Mission Blue is the name of an endangered species butterfly native to San Francisco. My friend told this because he needed environmental permits in order to do construction near the San Bruno Mountains. Regardless, nice neighborhood gift/coffee shop. My iced coffee was ready before I finished paying the cashier. It did take a few minutes for the two hot coffees though. The young beautiful ladies that work here are pros. While waiting, I picked up a tote bag. You can never have enough of those in the trunk for groceries. Great job everyone at Mission Blue.

wonderful little coffee shop with great coffee, pastries, and local art! the baristas were lovely and the vanilla latte was absolutely delicious. as a self-proclaimed european pastry snob, I’d give the almond croissant an 8/10 and the latte an 11.3/10. such a gem in this neighborhood, definitely worth a visit!

This place lives up to its name by having a wonderful mission - supporting local artists and community activities - and has an incredible lavender latte. You can shop for prints, stickers, enamel pins, accessories, and more, all designed by locals. The vibes are so good, it's definitely my new favorite coffee shop. I'll be back here soon.

A little neighborhood gem! This coffee shop serves up great coffee with friendly service. This is exactly the type of business that makes the Crosstown Trail so fun. The minute you walk into Mission Blue, you can feel a sense of community. The staff knew almost everyone in line. And for the people they didn't know, they would try to get to know you, which I found warm and welcoming.

I wanted to come to this place for a long time and I finally had the opportunity. The place is very nice filled with random things to buy. I love that most of the thing are local so this is a local business supporting other local small/business. The menu is is great and you can find different options for drinks and pastries. I had an iced lavender latte and it was delicious I also had a pastry but forgot the name of it. Everything was great from the service to the price and quality , I 100% recommend people to come here. For sure I will!!!!

What a charming place! The moment I entered the shop, and was greeted by the owner, I already liked this place. It is warm, it is fun, and most importantly, it has a golden heart. Besides serving excellent coffee (thanks to Saint Frank beans and barista George) and a decent variety of pastries, Mission Blue is also a place where the community gathers and thrives. The owner Kellie exudes kindness and authenticity, always greeting customers with a genuine smile, and knows her regulars not just their drinks but them as people. She did a fantastic job using this shop to serve the community by sharing local events and info, as well as to support local artists by showcasing their works and selling their crafts in the store. The curation is fantastic, the vibe is heartwarming. I wholeheartedly enjoyed my visit, the coffee, the croissant, and just couldn't leave with my hands empty. I scored a print for myself and a candle for a friend. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing lavender latte. Great coffee itself, not bitter and had great robustness but delicate at the same time. The lavender was not too strong either nor was it too sweet. My perfect type of treat coffee. The owners and service was so kind and genuine. They really made the experience lovely. Art and interior also peaked my interest with all the local works.

Such a cozy and lovely coffee shop. My lavender late was delicious! Didn’t expect to see local artists work for sale. There’s only outdoor sitting.

I met the owner about 6 months ago at a community meeting. I live in the portola and and today my husband and I stopped in. The staff were so friendly! Loved the goods for sale by local artists. I bought a streetcar graphic by thirst and thrive. The latte was delicious! The SFFD showed up and they were lovely to talk with and they said it's their favorite cafe. They have a cute little park next door to enjoy your coffee and pastry. They had a dog costume parade today. It's my new place to grab a coffee.

What a unique treasure chest full of trinkets and art. The people working here are always lovely, and I love that they promote local artists! If you are looking for beautiful artwork to collect, or send to a love one...this is your spot. They also sell coffee and teas. in addition to a selected amount of baked goods.

Stumbled upon this place when I was in the area. The lady/owner was super nice and the place is very cute. Ice vanilla latte was yummy and the banana bread was moist and delicious!

This is such an adorable butterfly themed coffee shop I've visited several times. You can buy various pastries, coffee, teas, and other beverages, in addition to an array of whimsical little trinkets they have around the store. You can sit indoors and enjoy or outside where they have a few tables to chit-chat in the sun with a friend.

The coffee is decent and the person running it also has a cute store featuring local creators. He is also very friendly and honest about how they make different coffee. I liked the vibe.

Poison Coffee. Endes up sitting on the toilet (aka can) for the rest of the day. I asked for soy as I am lactose intolerant. Not sure if they did not put soy or the coffee is just straight up bad! Never will go back to this place! Poison coffee!
