I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks! My coffee was prepared exactly as I like it, and the warm breakfast sandwiches were a delicious addition. Despite the bustling atmosphere, both in the drive-through and inside the store, Gabby's customer service was outstanding. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable.
Now this is my one of best place. There’s very close by me but I prefer to come here. As this is drive through too and if gets busy we have to wait a little but it’s ok. The young staffs are very cool and nice.

Good place to work. Some people take personal and work calls though, so I recommend bringing noise canceling headphones if that bothers you.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I found it to be a good midpoint location to meet a friend for an extended visit with our favorite beverages. My only complaint is that I wish they stayed open later; night owls need a place to go!

This store is always busy with their drive thru but in store not really except for mobile order. Staffs are always busy making coffee. I made a mobile order twice in 2 days and coffee for mobile order was behind 5 minutes late and on the cup and lids had coffee spills on it. Staff needs to pay attention and preparing the customers coffee perfectly and on time no rush, rushing make mistakes. Personalize it as it’s called. And also I was trying to add another item at the cashier takes time to wait to get service as well. Everyone just buy with their drive thru customers. Fair and even equally that’s all it takes.

I always get a caramel drink the same every Starbucks I go throughout the state and the girl that helped me was very rude about adding the caramel that I usually get and she did not want to help me at all in solving the problem. She was rude since the beginning of taking my order and it’s not the customer’s fault that the employee is not in a good mood. Would not come back here again.

Terrible service, I ordered an iced Dubai chocolate just now... the drive-thru was empty and the employees were making comments and laughing. This is not quality customer service. They even drew a monster on the coffee cup label. I'm never going back. And the coffee was awful too, it seemed like it was just milk.

It's a hit or miss here. Sometimes it's great customer service then sometimes someone just decides to ruin everybody's day lol Reading the 1 star comments and unfortunately had dealt with a common issue this morning. The lady at the drive through window must've had a bad morning... really bad attitude.
The interior is terrible compared to what was there before—there used to be model planes and other aerospace-themed memorabilia everywhere, honoring the location’s proximity to the San Carlos Airport and Hiller Aviation Museum. Starbucks defaced a local landmark. As a San Carlos resident I will never go here.
At 4:42 PM, I ordered a drink and patiently waited for 25 minutes before receiving it. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went to the counter to ask why I still hadn’t received my drink. The staff behaved indifferently and told me someone would assist me shortly, but they made me wait even longer. When I told them it had been 20 minutes since I placed the order, one of the employees responded in a disrespectful manner with a disgusting facial expression and said, “I don’t think it’s been 20 minutes.” I showed her the exact order time through the app, but instead of apologizing, she said, “It’s not 20 minutes, it’s been 18,” and then made me wait another 7 minutes before finally giving me my drink. This is unacceptable. Someone with no respect for customers and no sense of professionalism should not be working in the service industry. Sometimes an order can be missed, and if this had been explained to me kindly, I would have understood and waited. But this employee clearly lacks basic courtesy and any understanding of professional conduct.
Julian was unprofessional didn’t hear my order when we pulled up to the window and said our order clearly when we finished speaking at the window he stared at us with akward silence and then he said I’ll take care of the order and made us kept repeating in the drive thru made us drive around and when we went around he then proceeded to not take our order when he said he couldn’t hear us even tho the order was popping up on the screen. This was comedic and I was looking forward to experience the drive thru but because of Julian it was a horrible experience. Not something I expect from a place like a Starbucks frsnchise.

We stopped through the drive through to get some snacks and drinks and Sofia seemed so inconvenienced to have to talk to us. She told us the total at the window and we handed her our card instead she shoved the card reader out and waited to see if we would tip her. We tipped her $2 and then she handed us she card reader to finish the transaction. She walked away annoyed. When she handed us the drinks we said thank you. She didn’t say anything or look at us. Then she handed us the food, we said thank you, she didn’t say anything or look at us, then we asked for straws and she rolled her eyes and acted super inconvenienced. When she handed us the straws we said thank you again and she walked away and closed the window. We will not be coming back here solely because of the customer service. This was 7/25 around 12:40pm
