The Socialite San Francisco Reviews
Nice place for dinner! Pleasant walk with a hipster vibe! Service was friendly and fast! The downside I had was they did not have the cider I wanted that was on their menu, so I stayed with water!
The decor and ambience was absolutely stunning. I felt like we were in a beautiful garden. The service was great and the food was chef's kiss! I highly recommend!!
Food was delicious, great service, beautiful atmosphere. JP was very nice and kind to take our pictures, and set us down at the beautiful window table. We liked this place very much and definitely recommend it.
Very cool spot we stopped by after we landed in San Francisco. Good to have a drink and some incredible fries. Cool spot with friendly service! Great views too!
Best food fresh yummy and delicious I recommend everyone this location Staff is amazing 🤩 very polite and friendly
Absolutely loved this restaurant, the guys couldn't have been any friendlier and the is such a lovely man. We would highly recommend, thanks guys. Jackie and Alan from the UK.
Lazarus is the man !! Great service, and even more amazing food . Truly enjoyed my experience here with my wife . Thank you so much . Looking forward to next time .
Omg tasty warm food after freezing cold of San Francisco. Pesto pasta was out of the world and loved the shrimp tacos
The service here was great. The bartender and server were very friendly and helpful and the chef came by to chat for a bit as well. We stopped in for drinks while we waited for the kids in our group to experience the 3d Illusion Museum a couple of doors down. The drinks were very impressive. We tried the Cucumber Gimlet, Cold Brew Martini and the Old Fashioned. Everyone really enjoyed theirs. We also sampled the beers on tap although those weren't nearly as amazing as the cocktails. Chicken Wings were excellent. They were cooked to perfection and battered differently than most restaurants. We will have to come back and try more food items the next time we are in the area!

What an unexpected personalized and unique experience! Located in the heart of an otherwise touristy area of San Fran. Food was excellent, a step up on some American favorites. Service was genuine, friendly, and patient as I took an exceptionally long time to decide which dish to devour.
This place has to be appreciated with amazing food at a great price. Must visit.

Let me start by being honest: we only decided to stop in because my aunt needed a restroom. My sister and I didn't feel roght just using the restroom and dipping out (idk if that's possible). Couldn't have asked for a friendlier, more accommodating server. We decided to order desserts since it was late and we didn't need to eat. We each got something different: tiramisu, cheesecake, ice cream. Nothing was amazing but it was exactly as expected and just what we needed. I feel our server
We had such a great experience at The Socialite! The atmosphere was stylish yet relaxed, the cocktails were perfectly balanced, and the food was full of flavor. The team made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Gabbe, who was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the evening feel personal. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in San Francisco!
Absolutely amazing service, food, and atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend this spot more, if you want pizza, you’re covered. Pasta? They got you. Pulled pork that just melts in your mouth, you’re set. There are absolutely amazing options for any taste buds. If you just want a quick cocktail, their master craft level cocktails are absolutely amazing. Great location on the wharf right across the street from the Ferris Wheel.
I had the chicken on rice which was sumptuous and flavourful! The cocktails were definitely a fave. To top it off the owner was kind and gracious to come around and say hi & with pleasant hospitality. Enjoyed my experience here and will highly recommend!

The food was pretty amazing overall. I did enjoy it. Service, I dont wanna say anything to terrible, but it could've been better. One of the owners came over and that was the highlight of customer service. The atmosphere was beautiful and I enjoyed the calmness on a thursday afternoon. Thanks for the overall experience.
We stumbled upon The Socialite while exploring Fisherman's Wharf, and what a find! The window table we scored might just be the best seat in the city — front-row views of the Skystar Ferris Wheel made for an unforgettable dining atmosphere. Add a glowing neon sign overhead and some cozy table décor, and it was picture-perfect (literally — see the photos!). The vibe here is way more relaxed than the often chaotic Pier 39 spots. Friendly staff, stylish decor with pops of color and personality, and a great blend of indoor and outdoor seating options make this a standout. Food-wise, most of it was fantastic. The burger and fish & chips were both flavorful and well-prepared. Our only critique? The timing of the courses. My burger arrived before our bruschetta appetizer, and my wife's fish & chips came out at the same time as the bruschetta. It felt rushed, like the meal was trying to sprint to the finish line. Speaking of the bruschetta — the flavor was decent, but the bread choice was puzzling. Instead of the traditional toasted baguette or rustic Italian bread typically used for bruschetta, it was served on thick, Texas toast-style slices. It was heavy and bulky for what should be a light, crisp starter. That said, the overall experience — the view, the drinks, the friendly service, and the relaxed energy — made this spot well worth the visit. We’d absolutely come back, especially to enjoy that window seat again with a beer in hand and the Ferris wheel glowing just outside.

Food was great. Service was good too! Friendly staff, atmosphere was good as well. They could maybe organize the decor a little bit. Simplify it. We ate taco salad, pear salad and hot dog with fries. Was great!

While the ambiance was cool, the food and service was underwhelming to say the least. When I asked the server what was in some of the dishes on the menus she told me “I didn’t know”. The chicken sandwich and burger was dry and tasted like it was frozen. Way too overpriced for what you get. The cocktail was the saving grace but still overpriced.
Don’t go to this place if you are planning on grabbing anything to eat. The fries were soggy, the wings were over fried. The Mac and cheese was the biggest disaster ever!
Ordered late night Mushroom soup and curry chicken rice bowl for to go Both of them went into to trash horrible I don’t know abt other food both what we got is horrible Curry chicken felt like eating ginger garlic paste …. Never had soup that is so bad

We ate here because our hotel was nearby and it was Sunday night late. We ordered arugula salad, wings, one steak and a cocktail and paid $117 The wings were dry and the salad had too much salad dressing and the steak was overcooked, we ate it because had no options late at night with kids. Overall I would not recommend. Very loud as it’s a bar.
