The Jamaica and the torta were good but the carne asada was dry and had no flavor. I had to add they’re amazing brown sauce. They’re beans are really good. The meat tasted like if it was reheated a couple of times.

Inconsistent burrito size. For the money that I’m paying, I expect a decent size burrito. The first time I purchased it here it was a good size and tasted good, today I got a burrito that is a quarter of the size that I previously had. It still taste good but I did not appreciate the size difference. When I asked, they said it depends on the cook. That does not sound right because I’m paying the same amount.

It is very expensive for what it is. The food is okay, and it's definitely not worth the cost. $15 burritos & $5 drink? 😂It just sounds ridiculous. These are stadium prices. Definitely not family budget friendly. The restaurant was pretty clean, and the customer service is just okay(they could encourage their cashiers to at least smile). Don't forget to ask for your little cups for salsa, you only get a couple😉.

Got some cabeza tacos, it looked and tasted like menudo. Salsa was gross one tasted like tomato juice, not spicy at all. Other one tastes like mole sauce, also not spicy. Weird combo. We got two burritos as well and it came out to 51, thought it was pretty pricey but we’ll never go back even if it was free so oh well

I always buy from here but today's order was bad. Let's start with the Horchata, it tasted like water not even rice water, the burrito was dry and with not enough Carne Asada, hate to give a bad review but it's not cheap and it felt cheap.

Don’t know who randomly funded these portales restaurants but man all of them are expensive as hell and the food is same quality as Alberto’s. And seems like all employees barely know English. Been to multiple locations all of em suck.

Great food horrible attitudes from older ladies services in restaurant horrible. Young girls that serve you are amazing. They speak in Spanish and think you have no idea what they are saying. Well NOT true. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Evergreen I will never tell anyone to order anything from your restaurant again. Tell the cook put a Lil bit of food make it light NOOOOO

Bad customer service, the young girl taking my order was so rude 😤 making me feel not to ever come back, I rather drive a couple of more minutes to go to the taco shop in hemet.

My daughter went tonight the whole order was wrong 2xs and the wait was an hour horrible service every time we go there always something wrong with our order and it's not cheap it's ridiculous

I have been this establishment several times, always a smile and always a great atmosphere. I have been ordering a ham burrito and substitute the ham for an extra egg with crispy hashbrowns. This was at the recommendation of the person taking my order... always 2 Burrito minimum. This place is now charging extra for the egg... the attitude from the person taking the order was terrible. A take it or leave it attitude. You are quite busy, but you will not have my business again.. hope this is not the normal for this restaurant.

The food quality is not what it used to be I order taquitos and there was no sour cream or guac and they were soggy. For the torta we ordered an al pastor and the meat was horrible it was not edible. If you are used to going here I would look for another taco shop we were disappointed and frustrated that we spent so much money for 4 items and it was not up to par. We usually come here a couple of times a month because I love their taquitos and we spend around 50is every time we go. Would not come again and do not recommend.
