NooBowl San Francisco Reviews
Tried the Dan Dan noodles since this was their signature dish. Portion was decent size. Pork, cabbage and spices were pretty good. You have to mix everything well in order to get everything nicely coated in the sauce 👍. Overall, the food was very tasty and would definitely come back again to eat this dish and try some of the other items on the menu.
It is now opened! I discovered this place after shopping at JNBY upstairs. This is soooo good! I tried the braised pork over rice, and it is definitely authentic Asian food 😭👍🏻 highly recommend to anyone who’s shopping in Westfield. (I have been waiting for this one to open for months😭) Located on the concourse level towards Bloomingdale’s of the mall.
Found this noodle spot while wandering the food court at the mall. For a fast food concept, I was really pleased! I ordered the Biang Biang noodles and it had great flavor, noodles had a slight chewy bite texture (which is what you want for biang biang noodles), noodle bowl portions were generous, and the price was totally reasonable. I ordered Spicy and it wasn’t too intense but helped warm me up and clear my sinuses. When you order non-soupy Chinese noodles, remember to really mix up the noodles to get the sauce perfectly coated. 😋 It was a great hearty meal at the mall and reminded me of street food in China! All in all, I’d totally order from Noobowl again!
Kind of a surprise. Had low expectations because this place was at a food court. Order via their kiosk on the left side, get a text when your food is ready and you just pick up the food on the right. Tip : Download the Snack App to get $5 off this place Dan Dan Noodles was very good Passion Fruit & Orange Green Tea was very good too! Of course, it's San Francisco so I had at least 2 people approach me begging for money and didn't see the tables being wiped once so bring your wipes.
A decent bowl of noodles, generously portioned! It's a bit hard to tell from my aerial-view photo, but the bowl is actually quite sizable- with possibly 5" of diameter. Sick with sniffles, I decided to go with their soupy spicy beef noodles (#6), which I found very flavorful although not super soupy. That said, it possesses a good dose of "ma-la" (tingly-numb-spicyness) which really builds in your mouth with each successive bite. I was sweating a little by the end of my meal, but full and very satisfied with the tenderness of the meat and the flavor throughout the bowl. I'll be back to try their dry noodles, particularly #'s 1 & 4!

Out of all the noodle places I've been to, in this center and in general, this is one of my favorite places. My favorite order is the Noobowl noodles, but almost everything I've tried is amazing. I came all the way to San Francisco after their other location closed. This place is good when you want a meal that is both fast and delicious!
Overall I would give this place a 4.25/5 but I feel like it’s underrated so I rounded up. The food was good and reasonably spiced. I ordered extra chicken and actually got extra chicken. I did order spicy and it wasn’t really spicy. Food came out pretty fast when it wasn’t very busy
Had the spicy beef noodle soup (a favorite dish of mine!). Surprisingly good, tasted like the ones I would get at food courts in China. Not an abundance of meat, but didn’t expect otherwise for a food court. The meat was not pieces with lots of tendon/fat like 牛肉面 normally has, which I was quite happy with.

Honestly, as an Asian, this food is pretty good for a food court. A bit too salty but the flavor is decent. Price is decent for SF.

The noodles bowl are huge! and packaged so well. but the taste too similar of each other, not much differ. Ume Tea is big surprise can order in the same store, so I can enjoy drinks and food together.
They need to work on their flavors a bit......also the tofu in the noodles was cold.... Managed to salvage ourselves with the Boba tea.

I ordered the spicy beef noodles, and all looked good until i tried to eat the noodles. The noodles looked like they had been in the fridge for days, they wereall stuck together, and not even after i poured the hot broth, all the noodles were still stuck in a ball. Also, you have the option to pay for no ice on your drinks, which i did, and they still put ice in it, and after i brought it up, they just gave me a excuse.

I always like to get the spicy beef noddles. I specifically get the rice noddles. Occasionally they get my order wrong. Sometimes I ask for no meat aka beef and they give me beef or they give me the wrong type of noddle. But overall the food is good here. A good amount of food. Not good for your kidneys.

The experience is very bad, I ordered a nodle without spicy and it gave me spicy, I claimed and they exchanged me for burnt chicken with burnt pieces of burnt pot. Horrible, I had to throw away the plate.
Location: Westfield mall food court in SF downtown Ordered Thai tea with less ice added boba. Paid. Wait on side where the table are at. I see lady made it. I told her I requested less ice. She said that’s less ice. Then she proceed to put the cup into the automatic lid sealer to seal it. After that she brought it out. The machine didn’t do a good job. The Thai tea spill over the counter. I ask her to replace it. She proceed to use her dirty hands to pull the partial seal lid off without success. After a while she went n get the scissor n cut open pour it into another cup. What’s disgusting about it is that she was handling other stuff. Her hands are dirty. Fully disgusted.
ordered a $13 bowl w less rice more meat and they ended up giving me 5 inches of rices and 2 pieces of meat. if you want to get fat just come here they feed you extea carb. scammmm
So disappointed with quality of food….they don’t even try. It’s bland and the meat isn’t tasty. They serve so much noodles but only 2 pieces of meat.
Employees touching food without gloves on. No chopsticks/forks for my noodles, I have to use spoons for my noodles.

Today 12/29 1pm I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed my order, they called my number when was ready, I took it and a couple of minutes later the employee called me and asked about my order, and I said yes you gave it to me. But it was the wrong order. It was my first time and I didn’t know how the noodles bow looked like so I assumed it was right. She was extremely rude as it was my fault. Never coming back!
Was the only customer, took nearly 10 minutes for our soy noodles, and they were chewy and undercooked. Large bowl is deceiving because they only fill it up halfway. They added a huge mound of cold bitter bean sprouts on top of warm food. Only 4 cubes of tofu in whole bowl. Really pricy for the quality and quantity. Overall, I am extremely disappointed, and would never ever come back again. EVER.
