Pho Teresa San Jose Reviews
We stop by for lunch. We ordered chicken wing, it’s amazing flavor and crispy… Papaya salad with grilled prawns, it’s very good combination with all ingredients and so refreshing. Massamun curry beef, it’s full flavor with a touch of tamarind. Pad see ew and pad Thai , they are always the best here.
Interesting atmosphere with 'Thank You' in over 20 languages over the side wall. Their menu is very heavy, extensive and a bit pricey! We enjoyed the Thai coconut/chicken soup 'Tom Kha Gai.' It was served hot in a traditional metal Thai serving container. The service was fast and friendly. We enjoyed our meal, fellowship (6 of us) and a relaxing venue. Recommend a visit for dinner!
I only got to take a picture of the entrees because as soon as my main dishes hit the table they got devoured. Best Thai food I’ve had. 10/10 and the restaurant is Christmas decorated and very cute!
We had a great experience at Oros Thai Restaurant. The food was delicious and full of authentic Thai flavors. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. We really enjoyed our meal here and will definitely come back again.
Pretty good Thai food and very nice service. Due to the amount of doordash orders, being seated by the cash register is not ideal. Staff is excellent. Prices are a bit more than other local Thai restaurants, and rice is not included. Atmosphere was slightly interrupted by doordash drivers near our table waiting and watching videos and entertaining themselves without earphones. Its a small location with a lot of tables and seating. They are doing a good job. Also, some vegetables were missing from dishes. Maybe they ran out of some vegetables.
Oros Thai is a cozy, small restaurant that excels in delivering great tasting Thai food. The dishes, especially the roti and noodles, are flavorful and authentic. Complimentary soup adds a nice touch to the dining experience. Despite its modest size, Oros Thai offers delicious cuisine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
One of best Thai food in south bay. We come here often. Service always great. Food are super super yummy. Highly recommend.
I only have been going here a few times and I already love this restaurant! I always have been liking fried rich chicken, a favorite dish since I was a kid. Furthermore I like their medium environment it's really relaxing, kind, and it has friendly workers. I recommend anyone to try their foods out they have plenty of options to pick from :)

Use to live around the area but never been in so when I search of a Thai restaurant to eat this one popped up with a decent amount of reviews. The service was awesome, servers were very attentive and quick. The ambiance was like any other Thai restaurant, the low lighting, the carpet floors, and Thai music in the background. The bonus is you actually can see into the kitchen and see the chefs cooking up the food which to me was entertaining. Now comes the food, the papaya was too sour, way too much citrus. The bbq chicken was okay not something I would get again. The pad thai was a little on the sweeter side. The tom yum was good and hit the spot. Over all I would come back but I wouldn’t be trying the same items. The table next to me ordered the basil fried rice and you can’t go wrong with fried rice.
Oros Thai Restaurant offers tasty food and a pleasant dining experience, but there’s a significant mismatch between pricing and value. Bonus Tip: If you check in on Yelp, you’ll get a free Thai Iced Tea, which was a nice touch. It tasted great and was a refreshing way to complement the meal. Pad Thai: The Pad Thai was flavorful and well-prepared, delivering a satisfying balance of sweet, tangy, and savory notes. It’s definitely a dish I’d recommend. Pricing and Value: While the food is good, the pricing feels excessive given the portion sizes. It’s unclear how the restaurant justifies such high prices, as neither the food quality, service, nor ambience fully align with the cost. A slight adjustment in portions or pricing would make a big difference. Service: The service was commendable. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a smooth dining experience. Ambience: The ambience is modern and inviting, offering a comfortable space to enjoy a meal.
Oros Thai is a great warm local place to have lunch and dinner! I visited for dinner before and this time is for lunch: I ordered Pad Thai with chicken lunch size, and I added extra chicken, also a Thai ice tea totally costed $33. The noodle is trender and nice, chicken is pretty good too ! Thai ice tea is ok!
I thought it was an ordinary Thai restaurant because the sign wasn't flashy, but after eating there, I completely changed my mind. The interior is good, the food and hygiene are good, but the price is a bit expensive. Service is good and fast. It is recommended as a date course.
First time trying Oros Thai....it was a packed Friday night and the place was very lively. We waited for a table for about 10 minutes (not too bad). We ordered Pad Kee Mao and Basil Fried Rice. The pad kee mao was a medium spice level. It wasn't very spicy and I even added some more chili to go along with it. I wished it had a little more bell peppers and basil in it to help cut the noodles a bit. The taste was good but I would say I have had better elsewhere. The Thai Basil fried rice was a Thai hot spice level and still wasn't as spicy as I was expecting it to be...I even added more chili. It was spicier than the medium though. The rice was a little mushier than what I would have liked but the flavor was nice nonetheless. Service was good and waiters were attentive.
Food quality other than the ice cream that shown in the picture was not that good. Roasted duck meat in the curry was not fresh. Restaurant didnot charge for it. Server was really polite. I would have given five if the food quality was at per with other good Thai restaurants.
Delicious food! I was very pleasantly surprised by the freshness, quality and taste of the dishes I got to try. . Chicken Satay: The chicken itself was tender, juicy and flavorful. The peanut sauce was amazing! Great appetizer. . Pad Gra-Praw (Thai Basil): I had never tried this specific dish before and it surpassed my expectations. The chicken was great, and the sauteed veggies were delicious! I chose brown instead of white rice and it was better than most I've tried. Also, the crispy won ton pieces they added were to die for 🤤
I probably am one of the most picky ppl w/thai food. I've ordered from here a number of times recently and have been happy w/the portions and quality. Parking: they're doing some construction right now but still plenty of spots, just don't drive through like an a hole it's not a wide passing. Staff: really friendly , all the staff/owners are friends/family Food: Pad Khee Mao : my go to, medium spice, pretty sure I could go more spicy. Good ratio of noodles to veggies/meat and the noodles are al dente!! Pad Thai: I eat here a lot w/my friend, and this is her go to, mild is super mild just so you know! Papaya salad w/grilled shrimp: recommend you mix your papaya salad to get some of the sauce flavors on your shrimp, b/c they grill it and just top it on it Green Curry: NOT watered down, thick, coconutty goodness. mmm thick. ok now i'm hungry and it's 958am, no more writing :)

I genuinely loved Oros Thai Restaurant—everything from the vibrant flavors and generous portions to the warm, attentive service and cozy decor made it a standout, though prices run a bit high and spice levels pack more punch than expected

Oros Thai is one of the best Thai places in the area. I have been there couple of times and even got take out on few occasions. The food is authentic, flavorful, and most importantly the portions are just right - not too much or too little. Service is excellent, the staff are attentive and refill drinks before they get over, always ready to answer questions and alleviate concerns. The interior and decor could use a little sprucing up, but with great food and service it can be overlooked.

Worst Thai food ever! The tofu plus string beans dish taste less and tastes the same as the other dish as sweet chili Chicken wings dish. Disappointed ! What a waste of money. Only positive food is probably steam rice.

I'm a food lover and I really don't look at the price when the food's worth it but this place was a total disaster. I came in here because my pregnant wife was hungry and it was right next to the hospital. The food was bland, undercooked, and served cold. Service was okay but the hostess was borderline rude. There were no water refills and it was hard calling the waiter every single time. But for me, the biggest turn off was the food!

So close but this place is very hit and miss at best. More miss, than hit. I live nearby and gave them several chances. It’s either really good or really, really, REALLY bad. We just finished a green-bean beef dish that tasted like shrimp. It was obvious the dish they made in the same pan before our entreewas a shrimp dish. It tasted much more like shrimp, than beef. We had a chicken noodle dish that was inedible. It tasted like chemicals. It was SO obvious they just cleaned the pan and did not properly rinse it. We could’t eat it. It was SO chemically tasting. Soap? Cleaning spray with loads of chemical?s? We couldn’t eat enough to tell which one :). We gave you 3-4 chances but there won’t be any more. We are okay with an occasional mistake, but you have demonstrated consistency in a bad way.
