Today I had a pleasant experience to be help by Ms. Norma. She was very friendly, kind with a welcoming attitude. The pretzels were fresh, and delicious.

I too have had not so pleasant experiences when visiting this location in LL in Macy. The Peppermint Frozen hot chocolate look nothing like the picture, and it only had fake chocolate taste even it said made with Ghirardelli. It doesn't have whipping cream like the picture. I feel bad for Ghirardelli for lending their name to the drink. The drink was not on the menu, and there is no price on the advertisement poster. When we asked if I could get a small size, the cashier was rude and said, 'it's only one size'. The drink came out to be $10.24. Other places have much better drink at that price!

Advertising your cheesy dog bites and selling the cheese separately is diabolical . Definitely not worth it and mine were fresh… Not what I expected. Just buy a hotdog across the street from Juan 10/10. DO NOT COME HERE!

Have attempted to order from here more than once. Went all the way there and it was closed both times, during hours that it said it should be open.

Visited 2 locations 500 ft from each other and both were out of the regular salted or unsalted pretzel…. That is your main thing right? And said they are not making anymore and they are open for another 2 hours??

I too have had a few less than pleasant experiences when visiting this location, mainly downstairs. Some of the clerks are extremely rude and/or subpar in regard to providing quality customer service. Please put more consideration into those you select to represent your brand. It definitely takes away.

Went in during the middle of the day and was told they had no more ingredients, and only what was displayed was available, which was about 4 pretzels in total. Mind they Close at 9

Why put the hours on Google if yall just close whenever yall feel like it?

I came to the establishment to buy some pretzels ..the first thing the clerk,( Shirlee)said is " only what I have right now. And I made a purchase then my daughter felt as if she was spoken too rudely and she no longer wanted the food..so she did not refund our money ,we had to wait for the manager to show up ..norma needs to hire nic people ..not those who speak differently to very people then get all Rude and mean to others.. treat everyone the same

I've tried ordering here three different times over the last year, each time the store looks abandoned, the door is locked, and there's a sign that says that they'll be back from break at much earlier times. (Example I went at 7 pm but the sign says they'll be back from break at 5 pm) I've even tried calling a few times only for it to ring forever. This place needs to be removed from maps lmao
