Okay, honestly really good food. My wife and I had the penne pesto, I added the grilled chicken and also asked for some Parmesan and red pepper flakes on the side. The pesto was tasty and the pasta was nicely cooked, the chicken was also super tasty. Highly recommend if you need a meal! Only ding is that the music from the neighboring convenience mart could be heard contrasting the music played in vino volo.

What can I say it's in the airport. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Also yes. I like their charcuterie, share plates at each location it's a little different. I always get a flight of wine before my flight. Let's face it...your about to board a plane so just say take my money and get what you really want.

I loved coming to this spot the food I had was spectacular and I don’t say that often. Upon arrival I asked for my favorite type of wine )a desert wine) and I decided to try the short ribs. A better choice couldn’t have been made. The food came out hot and absolutely scrumptious. The beef itself was tender and flavorful. The potatoes were soft and the sauce was a perfect combination. The bartender on shift Megan was so sweet and informational. 10/10 experience. Thanks a bunch!!!

By far the best place in terminal 2! Fun wine selection - local and more options. Great food (suggest butcher's board with local Cali wine of course!) . Service is amazing. Very friendly and quick plus knowledgeable.

Total gem of a wine bar in SFO terminal 2. They have a great selection and good prices. Great people watching while sipping on a glass of wine pre flight. $12 table wines - red and white. Absolute best deal at SFO.

We stopped in for a quick wine tasting and beer before our flight. Great selection of wines to choose from, and a great many other drinks on hand for the non-wine drinkers.

Late review, but I love this wine bar-shop! They carried my second favorite brand wine from Napa, Nickel and Nickel Proprietors, so I HAD to pick up the last bottle of Dolce for my flight! Good wine choices, you have to pick up a bottle for when you fly out of SFO.

Always nice between flights to grab a flight! This is the reason I choose to layover in SFO. Pork taco today was wonderful!

This place is great for a fresh and flavoursome tasty treat and a sound selection of wine to accompany before you board your plane. Great option for an airport.

Sara was very helpful advising us on wine pairings with the food we ordered. Way beyond what we’d expect at an airport restaurant! The flatbreads were very good - get the prosciutto and goat cheese. I didn’t go five stars on the atmosphere as the back of the restaurant is a cacophony of Vino Volo’s music being stepped upon by the next-door store. Just too much competing noise - sit out front.

Megan was awesome! This is the best place to come when you’ve got some time to kill for a flight.

I recently had a delayed flight, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise when I stopped by Vino Volo for wine flights. The selection was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch! The guy who assisted me truly went above and beyond, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant experience. I left feeling relaxed and happy, despite the travel hiccup! Highly recommend this cozy spot for anyone looking to enjoy a glass of quality wine!

Have stopped here several times for glass of wine. Nice selection of wines and decent value considering airport location. Decent hot dish (stroganoff) and have had good sandwiches.

Lacking service. Told them how long I had. Got my food order in. Then they came back 5 minutes later to ask if I wanted anything to drink. I skipped wine due to time. Then they offered me sparkling or still. I asked for still. Assuming that was tap. Nope. Charged me $5 for water. Greek salad was fresh, although don’t love arugula in a Greek. The falafel was very dry. I’d consider coming back since the atmosphere is much calmer than any airline lounge. I’d just question and confirm my order more clearly with their staff.

Normally I get great service, I sort of did this time, but my server forgot my food order, so wine is all I had. I’m always in favor of writing down orders so you don’t forget anything.

It’s not bad but it’s not good either. Service average , waiters bored and doing strict minimum. Place is empty (7pm), and food (flat bread) the average out of freezer flatbread….ahh and the wine ? Ok but nothing so special for the price. I paid 138 usd for 3 glasses and a flatbread = no go

This place is really meh. And pricey. It is hard to get any service here. A different server took over my tab, rolled their eyes at my selections, and then promptly closed me out with out a word to me. Some wine people are simply intolerable. A real disservice to the wine world – you want people to like wine and have positive experiences. It doesn't take much effort. The wines themselves were good, other than the 4 ounce pours.
