Went on a Friday - every where else was crowded. 5:30 ish no one except another 2 people... Should have been a clue. Server was excellent food was dull had Tofu, side dish of carrots neither had any taste :o(

Food is yummy. I only have 1 real issue. I ordered cucumber wakame salad. There was NO cucumber. It was a seaweed salad, which tasted fine. Edit: taking one more star off. Dessert order was ice cream. I specifically asked for silverware. Wait staff confirmed its there. I sit down to eat and there's no spoon. Knife can only do so much with ice cream 🙄

Very disappointed. We wanted to come here for a nice family dinner for four, however it took over an hour to receive our food or any service. It wasn't crowed or understaffed either. And the food; not worth the price they charge. You can get a better meal AND service at your local Chinese restaurant than here. If you're looking to pay a pretty penny for tasteless food and slow service, this is the place for you.

We came here for valentines day, booked via open table. The place was empty. Had barely 3 tables taken. Came here cause my girl picked the place. There was like one server who was rarely around, had to confirm my order twice cause he took it the first time and forgot or didnt take it. It was 3 things, the appetizer and 2 entrees. We got the appetizer quick cause it was fries with garlic truffle. It was okay. The entree took 1.5 hours.... yes , you read that right... 1.5 HOURS. For a $42 roasted Half chicken with truffles Mac&Cheese, and Crab 🦀 fried rice which was $34. After the 1.5 hour wait , with literally 3 others tables with 2 people on each and a barely present server, the Roasted Half Chicken was 2 pieces of dry chicken (look at the pics) , with truffle Mac and cheese where my girl struggled to find the taste of truffle. The crab fried rice had minced fibrous crab mixed into very mushy rice. I have had better fried rice on the streets for a few bucks. You can see in the pictures uploaded , how the rice is mushy rice for sick people , no visible crab cause its mashed into the rice , and 2 or 3 strands of rare veggies. I wont be surprised if they ordered the rice from some mexican place and added left over crab to it and minced it so we cant tell it was old and bad. I returned the food with the waiter cause we couldn't eat that abomination of the food. Now for the kicker, they charge you $20 gratuity for 2 people cause you made a reservation on open table, while the whole restaurant is empty 😂😂😂 This place isnt just bad food and bad service , they know they serve bad food and try to scam the most they can out of the customers cause they know no one is coming back to this. I have uploaded my bill with the pics of the entrees so you can see for yourself if you would spend that kinda money over this. If the restaurant reads this , please also explain which Half of the roasted chicken has 2 pieces of that ... we couldnt even identify the second piece. And why go here when walmart and costco sell chicken that isnt this dry and take returns when you tell them their food is trash.

All things considered, this place leaves you with the satisfaction of eating an MRE. The atmosphere is nice enough, but the food and service are shameful. The menu sounds good, but the truth is this place is poorly staffed. Long wait time and $40+ for a miniscule ration of lackluster chicken that didn't even seem like it had been cooked fresh. The truffle Mac was incredibly bland- I had to ask for salt and pepper. How do you mess up mac n cheese this bad that a yt lady is asking for seasoning? The vegetables were steamed and seasoned perfectly- I will give the chef that....but not enough to justify the cost of everything else. Get your poor cooks some help! And acknowledge when your guests are having a genuinely bad experience. We went to another restaurant immediately after we paid the bill here bc we left just as hungry as when we started and wanted to end our night on a good note. If for some reason you still want to come here, don't make a reservation, bc they will hit you w an automatic 20% gratuity, which doesn't reflect the value by a mile...the place doesn't even get busy enough to need to reserve a table. I warned you. See for yourself

The service was extremely poor. The establishment was nearly empty, yet there was only one bartender on duty and no other staff present. Attempting to make a reservation was also frustrating, as the only person available to assist had a very strong accent that made communication difficult. Overall, the lack of staffing and poor customer service made for a disappointing experience.

Ordered the crab stuffed salmon. Took forever for my food to arrive, and when it did arrive, it was undercooked. Completely cold in the middle. I am not surprised this place is dead on a Friday.

Tried to book a table for 11 people and the whole process was a disaster from the start. The owner answered the phone, but speaking to him felt like walking into a wall they were impatient, spoke so heavily I couldn’t follow what they were saying, and came off as arrogant and condescending. It was like they already thought they were too good to deal with a simple reservation. When I called back to fix it, no one answered. Four hours later they finally called me back totally unacceptable. Then I tried reserving online the website looked ancient, half the functionality was broken or missing, and it was impossible to get a proper booking done. Clearly no effort has been put into maintenance or improvement. On top of that they remain arrogrant and closed minded. Reading other reviews, I saw the owner threw a line about “Mosaic enjoys many 5-STAR reviews, which helps mitigate reviewers like you.” That tells you everything. They’re not interested in listening or improving. They’re full of themselves. I don’t care about their shiny 4 stars if this is how they treat people who just want a table. Total waste of time.

I've not had a worse experience anywhere before. - We were seated for 40 minutes before someone took our order - They were out of half of the things on the menu - Order took another 50 minutes to arrive - When food arrived, we could tell that it's microwaved - No one brought the check to us for 20 mins. - We ourselves got up and gave the cashier the Credit card at the end and walked out.

I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences here. After being seated, it took the servers 20 minutes just to come to our table and take drink orders. We thought things would get better after that, but it only went downhill. We ordered a few appetizers, and the first one didn’t arrive until an hour later. The rest trickled out one by one over the next hour, so by the time we got everything, half of it was cold and no one was even hungry anymore. To make things worse, the food itself was less than marginal, bland, poorly presented, and definitely not worth the long wait. The staff seemed totally unorganized and didn’t check in on us at all during the long wait. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least basic service and timely food. Sadly, this was a total letdown. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you enjoy waiting forever for your meal.

Ordered an old fashioned, advertised as $18. Bill came out reflecting $22. Sat at the bar, as the second person there. Took them over 5 minutes to acknowledge me and over 10 minutes to order a drink. Way overpriced and service sucks.

After a long flight, I decided to order takeout from the restaurant downstairs. However, my entire experience, from the food to the service, was far below my expectations. While picking up the food, that person was nice. Let me start with the hot wings. I have never tasted anything as salty as these wings. It was as if they had emptied an entire container of Morton's salt onto them. I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, only to be met with rudeness from the person who answered the phone. He claimed that's how they make the wings and refused to acknowledge the excessive saltiness. I requested to speak with someone else, hoping for a more reasonable response. Unfortunately, the second person I spoke to was even ruder. They dismissed my complaint and refused to consider changing the recipe or providing a refund. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to address my concerns left me appalled. Moving on to the crab fried rice with added shrimp, which cost me $12. To my dismay, the shrimp they added was a single large shrimp sliced into small pieces. As for the crab, despite the additional charge, I couldn't find a single piece of it in the dish. The overall quality of the fried rice was subpar, lacking flavor and depth. It felt like a complete rip-off considering the price I paid. Even the fried chicken wing was disappointing. It tasted old and lacked any seasoning or salt. The absence of flavor made it unappetizing and unenjoyable to eat. As a business owner myself, I understand the challenges of finding good workers and providing excellent service. However, the service I received at Mosiac was shockingly unprofessional. I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but the way I was treated compelled me to share my experience. I remained polite and reasonable throughout my interactions until the very end, when I couldn't tolerate their rudeness any longer. I expressed my disappointment and informed them that I would be disputing the charge on my Amex. It is unacceptable for anyone to speak to customers in such a disrespectful manner. In conclusion, my visit to MOSIACS was an extremely disappointing one. The excessively salty hot wings, lackluster crab fried rice, and old-tasting fried chicken, combined with the rude and unhelpful service, have left a lasting negative impression. I hope that the management of MOSIACS takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide better experiences for their customers in the future.
