The best pho I’ve ever had! The flavor of the broth was amazing, packed with meat and veggies. And the noodles tasted so fresh. Staff was super attentive to us and the food came out super fast.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They explained things on the menu when we ask questions they focused on the adults as well as my niece who is four years old food was excellent and they have a very huge variety of taste to choose from. It was our first time coming here and it’s definitely not going to be the last. I cannot express with words towards the friendly of the staff, the servers were GREAT! FOOD WAS EXTREMELY DELICIOUS! They come in one size servings, which I couldn’t even finish one. It was so much food and it was so tasty!

Wow, I love Pho but since my favorite place in Stockton changed hands, ive been searching for a replacement and hands down, this place is amazing. I'm coming back tomorrow! The broth is so so tasty and the meat is top notch.

I wanted to support one of my favorite doctors, Dr. C. Nguyen. Even though I’m from Gilroy, my wife and I stopped by his restaurant for lunch and had a great experience. We tried a few dishes, but the Pho Bo Wagyu was the star — incredible broth and outstanding service. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in the area.

One of the best pho places I've been to in San Jose. The broth was rich and savory. Meat was tender. Herbs were fresh. Had the option of fresh noodle or thin noodle. Everything was really clean. I didn't feel like I had to wipe anything down. Service was top notch! We came with our baby and stroller. The server went out of his way to open the door for me. We immediately got seated and was able to order. Food came out quickly. I would definitely come back again and bring my friends and family (:

Best pho in San Jose in my opinion. I have tried Pho Ha Noi, pho Papa, pho Dang, Pho Duoi Bo. Pho Duoi Bo is close second. Broth, meat and veggie all delicious. I don’t need to add any sauce to the broth . I highly recommend “Tai bap hoa” (Foreshank) or “Nam, gau, gan” (flank, fatty brisket and tendon). They have free drink promotion until now. Definitely bang for your buck!!!

On top of the excellent food (filet mignon pho), the staff were some of the sweetest happiest I have encountered at a restaurant. The pho broth was so flavorful and delicious that I did not need to add any hoisin sauce or spices to it as I usually do. The egg rolls were fresh and very tasty. Portion sizes were excellent. To top it off I left my purse there and after turning around to come back for it, the second I stepped in the door before even asking for it, someone from the back ran up with it to give it to me. Seeing the staff happy elevates the dining experience.

Food: The regular pho broth is clean, light, refreshing and flavorful The Wagyu broth is special, denser, fattier and darker it feels like it has more bone and marrow Love that they provide culantro and steamed sprouts. Wish they had pickled garlic and pickled hot chili peppers Bonus points for real sriracha and chili oil Service: extremely friendly and courteous very nice employees Atmosphere: very clean modern, I like the ceramic bowls and dishes. Thank you for the free Thai tea and 10% off grand opening deal

The cleanest place I have even been to in this area. Service was fast and greeted with a smile. The menu was easy to read and focus on just the best Pho. The Pho was tasty and not greasy or salty, and to top it off they offer fresh noddles! All ingredients tasted so fresh and they coffees! They were perfect!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Pho Nhat Minh Pho Nhat Minh truly delivers when it comes to pho. The broth is excellent—rich, flavorful, and incredibly tasty, with that slow-simmered depth you hope for in a great bowl of pho. The portions are generous, with a lot of meat that’s tender and satisfying in every bite. Their Thai iced tea is just as impressive. It’s authentic and freshly brewed, not powdered, and you can clearly taste the creamy sweetness of real condensed milk. It’s the perfect complement to an already outstanding meal. If you’re looking for high-quality pho with bold flavors and generous portions, Pho Nhat Minh is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended! 🍜🥤

Food: We ordered 2 Pho Nhat Minh (Number 1) and it was delicious. The meat was tender, the meatballs freshly made, broth was hearty, didn't feel greasy, and the noodles were great as well. Portion size was generous. Drinks: We also got orange juice and Thai Tea. Thai Tea was nice, not too sweet, a good refreshment. These were part of the opening promotion, definitely worth going! Service: The employees were very welcoming, seated us immediately, tended to our needs and made sure we had a great time. Atmosphere: Nice and chill, clean tables and all the necessary utensils were there. Bathrooms were also cleanly kept. Overall, my partner and I enjoyed our experience here, would definitely return when we're in the area.

My wife and I tried Pho Naht Minh for the first time and really enjoyed our meal. We ordered the number 18, 29, and 1C and everything came out fresh and tasty. The number 18 had a really good broth with the traditional pho ingredients and flavors. The number 29 (Sườn Bò) only came with one rib even though the menu photo and other reviews showed two so maybe something changed or you have to pay extra for the second but the flavor was still excellent. The fresh spring rolls were standard but the peanut sauce was nice since it was warmed. We also appreciated how clean and modern the utensils were. Service was great too the waitress was friendly and professional, though it would've been nice to been offered more water. Overall a solid spot.

Tucked away in the corner of a nondescript shopping plaza in San Jose’s Little Saigon district, this quaint Vietnamese restaurant serves some delicious beef rib pho, with a super flavorful soup and the perfect noodle-to-soup ratio. The Wagyu beef hot pot was also very tasty, with a great presentation and high quality beef. Friendly and efficient service. Large free parking lot.

Tried Pho Nhat Minh recently. We ordered Bun Bo Hue, Pho Suon Bo, and some egg rolls. Everything came out really fast and the staff was super friendly, so service-wise it was great. Flavor-wise, it was okay — the broth wasn’t as rich or bold as I usually like, but that might actually make it easier for people who aren’t used to strong Vietnamese flavors to enjoy. The egg rolls weren’t my favorite, but overall it was a decent meal and the quick service made it a good spot if you want something warm and filling without waiting too long.

Finally able to come here after being invited by a co worker to try it out since this new pho restaurant just opened. First impression was great, appreciate the atmosphere, location has enough parking spots, we came during lunch on a weekday so probably less busy at the time, we noticed that their menu offers unique items I have not seen in other Pho restaurants we've been to. One of it is the Wagyu Beef hotpot. Something we'll want to try for the next time. Since it is our first time here, I opted for the basic one which is the "Pho Nhat Minh". Which is their version of "combination pho" Then my wife tried the Brisket -Meatball Pho. I loved my Pho Nhat Minh, noticed that soup has some sort of a unique taste as compared to other Pho restaurants we've been to. Wife also enjoyed her brisket - meatball pho. My wife who loves Spring Rolls loved it, she like the peanut sauce or should I say paste that went with it. Wife also ordered a mango shake and it was topped with whipped cream, also something we typically do not see in other Pho restaurants as well. We will try their other unique items next time then will update this review accordingly. But overall we enjoyed our visit and we really loved the food here.

The food is great and great recommendation from the server. The meat didn’t have much fat which was great. The price is definitely right. Will definitely comeback

Big portions! Super great service! Very kind! Quick and fresh! We got the beef pho, no meat pho, and chicken pho.

I literally never write reviews unless they are really well deserved, and man, Pho Nhat Minh is some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. Truly the cleanest and most flavorful broth, fresh house made noodles, and delicious filet mignon cut for a very reasonable priced. Spring rolls were also delicious, not previously frozen and tasted like they were handmade. To top it all off, their fresh squeezed lemonade soda was ungodly. There’s a reason why the majority of pho restaurants in little Saigon have 4/5 stars. These guys are 5/5 all day. Sweet people, great service, very clean restaurant, and unreal food! PS- Demolished my food before I could take a photo, but you’ll understand my drift when you order from Pho Nhat Minh

We ordered the number 1 and 2. Excellent pho broth with generous portions of beef. Very clean restaurant with fast service. I like the smaller, more focused menu and will have to check out if that helps the other items be just as high quality. I've eaten at nearly every pho place in San Jose and this is one of if not the best here. The meatballs were disappointing: too salty and tastes like prepackaged. But, wasn't bad enough to ruin the meal. This will definitely become my regular pho place.

Imma say Pho Nhat Minh is a hole in the wall gem! And I mean that in the best way. This place is all about the pho—no flashy appetizers or rice plates, just rich, flavorful, deeply satisfying pho. They do have a few smoothies, though, and I really enjoyed the avocado one. That was a nice surprise—definitely not a flavor you see every day. I had the filet mignon pho, and the broth was incredible. I drank the entire bowl. As any true pho fan knows, it’s all about the broth, and this one delivered. Someone else in our group ordered the Wagyu beef pho, which was a showstopper. It comes in a hot pot-style bowl with thin slices of raw Wagyu served on the side. You dip and cook the beef and noodles yourself—kind of like a fusion of pho and Japanese/Chinese hot pot. Super creative, and more importantly, insanely tasty. It’s the only one that comes in the style. If you’ve got a craving for pho, Pho Nhat Minh is a must-try.

Excellent pho broth. We ordered the #1 and #2. And yes it does have the secret ingredient. Pho is not the same without it. Meats are fresh and vegetables are also very fresh. All the right ingredients are there for the special. So why only 4 stars? They have the AC up too low and we were sweating bullets after eating pho. No matter how good the food I cannot return if they don’t rectify the AC situation. Can’t eat pho if it’s hot. This isn’t Vietnam!

If you’re looking for a sign to eat your body weight in noodles, this is it! 🍜 I just hit up this spot and the pho was seriously delicious. The staff is super sweet, and the vibe inside is clean, simple, and chill. It’s officially moved into my "top favorites" list for Vietnamese food. I’m not saying I’m obsessed, but: * I’m pretty sure I’m 70% broth at this point. * It was so good, I almost asked for a straw so I wouldn't miss a single drop. Honestly, it was un-pho-gettable. (Sorry, I had to.)

This was our 1st visit, 8/16/2025, to this restaurant since the ownership change. It is clean and less crowded with tables and fake plants than before. My wife enjoyed the pho with seafood. I loved my pho tai #9. The broth was flavorful and there was plenty of lean steak. We especially appreciated the new restaurant promotion that gave us both a free Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk with our pho purchase. We will return to try more from the menu.

Pretty good. Solid Pho place. Had their Bun Bo Hue and it was good.

The beef rib is too tough, the wagyu is surprisingly not tender, and the soup is.. oily? Soup does taste good though, and the music choice is nice and relaxing (11am).

The food was nothing special but ok . Services are ok . 1 stars for your attitude for not honor my service dog right when we walked in. I told him my teacup poodle is a service dog and he said I don’t think so without knowing she is a service animal. By law you can’t refuse them . Besides we just came here straight from airport after long flight to San Jose and my 6 lbs teacup was in my baby sling sleeping o n my lap and nobody was noticing that she there . Unacceptable.
