Thai Taste San Ramon Reviews
We’ve been to Thai Taste for a few times and have tried many dishes. These dishes shown in pictures are my favorites. They’re authentic and fresh. If you like spicy, ask for their home-made Thai chili sauce. I love it to go with everything. Their prices are reasonable. Their service is prompt and friendly. There are a few good Thai restaurants around the area. I’d definitely recommend visiting the this one.
That’s one of our favorites, we have been there many times, almost every time when we are near San Ramon. The food is very fresh and delicious. Some are too spicy my wife but still great for me. I see that many people also order to take out. Please notice a unique internal light fountain ~ I was told that it was brought from Thailand
A great restaurant for a spontaneous dinner stop on a Thursday night. We had the Salt and Pepper Tofu, Pad Thai, Drunken Noodle, Eggplant and Tofu, and Papaya Salad. I thought all the food was quite good. Interested in trying the other foods as well. It would be nice if the restaurant offered the crushed Thai dry chilies to go with the food. I think it adds a different taste than the pepper flakes we were offered --- Maybe they were and I just didn't know. We didn't ask if they had fish sauce on the side, but IMO the food didn't need it. Overall a good experience for the group.
Wow... where to start. The food was amazing with all 5 stars because of everything this group does. Very clean and the hostess was very helpful when asked about the different dishes. Had the chicken Satay to start with a cucumber salad and was blown away how moist the chicken was. We chose the chili salmon and the 3 Brothers as entrees and both were fantastic. Definitely going to be a regular stop for Thai
This was our first time in. Very impressed with the politeness of the employees, the nicely decorated interior of the restaurant, and most importantly, the very delicious food! Thai Taste is the best Thai food I've sampled in a long time. I had Pad Kee Mao ("Drunken Noodle"), not spicy. Portion was on the generous side. Veggie assortment was not exactly as listed in the menu description (bell pepper, green bean, carrot, cabbage, onion), as asparagus, broccoli, & zucchini were added, which was actually way better! I will be back soon with my family. Have to say that I was glad to have ordered take-out since there was quite a line inside waiting to be seated as the place is quite small. Food was ready to go and I was in and out quickly. Free parking lot on site, outdoor seating available, convenient location in that shopping center.
I have pickup from this place numerous of times for DoorDash, so I had to try it. I tried the Thai basil fried rice, it was phenomenal and very spicy 🔥🥵 like l like it 😀 I definitely going back to try a few different dishes. This going to be my favorite Thai restaurant
Had dinner few weeks ago. Ordered green and red curry, vegetable fried rice and basil chicken. The taste is excellent, portions are large and the dishes come with steamed rice which is a plus as compared to other restaurants where you have to pay extra. Service was excellent as well and this has become my new favorite Thai restaurant in the tri valley.
The food was very flavorful and the service was great. We tried the pad thai, tom yum, and pra ram chicken. We very much enjoyed them all. We had been curious about this place for a while and we are glad we decided to finally try it. We will be back.
Top notch ! Their special menu and the spicy fish ! Yum 😋 We will be back ! The chicken satay, pineapple fried rice hot the mark and with a cool Tsingha - perfect meal for a lazy lunch
Great local spot for authentic Thai dishes! Really enjoy their noodle plates and eggplant basil chicken. Their spices are real and true to Thai spice levels! Be careful if you’re not ready for some great spicy food. Order mild or no spice if you can’t handle. Best thai food in the atrium-Valley!
I usually get the crab rice or pad Thai. I went ahead and tried the special the Curry Noodle Shrimp Tempura. This dish was absolutely incredible. Creamy, spicy, crunchy with huge shrimp and lots of noodles. I couldn’t stop eating it, the portion is also big. Legit a 10/10. Will definitely be getting again.
Loved the food. We are a fan of Thai food, including the kids. We had Thai yellow curry for the kids and Tom Yum soup for us. Both were awesome and quantity was great! Will come back soon

Excellent Vegan options! We had the Veggie Samosas, Tom Yum with Tofu, Veggie Green Curry with Tofu. Everything was delicious and easily made Vegan as you can choose your protein for most dishes. The service was prompt and minimal wait time for food.
The best Thai food in the Bay Area! We either dine in or get take out at least once a week! Our favorites: Drunken Noodles, Red Thai Curry, Spicy Basil Fried Rice. It’s Vegetarian friendly.
My family and I have been to this place quite a few times and I distinctly remember how great the food has always been! Just last week for my grad party we had this food again and it was a HIT! Everyone loved it so much! Glad to see lots of good food out here especially in such a boring town. Hope to come here more often!
Don't let the outside fool you -- this is not strip mall Thai food!! This is probably the best Thai food I have had in recent years. The staff was personable and kind. The decor is good. The food did come spicy (a little), but we like that -- could stand even more chili. But if you are sensitive, ask them to keep it cool. (We ordered panang curry with chicken and drunken noodles with fried tofu -- both were excellent.)
The service and food here was on point. I ordered the shrimp panang. So rich in flavor and texture. Very well pleased! If I'm the area again, I will be sure to dine here! Mee was an Amazing server

We have been to Thai Taste multiple times now. They are incredibly fast, never get your order wrong and super good. We have tried many different items such as green, pumpkin curries, thai chicken, noodle dishes, etc. All have been great. Plus, they are very nice there.
First time visiting this little gem since a friend recommended their catfish with garlic sauce. Although catfish was unavailable we still enjoyed the dish made with another fish filet as well as green payaya salad and eggplants with basil. Will definitely visit again
Thai Taste offers delicious food with super quick service. Perfect for a fast, flavorful meal. Always a great choice when you’re in a hurry but still want something tasty!

I’m usually a very liberal scorer but this place despite its popularity, is a true three star. The food all tastes the same doesn’t matter what dish you order. My Panang Curry tasted the same as yellow and red curries.

Revised : We found big hair wrapped around today in Satay chicken. The voice of the lady when we called was off putting when I called she told she will call back. They called me back and provided store credit. We ordered $ 100 the other dishes were fine as usual.
