Great food and service! Must try these items! And I didn’t know that salted cheese tea series can be made in hot drinks!

I enjoyed my strawberry green tea and also the lychee jelly add-on. Happy Lemon has been my favorite boba shop for many years. And I believe that the people who work here work very hard, tip them, please and thank you. Even if it is a small tip, I'm sure they'll appreciate it. (There's a jar for college funds!) I forgot her name but I was in the shop this (10/29/25) afternoon around 3pm and she was very kind, friendly, and hard working and made my drink with care and right away. I did not feel uncomfortable at all being here and she made the brief experience very worthwhile for the drive. Thank you!

Service is great. Bunch of options for your Boba, refreshing and sweet ones. Also the bubble waffle are great. Honestly this is my to go place for tea.

I ordered the black tea with salted cheese 25 percent sweetness. Love their salted cheese, really good flavor of savory and a hint of salt. One of the best salted cheese out there imo. Their black tea was pretty good. It had a nice flavor, not watered down today compared to other boba shop. I noticed their tea tastes different from day to day. Sometimes it’s water down sometimes it’s strong. But their salted cheese has been consistent every visit. I think this location is a lot better than the other locations I been to in the Bay Area.

They make the BEST eggy waffle what can I say! Crispy crunchy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside. Their salted cream has the right balance of creaminess and savory, it blends perfectly with a tea drink.

Decent Happy Lemon location! Ordered my usual passion fruit green tea with boba. I appreciate the staff that day making the drinks actually mix it before pouring it in to the cup. It is usually 50:50 for staff at most Happy Lemon locations to pour everything into the cup and shake it after it is sealed, but you can definitely taste the difference if it is mixed beforehand. Boba here cooked well too. Parking can be tight in the direct lot. Otherwise, adjacent lot should be free.

Soft opening buy one get one free I got the oreo milk tea with boba and boba milk tea with puff cream. It's pretty good and the service was good too! Friendly and efficient

It has the best salted cheese milk tea. The store is clean, nice environment for hanging out. Downside: sometime parking is a problem in the peak hour

don’t sleep on happy lemon. the boba texture is actually pretty good and my friends are obsessed with their cheese foam. prices are pretty reasonable too for the bay($5-7)

The quality of the tea is abysmal - best way to tell is to order a tea drink with 0% sugar to evaluate the flavor of the tea. If it does not taste like tea, it indicates that they use sugar to compensate. The cream based beverages seem to be slightly better than the normal fruit ones. Matcha tiramisu is mediocre. Kumquat lime is bitter and did not taste like tea or kumquat.

She could see that we had been standing there waiting for a long time, yet she ignored us and didn’t tell us our order was ready. In contrast, she placed a white man’s (who came after us) cup on the tray and put the tray in front of him. After that, we asked her, and she told us that our orders were ready. Even when we expressed our disappointment, the waitress just said sorry and then left. I believe I encountered racial discrimination. I won’t be coming here again.
