA

This Korean fried chicken is a flavor explosion. The skin is crispy and golden, with a marinade that perfectly balances sweetness and spiciness. Each bite is juicy and full of flavor, making it an ideal pairing with a cold beer. A must-try for chicken lovers!

I'm not an expert on Korean food by any means. But I had tacos from here the other day that were absolutely delicious. Very filling too. I was pretty much full after 3. It was delivery so I can't speak to the atmosphere but yeah, delicious.

Food was great. Pork tacos - good flavors, a little sweet Bulgogi taco - really nice mixture of Korean flavors in a taco Chicken sandwich (fire) - for me it was ok 3/5. I feel like the coleslaw mixture needed a little more flavor. And the breading needed a little more flavor. Chicken texture was nice. Bread was nice and soft. Chicken tenders - great selection for my kids. They were crispy and very flavorful.

This is a great spot for some quick Korean food. It is located in the tenderloin district. If you’re staying in a hotel, it’s likely you’ll be in this general area. Most of the hotels seem to be located here. I lived in San Francisco for years. I moved away last year. But, this is a good little quaint spot to check out.

Late night Korean fried chicken cravings? You've come to the right place! They deliver on Doordash too, which is even better. I ordered the Boneless Soy Garlic Fried Chicken, which was okay. The 6-piece was quite expensive and honestly, the chicken was a little dry. I did enjoy the sauce though! Maybe I'll try the wings next time. For sides, I also tried the Disco Theok-bokki Skewers and their Plain Risotto. These are DEFINITELY unique options for a KFC spot. The skewers were a new take on the "sotteok sotteok", but instead of sausage, they use fishcake! Pretty tasty and VERY saucy. The risotto really surprised me! Though it wasn't super traditional, it sure was delicious.

I’m on a mission to find the best Korean fried chicken in San Francisco to take to an upcoming Friendsgiving, and this place popped up as one of the best options in the City. I scheduled a delivery order for 6 pieces of boneless soy garlic chicken, and I gotta say that while it took a while for the food to arrive just after the weekday rush, it maintained it’s form and flavour pretty well. Having lived in LA and OC for a few years and consumed some of the best KFC outside of Korea, my standards are quite high. Kokio’s chicken tastes more Korean-Californian fusion than authentic Korean, but that’s not a bad thing in my opinion. It seems way less greasy than traditional Korean fried chicken with significantly more meat and less fat/sinew than I typically have gotten at other places. As a result, the meat is somewhat drier, which I actually prefer, as I’m not a fan of heavy grease and visible fat. The chicken also doesn’t taste nearly as salty as other places for the win. This isn’t the best KFC I’ve had, but it by far feels like the “healthiest” compared to others and is decently good value since it’s all meat with nothing going to waste. Regardless if this chicken makes it onto the Friendsgiving table, I would personally order from here again when I want some tasty KFC that doesn’t leave me feeling heavy afterwards.

The chicken taco was amazing, I'd give it 10 stars. The beef bulgogi one was ok, but the chicken taco was the star. My son had the chicken sandwich and said it was good but not amazing.

순살 정말 실망합니다ㅠ. Low key disappointed that the boneless is just big chunks of chicken breast and not de-boned. This is first time seeing this since having lived in Korea for 5 years. Also, the picture I have is half-half soy garlic and the fried+mustard sauce but they both look nearly identical. There was barely any sauce. It was overall OK fried chicken but did not hit the spot at all from what is back in Korea. I'm mostly in disbelief at the lightly battered chicken breasts for what I paid. If I ever order again, I'd suggest to get bone in only and not mixed or boneless.

Served cold. Asked Jay to reheat it but he returned our order after 15 min while the food is just warm. I’m xtremely unhappy with the service and the attitude of the staff.

Ordered from Uber Eats only to receive ice cold soggy tacos. I paid extra to have these ordered directly to me and I'm only a few blocks away. They arrived completely cold and soggy.
